Great Home, Great Stay!!

This house was AMAZING. Nicely appointed. The only thing we needed to purchase during our stay was food. All 6 of us were comfortable and the location was VERY convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy.Highly recommend for your Grand Junction/Fruita stay.

Mountain bike getaway

The house was perfect for us. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. The pictures were spot on. The location was great, close to dining (and bike shops for us). We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We live in Leadville and just needed a quick getaway from the snow and cold and this place fit the bill. Kristy was so flexible and super quick to respond. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Great location to walk to town. Would highly recommend!

Nice clean house and friendly neighborhood

The house was clean and enjoyable to be in. We especially loved the backyard with our dogs! Staff was great!

Great Stay! Peaceful and Relaxing.

The house was cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen that made our stay feel like home. The backyard was a great spot to relax after a day of mountain biking or golfing. Its location was ideal, close to both trails and the local golf courses. Overall, it was a perfect base for our adventure-filled getaway!

Perfect Fruita location, charming house

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We will book it again when back in Fruita as it’s a super convenient location, and a charming, nicely furnished home with a great back yard. Highly recommend!

Great property with great location

Only a few blocks from all kinds of good places to eat. Outdoor adventures were all within 15-20 minutes. Property was clean, pet friendly and very comfortable.

Biking and hiking

My father and I came to Fruita to do a little biking and hiking. This worked out great for us. It was a good central location for our activities. Great to be close to town for dining and to pick up our bike rental. Home was clean and as advertised. I would definitely look to stay here again if we return to Fruita.

Nice property, great location

My wife and I travel to Fruita at least once a year to visit family there. This time we rented Mesa Manor instead of staying in a hotel and I'm so glad we did. It's an older house but has been completely upgraded and is very well kept. It is located close to shopping and a short drive from Grand Junction. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit if the house is available.

Clean and fresh retreat

Amazing spot for home base, while playing in Fruita and mtn biking. You can walk/ride right to town. Spacious backyard for games and pups.

Awesome Fruita home

In town from Steamboat because the kids were off school Thursday and Friday. Great house! Worked perfectly for us. If you have kids the elementary school playground is across the street. Easy walk to town. 10/15 minutes drive to 18 rd trails. We’d definitely stay there again. 👍👍

Great Home, Great Location

This house was perfect for our little getaway. The location to downtown Fruita was perfect - walking distance to so many coffee shops and restaurants. And all the extra touches to make our dogs comfortable was so appreciated! We'll be back hopefully soon!

Comfortable Stay

Our family was in town for a wedding event, and this was just the perfect place for us to stay -- great location, well priced and very comfortable for all of us. We had everything we needed. The yard at this property is fantastic! If it hadn't been so hot, we would have been outside much more.

Fruita/Loma Trip

A friend and I (plus dogs) came up for a get together in Loma. The home was beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped and met all our needs. The backyard was great for the dogs. Town is easily walkable from the home. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the management company was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Accommodations

Nicest house on the block. Everything felt so clean and new. Loved the decor! Enjoyed the backyard which we used a lot. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed our meal at the picnic table.

Great house for biking weekend with friends

Clean, comfortable, functional home just 2 blocks from downtown Fruita. Easy walk for morning coffee or dinner. Big backyard with furniture for relaxing and picnic table for group meals. Hose for cleaning bikes and garage for storing bikes. Nice updated kitchen with everything you need to cook.

Fantastic Fruita in Spring

We had such a lovely time at this property. We often travel to Fruita in the spring and the the weather is always unpredictable. This home was perfect for our active family, we were able to bike and hike during the day, then come home to wash off all the dirt and sleep warm and dry. Super cute decor, comfy beds, great showers, secure place for bikes, absolutely perfect! Also walking distance from play areas for kids and breweries for the bigger kids :)
