We had such a great time when we stayed at the Atchee III. The house was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Most importantly, the dogs loved the fully fenced back yard. The house was located close to downtown so it was within walking distance to the Fall Festival that was going on during our time in Fruita. We absolutely loved our stay at Atchee III and will rent it again when we come back to town.

Great stay
Paired Ladybug and Atchee (next door) for our 8 person Mountain bike group and had a great stay. Nicely refurbished houses, well appointed, and easy 1/2 mile walk to the downtown shops, bars, restaurants.

Lovely home in Fruita
We absolutely loved this house - thank you for being dog-friendly, and the large fenced yard with plenty of seating was perfect for a Covid-safe family gathering. We would love to stay here again!

Stayed here for a bike race. Perfect house with 3 bedrooms spread out. Lovely yard. Great location. Cruisers were a plus for easy getting around.

Christmas trip
We stayed over Christmas! Was a 5 minute trip to the in laws. Beautifully updated home with a ton of character. Very clean! All the necessities included.... would definitely stay again!

Senior Concert trip
We stayed at the Atchee House for a long weekend to attend our daughter's senior recital at Mesa. This house was very comfortable, warm, and friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown coffee shops and restaurants. We would plan another stay at this house in the future and now hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Charming home in convenient location
This home is sold as a one bedroom or three bedroom, as two can be locked off. I accidentally booked the larger unit when i didn't notice the different options on VRBO. Be sure to check when making your reservation. Other than that, everything was smooth and easy, unit was clean and week supplied, and the channing home is within walking distance to town. Great stay!

We loved it!
the house was just perfect. We enjoyed hanging out and cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the family room. There were plenty of beds, and a nice big backyard for our dog. The area was quiet and close to town. We drove through Colorado Monument park on a snowy day, which was beautiful. We would return to this vrbo. thanks!

Perfect house for a Mt bike home base
Two couples enjoyed the ample room
In this super clean and functional home. The grill and amazingly large back yard made an enjoyable spot for outdoor dinner on the patio. Many lounge areas inside and out. Walk to downtown.
Comfy beds, 2 nice baths, great kitchen, W/D, bike shed, and more. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you! Lou from Boulder

We were there from Iowa to ride the Co2Ut gravel ride. The house reminded me of my house growing up. Loved the feel of wood floors and older house feel. My group enjoyed the huge back yard.

Cozy clean house close to town
We LOVED this house. We have a lot of family in the area and it was nice to have a place to ourselves but still be able to host. The back and front yard are so beautiful and the house is very clean and well stocked. I was able to cook many large meals with the equipment provided. I love that is is updated but kept a lot of its original charm that so many Fruita houses were originally built with. It reminded me of being at my grandmas house when I was a kid. It is so close to all of the restaurants and we loved walking and riding our bikes around. We will definitely be back!

Cute House
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It's an old house, but it's been extensively renovated. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus, as was the fully fenced in back yard. Other than having the wrong filters for the coffee maker, the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and furnished with newer appliances. Beds were a little soft for our liking, but we slept well. The king sized bed is tucked into a nook, making it a little difficult to get in and out of, but there's really nowhere else to put it. We liked the mini-split heat pumps, the on-demand hot water and the heated floors in the bathrooms, giving us the ability to control the temperature in individual rooms and spaces. Nice neighborhood, plenty of sidewalk to walk the dogs and it was a short walk to "into town".

We like the location because of the location to downtown - Just 3 blocks from coffee, dining and pubs. The huge backyard very nice with green grass and fully fenced. The kitchen flows and is wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. The outdoor patio is also super convenient!

Stretch out in spacious rooms with a king ensuite and bunk beds. Grill outside, unwind by the fire pit, or explore on the bikes. Dog-friendly, with fast Wi-Fi, a bright kitchen, and a peaceful office nook close to downtown.
