This beautiful NEWLY REMODELED home is just one block from the Lake Delavan . This stunning home has 3 bedrooms with 3 queens, perfect for three couples to vacation together and bring their children to enjoy the 4 full size bunk beds on the lower level. Dining room table seats 6 with 4 more at the kitchen counter.
High end appliances, like a Bosch dishwasher and LG refrigerator! Wood floors in the main living area and the lower level with separate entertainment center featuring a ping pong table! The main level has a wraparound screen porch and deck as well as a large backyard area to play!

Beautiful Fontana Beach is just 15 minutes away for swimming. Just $8 per person! Nearby Lake Lawn and the Abbey have restaurants for every taste!

Great for a family trip!

We stayed here for a weekend with my family-- my parents, siblings, and their young kids (two under 3). This house was perfect for the mixed group, in a great location, and coordinating with the host & the property manager was very smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

Delavan Haus surpassed our expectations. The hosts were a dream to deal with, and the property could not have been better. Plenty of room, everything we needed, and just the perfect relaxing atmosphere! This was a 10/10 experience!

Wonderful property with plenty of room to relax for your vacation.

We loved the cleanliness and amenities associated, especially the screened in porch and the double bunk beds. Plenty of room to host a number of people and not feel cramped at all. All appliances are up to date and make cooking meals a breeze. Everything you could need for a vacation right in the house, it was a great place to relax and catch up with friends.

The perfect place

Everything about this house made for the perfect weekend. So spacious and clean, it's easy to tell the owners take pride in their property - down to the smallest details. Communication with the host was wonderful. Excellent location, a walk away from the marina where we rented a boat and local restaurants. A quick drive to golf. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Had a great stay at the Delavan Haus. Check in was a breeze. Location was perfect for us. The house was great. Very clean and organized so thoughtfully for guests. Plenty of room to spread out. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and all the game choices and ping pong for winding down in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in winter or summer!

Came in the winter for skiing as the house is in between Lake Geneva and Alpine Valley. Sure it’s a great place to stay in the summer being SO close to the lake too. It was a nice, well laid out house. Easy to cook and use the kitchen, everything was there that ya needed. Great appliances too. All the bathrooms were really nice and water pressure were great! The kids loved the basement, ping pong table and all the board games! TVs had all the streaming services you needed. Beds were comfortable, sheets were super soft. The owner, Jay, and his management company were all accommodating! Knocked one star off for cleanliness due to some dog hair (owners dog) that we noticed and allergies flared up. I told Jay to amp up his cleaning services and he was sure to do so.

Quiet, peaceful stay!

This house was perfect for 5 adults and 1 toddler. Two of us shared one room and the other three adults had their own spaces. The basement is where the bunkbeds are and they share the space with a second large family room which is on the other side, where the ping pong table is. The basement is extra cool and my sister in law LOVED it! I would say one of the best things about this place are the separate spaces and the large common areas: there's plenty of room to cook and eat together but if you need alone time there are plenty of places to go. There are also lots of board games to play and DVDs to watch on down days. The front porch was a fun place to hang out and nature watch-- my mom saw deer and a fox! The lake is a block away though it is on someone's property so you do need to drive to get to water. That being said, the place is walking distance from a wine bar/ ice cream shop and a little bar/restaurant that has live music and open mike nights. The listing doesn't cover all the amenities the house actually has- there is a hair dryer, a filtered water faucet by every sink, and toiletries available if you forget your own (in a wicker drawer in the master bedroom). There's enough room in the driveway for 3 cars, which also worked out well for us. The showers are luxurious and so was the bed in the master bedroom:) You will love your stay here!

Great Family home

This property was perfect for our family, which included young grandchildren. Clean and good location. A nice surprise was the ping pong table.

Better than expected

Our party had a wonderful time. Hassle free stay. Was able to communicate with Heather easily and always received a response within minutes. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s beautiful and very well maintained. They provided a fully furnished kitchen. In our past experiences some houses we’ve rented don’t even provide one pan let alone an entire kitchen full of cookware. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay. Only about a 15 minute drive to Lake Geneva and clean beaches. Mainstream shopping located within minutes of the house.

