Ocupado centro comercial y restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles de alta gama en la zona. Esta casa adosada se encuentra en la ladera de la montaña, detrás de un banco, un ambiente muy seguro, tranquilo y limpio con la mejor calidad de aire. El primer piso es un spa de masajes profesional, y un garaje que puede estacionar dos autos para uso de los huéspedes, el segundo piso es una cocina moderna y espaciosa sala de estar, el tercer piso es un dormitorio principal y dos dormitorios.

We stayed at this Draper condo from February 18–22 while visiting Utah to ski at Snowbird and Alta, and it worked out very well for our group. The location was convenient for getting to the mountains, and it was also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday necessities, which made the trip easy to manage.The condo itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. With three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, there was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax after long days of skiing. The living area was a nice place to unwind in the evenings, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, which made it easy to prepare a few meals at home.We also appreciated the private parking and the overall quiet feel of the property. Everything felt well maintained and just as described in the listing.Overall, we had a very positive stay and would gladly consider this property again for a future ski trip to the Salt Lake area.

Clean and great location

Great Condo and awesome location. Very clean inside and has everything you need. Condo does have a lot of stairs so be prepared for that, otherwise it's great.

Great place to stay!

My family and I spent five nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was in a great central location for us that made our activities in both Salt Lake City and Provo easy to get to. There are a lot of restaurants in the area as well. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Very comfortable

We always try to get this property as it is a great location for skiing, shopping and extremely comfortable beds. Always clean and well appointed it is a go to location for us when we visit Salt Lake.

The unit is fairly new and very clean, and the furnishings are nice. The host was very responsive. It was great to have a secure garage. Please be aware of two things. First, if you have a large vehicle, it may not fit in the garage. Our 2014 F-150 quad-cab with a short bed only had about three inches to spare front to back. Second, the unit is close to the light rail line and we could sometimes hear the trains when they passed. It wasn’t a problem for us, but light sleepers should be aware. With that said, we would stay in the unit again.

My advice is not to stay at this place. I have actually never given a bad review. If you read through the other reviews, you’ll find mention of items such as over a massage parlor or no washcloth and they’ve done nothing to try to rectify that situation. Which to me indicates that they don’t care.I was in the area to have surgery and it was close to the surgical center. They don’t tell you that there are three flights of stairs to get to the bedroom. It’s over a massage parlor. That seems to be open 24 seven. It’s loud because of the light rail. There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with, there were no washcloths, you have to enter through a garage you have no access to the front door so don’t plan on using a delivery it is a work/live environment. Their business is in the basement. We actually left early. The Wi-Fi is horrible and doesn’t work upstairs. On a positive note they have comfortable beds and comfortable pillows. There is two windows that have a view of the mountain. The rest is a view of other people’s work live spaces.

Amazing Weekend!

Yanhua was amazing and made our trip great! From the moment we booked, Yanhua could not have been more responsive and helpful. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. No complaints from our end and I would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay!

Good home for annual ski trip

This home was perfect for our groups annual ski trip. It was conveniently located half an hour to big and little cottonwood canyons and had ample space for us to wind down at the end of the day

Great property, great location

We had an enjoyable time at this property. Very clean and modern with all necessary amemities. The front door is not accessible so you have to enter and exit through the garage but other than that it is a great property.

Great house, location, and owner.

We stayed at this mountain side home while on a ski trip to utah. The owner was quick to respond to all messages left. The house is comfortable and close to grocery and food venues. We would definitely stay again if it is available in the future.

My group was in town for my DIL's baby shower. We were only 2.5 miles from their home in Draper so this was a great location. House was perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any questions. Very nice stay!

Fantastic Experience

The unit has everything you could want - fully stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with ample living spaces, large garage, proximate to restaurants. We used it as home base for a friends weekend of skiing and was a very convenient 25 minute drive to Snowbird/Alta. Clean, well cared for, comfortable, with absolutely no negatives. Better than advertised and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we are in SLC. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Easy ski trip

Terrific house with abundant space at a very good price. It’s a few minutes longer to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon, though well worth it. Exceptionally comfortable, immaculate. Greatly appreciated stay.

The condo worked perfectly for our week in Draper.The unit was very clean upon arrival. Additionally, the beds are super comfortable, there are plenty of plates, pots/pans. It was very nice having a garage for our rental car. As mentioned in a few other reviews, there are ALOT of stairs. The garage is on the first level, kitchen/living room on 2nd level and bedrooms on 3rd level. You are toting your suitcases up 3 levels since there's no elevator. It was fine for us- but anyone with bad knees might think twice.

Most comfy BEDS!

This property is exactly as advertised and in a great location. Plus, the beds/linens/pillows are top notch and THE BEST of any rental we've stayed in. Hotel quality. Kitchen is pretty basics and has just the essentials. Easy access to restaurants, shops and activities. Definitely would return!

Very clean

The condo was very clean with nice furniture. Easy communication with the owner. Because it is a townhome there are 3 levels so you need to walk up and down stairs often. The garage was a big bonus.

Wedding Week

Great location for our wedding venue! It was clean, modern and updated. It was spacious and everything we needed! Loved having a garage although it was kind of a tight fit. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area for a few days. Makes you feel like you're staying in a home, not a hotel! (Only negative was the "weed" we could smell from the connected store fronts when we would walk in-that was not very pleasant!)
