Hermosa casa contemporánea de nueva construcción en Intervale se encuentra en la línea North Conway / Bartlett, cerca de todo lo que la zona tiene para ofrecer. La casa cuenta con capacidad para 12 personas en su diseño de más de 3 habitaciones y 2 3/4 baños. El sótano completamente terminado incluye una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, mesa de póker, área de televisión y un área adicional para dormir con dos juegos de literas de tamaño completo. El área de asientos del patio trasero estará lista para la primavera.

4 years in a row! Just love it.

Our group of 10 rent this property every year - great space for both adults and kids, incredibly clean and house is stocked with anything you might need. Location is perfect in between the town center and Storyland. Close to shops and groceries, but Instacart also delivers to this address which has been nice. Highly recommend.

Veterans Day weekend

Second time renting on Veterans Day weekend. Great location, close to hiking, shopping and great restaurants. We had a blast playing pool and cards in the game room. We will definitely rent again.

Another magical stay

Second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful! Super clean, all the comforts and conveniences you need, and location can't be beat. Perfect for our large group of 10 and everyone still had their own space and privacy if they wished. Thank you! Hope to be back again.

Great Weekend Getaway

This is our second stay at this property as it is a perfect set up for 3 families to spread out. The open concept first floor is perfect for the whole group to cook and have a meal. The house is very clean and having the linens provided is so helpful. One of the best perks is not having to worry about removing the trash! We will be back for sure!!!

Holiday House

Wonderful week with family, children and grandchildren! There were 10 of us and we had privacy when needed, and a lovely open dining family room for being together! So close to everything, Storyland, Echo lake, great family style restaurants! Very clean very quiet are! A great play room in basement with pool table, poker table video games!

Perfect house for multiple families!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The basement area was perfect for teenagers to hang out. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Beds were comfortable. Close to every thing for skiing/shopping. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Wood fireplace made it even better. Will definitely stay here again! The trash fee was new for us but worth it to not have to take home with us. Should be part of all the fees that are in the cost though.

Great spot & great house!

We vacationed for 6 days with 6 adults and 3 children and this place was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out. In addition, there was a crib and child gates to help with our little ones. Bob was very responsive and friendly if we had any questions or needed help. Also the house was really clean. We loved it here and would stay again

Hiking weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We come up every Veterans Day (3 couples) to do some hiking, shopping and dining. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The house is new, clean and has all the amenities you could want. The game room was a bonus, we played pool, poker and some old video games that we grew up playing. The house was 10 minutes to the outlets and many great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Break

This marks our second stay at this property. The set up is perfect for teens and adults to have separate and ample space. The location is central to all of the local attractions and ski resorts. We took advantage and visited Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore during our stay. No trip would be complete without a trip to Zeb's and the white Mountain Puzzle Company store. A new favorite is the Tuckerman Brewing Company. The location, cleanliness and set up will bring us back!

We booked this house this for our guys golf weekend. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room. We even had a bed to spare. Great location! Only minutes away from everything. Only complaint is that the front door is confusing to figure out at first. The house has 2 pin pads and you need to use the one on the post. Not the actual lock. Only took us a couple minutes to figure out so not a big deal at all. Great place for families with all the extra games. Hoping to book this again next year for the same trip.

Beautiful Home

We had a great stay at this house, the photos do not do it justice. The house was clean and even more spacious than it seems. The house had everything you would need (beyond what the descriptions say). There were even safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs which were not mentioned but great to have as we brought gates but they were bulky. The only negative was that we learned the night before leaving that the trash was not included in the price. You have to leave cash out for the trash to be picked up or they will charge you $50. I have never had a trash fee (or had to take trash home). With the price of the rental I wouldn't have noticed a trash fee that was included but having to go take out cash last minute was a little annoying.

Holiday Ski trip

This home is centrally located to North Conway shopping as well as multiple ski resorts. It was a short drive to Cranmore, Attitash and Wildcat Mountains. No visit would be complete without a stop at Zeb's, and we also enjoyed a trip to the White Mountain Puzzle store in Jackson. Our group consisted of three generations traveling together and this home provided plenty of room to spread out. The teens loved the downstairs area while the rest of us enjoyed the main level. There was even private space in the loft area. The house is clean, tastefully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend it for larger families or groups traveling together. We would gladly stay here again if returning to the area. Thank you Bob for your warm welcome and the Pinot Noir!
