You will stay in this fully furnished and equipped apartment in a listed building.

This Parisian flat will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian.

The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more!

The apartment is ideally located in the Marais and Place de la République district and a few minutes from the Louvre Museum and a large number of famous monuments are nearby.

This apartment is located on the ground floor. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a large living room where you can meet comfortably. You will be charmed by its Parisian aspect and high ceilings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer.

The dining area has a dining table for 8 people and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.

We will personally welcome you and show you around the apartment, making sure you immediately feel like at home.

Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places.

You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be.

Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). Standard arrival hours are from 15:00 to 20:00.

The apartment is located in a residential building. Neighbors are expecting that the tranquility in and around the building is respected and noise kept to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. Parties are therefore strictly prohibited.

A deposit by bank card print (there’s no charge, no fee) will be required at check-in to cover for the costs associated with an eventual violation of our House Rules. This deposit will be returned to you 48 hours after your departure/check-out if no serious incident has occurred.

Great location

Apartment was in a great location. Please be aware the apartment doesn’t have any air conditioning which caused it to be unbearably hot inside the house. Fans were provided but offered no relief.

Wonderful stay in Paris.

The apartment was perfectly located, steps away from the canal with restaurants and shops. The transit was conveniently located at the end of our street which made it easy and accessible to everything in Paris. The Metro was easy and efficient to navigate, even for people like us that are not accustomed to traveling by train. The apartment was as pictured in the VRBO listing. It was large and had three levels. The beautiful front door and entrance was impressive and we felt safe and secure in the house and area. The only downside we could mention is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Several fans were provided and we used them on the second floor (the lower level temperature was fine when we went in early June). There were two couples in our party, There was a bedroom and large full bathroom on the lower level (spiral stairs going down) and two large bedrooms on the upper level with a large full bathroom (spiral stairs going up). The apartment could easily have accommodated another couple. We had a wonderful time during our stay and seeing all the magnificent history of Paris.

Location.

It is a good location- close to many restaurants, the canal and several metro stops.Communication was very good with the host, prior to check in and during the stay.This is a 3 level place. There is no w/c on the main floor. There is a tight spiral staircase up to the bedroom and down to the basement bedroom. Yes it is stated the laundry soap is in the washer, it would be better if it was left outside where it is visible.We recommend to stay here.

Beautiful, spacious home for our family of 6

This is a lovely home, perfect for our family of 6. The owner was very responsive to our two requests for help (light bulb replacement and one minor accessory replacement needed in bathroom) and had it handled promptly without any disruption to our day.

Paris apartment

Clean, nice interior. Area is very noisy and rowdy at night. Kept us up. Would not let my daughters come home too late. People running around the streets yelling all night, garbage on streets, and you can hear even footsteps through the windows. It was not just the nights that there was a football win. So other than that, everything else was good if you need a bit more space.

Great Paris apartment

This apartment was very roomy for 4 adults. It was so nice for Davy to meet us there at check in to orient us to the place and neighborhood. The whole staff at LivinParis were great at communicating with me before, during and even after our stay. The neighborhood offers many restaurants, bakeries, produce markets and full grocery store all within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, even at 2 am. Its also a short 3 min walk to the Jacques Bonsargent metro stop and 12 min walk to the Gare de l'est train station, making it very easy to get to all the main sites in the city. It's about 40 min from the CDG airport via taxi/Uber, longer if there is traffic. The apartment was clean; beds and linens were very comfortable . The only negative thing I'd say is that neither of the 2 couches were very comfortable but this was minor compared to all the positives. We appreciated also the supply of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent! I'd stay here again.

A Perfect Delight

The communication with our host was impeccable, and the host even made some allowances time-wise to help with a birthday surprise. I am grateful. The apartment was spotless, the beds and pillows as comfortable as a five-star hotel, and the bathroom arrangements a rare find with full bathrooms in two bedrooms, one bedroom upstairs, the other downstairs, allowing plenty of privacy for two couples. (The main floor, which is quite spacious, is communal.) The building is one of the prettiest in the neighborhood, which was ideal, with excellent bakeries, cafes, cheese and wine shops, etc., all within easy walking distance. On the streets are Parisians going about their days and many young folks enjoying themselves in evening, along the canal (a stone’s throw) and in the brasseries. The Metro is only a few blocks away, and we enjoyed coming home to our neighborhood, and this lovely apartment, after shopping and site-seeing across Paris. I would without hesitation stay here again.

Great apartment in lovely area

We loved our stay at this apartment! We had everything we needed just outside the doors of the apartment- bakery, grocery store, cute restaurants, easy access to the metro. Would 100% recommend! One of the bedrooms is in the basement with no windows but we were really only there to sleep so it didn't bother us! As others have mentioned, the stairs are a bit tricky!

Amazing Paris Apartment!!!!

Wow!!! Amazing!!! 3 floors! Modern! Host met us and gave a great tour. Multiple key sets. Very very clean. Unit is a little loud at night from street noise and building door didn’t seem to lock, but door to unit was electronic and auto locked. SOOOOO many amazing food options on the street. Truly felt like Paris. MULTIPLE Metro stops near by. Amazing amazing place! Will rebook in future!!

Seemed like a very traditional Paris apartment - ground floor of older building with a basement and an upstairs! Nicely furnished / designed BUT not especially clean. Very likely that the air system in basement has mold - it needs cleaning professionally.

Great stay

Loved our stay on Rue de Lancry. The apartment is well located with lots of options for a quick bite or a sit down meal. There are also convenient grocery stores. Getting around is easy with several metro stops near by and we also enjoyed walking. Management was communicative and responsive whenever we needed anything. They were quick at addressing a plumbing issue. The check in process was very easy. We would gladly return.

Great property at Canal St Martin

So we read some iffy reviews of Paris STR so was a little leery of renting short term here. But this property is better than advertised! First of all the area is super fun. The beautiful Canal is right outside for you to have a nice stroll, drink coffee or eat some ice cream while people watching. It’s a very lively area with lots of restaurants/ bars/ bakeries for all your food needs. We ate at Les Enfants Perdue and Les Rupins which both had excellent food and friendly service. We felt very safe at all hours of the night walking around. The property itself from the outside looked shabby chic but inside was modern and spotlessly clean. We had a very comfortable stay and ate breakfast at home with fresh baguettes/ croissants/ pate/ charcuterie etc. Also did laundry 3 times without issues. The check in process was very easy as Adonis was there to show us everything in the apartment and offered lots of recommendations for the local area and answered all our questions regarding Paris in general. All the metro lines were basically within a 5-10 walk so every landmark was easily reachable. Absolutely highly recommend this property and would love to stay again and again. Au revoir Paris avec amour.

We are walkers, so we walked everywhere and this location was a little further than what we would have liked. If you take Ubers or the train it would be a great location. The area felt safe but noisy at night! The basement room is far removed from the upstairs so keep that in mind if you have young kids.

Great Stay in Paris

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. Apartment was tucked away for in an area that we felt safe in and was within a 5-10 walk of 3 different Metro stops that put you 20 minutes away from everything. The check in process was very easy and the three bedroom, two baths was everything we could ask for.