Well appointed vacation home.

Located on the north shore of Lake Delavan this house is great for a weekend with family. The screened in porch was a highlight. As was, the large finished basement with bunk beds, comfortable sitting/TV area and ping pong table. The only draw back was the lack of access to the nearby lake. Even if just a pier was available to sit on and look at the lake. Boat rentals were available with docking space at the In-between bar. The nearby candy/ice cream/pizza bar was a hit with the grandkids.

Everything was great. Clean and great location. Only problem is it is listed as a 3 bathroom home. I only found 2. Besides that Everybody had a blast.

Great place - very comfortable and spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed the only suggestion I have is that shampoo and conditioner and body wash be provided in the two restrooms. Everything else was great!

Wonderful stay for a family vacation with kids!

We very recently came back from our 7th annual family vacation in the Lake Geneva area which includes the adult ladies in our family and our 5 kids. We typically stay near Lake Como or Geneva Lake, but decided to stay in Delavan this time. This was by far the best rental we've had yet over the past 7 years. It was clean, very well maintained and stocked and we had plenty of space for us to spread out and not be on top of each other (which was especially wonderful with different sleep schedules!) Heather was great to work with... she was always very quick to respond to any of my emails with questions before our stay. We especially loved the screen in porch! I would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.

Birthday weekend getaway

The house was for the most part very nice. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. An iron and ironing board would be nice, but I brought one anticipating it may not be provided. The kitchen was excellent snd well stocked. TV was limited channels as most channels were blocked. The worst part, and the reason I give only three stars is the living room couches and chairs were absolutely covered in some kind if oet hair. I was very confused by this as the listing states no pets. The owners must have a pet and cleaning service never bothered to vacuum or clean the upholstery. On closer inspection, hair was found at the baseboards and on floor as well. One of our party is strongly allergic to pet hair and luckily avoided sitting in this area. We had to cover couches and chairs with blankets to sit in this area. The othher issue were the millions if bugs st the doors and patio. Hopefully, there is some type of spraying that occurs when weather is warmer to get rid of these. The owner was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend use if these items were addressed.

We all enjoyed your lovely home

The house was great the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and the ping-pong. We had great times around the fire pit. The house was spacious, well-equipped and clean.

Great annual girls weekend at this awesome house!

My friends and I had the most wonderful weekend at the Delavan house. First and foremost, Heather was so kind and accommodating. She was available via text throughout the weekend and was quick to respond to anything we needed. The house is beautiful! It was clean, had everything we could have needed (linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.), and had more than enough room for 6 adults. We spent time hanging out in both the upstairs and downstairs family rooms as well as the kitchen. The open layout upstairs was perfect for our group! It was a short 15 minute drive from Fontana Beach (where we spent 2 days) and we spent time exploring local restaurants in Delavan and Lake Geneva. We try to take a girls trip to Wisconsin every summer, and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. We can't wait to plan another trip for next summer! :)

Beaitful home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything you could need it was there. Everything seems new. My husband loved the washer and dryer. Lol. They are like new. We will definitely be back.

Fun Spot for a Weekend

The house was perfect for our gathering. The weather wasn't great, so we made good use of the ping pong table, porch, and good-sized kitchen table (for board games). Heather was very easy to work with, responded quickly to any questions we had, and even accommodated us with an early check-in time. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home!

This house is extremely well taken care of, and has everything you could need. Our group had a fantastic time and was very comfortable in this beautiful home. The owner, Heather, was extremely helpful and friendly. This is an amazing place to be with family and friends.

Perfect place for a small getaway.

This place was perfect for my group outing. It had more than enough space for eight adults. The shower in the master bedroom was all that we talked about. It had the rainfall shower head as well as a handheld and standard. This place had everything we needed to entertain us like Internet access, cable tv and a ping pong table, as well as all the amenities for the whole trip like towels, cooking supplies and washing machines. Also, if we needed anything there were stores and restaurants not even 5 minutes away. Finally the host Heather helped us with everything we needed and was only a text/call away.
