Free Wi-Fi is available.<br>Fully equipped kitchenette: Sink, glass-ceramic cooktop, multifunction oven (convection, microwave, broiler), refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking and dining essentials (pots, pans, stockpot, salad bowls, serving dishes, cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs...)<br>Blankets, comforters, pillows, sheets, and bath towels are provided, as well as basic cleaning supplies: cleaning sprays, bleach, dish towels, and dishcloths<br>We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning. You are only responsible for cleaning and tidying up the kitchen.<br>In the residence’s common areas, there is a laundry room equipped with a rack for 4 bicycles (remember to bring bike locks), a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a trash room.<br><br>The main advantage of this apartment is its location: <br> For vacationers, it’s possible to enjoy a pleasant stay without using a car: In the heart of Berck-Plage, you’re close to all the amenities our beautiful town has to offer:<br>. Less than 300 m away: Beach, esplanade, Place de l’Entonnoir, tourist office, movie theater complex (Le Cinos), media library, Partouche Casino, museum, sports complex (stadiums, sports arena, soccer, tennis, basketball, archery, weight training, boxing, boules court, skate park...)<br>. If not, please consider purchasing a policy.<br> A security deposit of 300 euros is required to cover potential damage (a pre-authorization is usually placed on your credit card directly by the booking platform you used to make your reservation).<br> Since the COVID-19 pandemic, at the request of booking platforms, we have implemented a “self-check-in and self-check-out” process. Since this procedure seems to be well-received by our guests, we have decided to make it a permanent feature. Instructions for picking up the keys and accessing your apartment will be sent to you on the day of your arrival, as soon as it is ready.<br> Unfortunately, since 2023, paid parking has been in effect (9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 2 p.m.–7 p.m.—first hour free) in part of Berck-Plage from May 1 through September 30, as well as during the All Saints’ Day school break. The apartment is located in this area (orange zone). Preferential rates are available for vacationers staying in the area (20 euros/week – 30 euros/fortnight – see the town hall’s website: https://berck.fr/stationner-a-berck-sur-mer). Parking remains free in Berck-ville and the eastern part of Berck-plage (about 3/400m from the residence).<br>
