Descripción de 1920 2BR 1 Bath Cottage al lado: fue completamente renovado en junio de 2009. Tiene garaje adjunto, aire central, estufa de gas, terraza en la parte trasera, porche con mosquitero y pozo de fuego, y vistas al lago. Se puede alquilar por un costo adicional junto con la casa, tiene capacidad para 6 personas como máximo, tiene solo un pequeño calentador de agua y baño.

Great place to stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend! Having a restaurant/bar right next-door with great food and pizza is an added plus. The owner was excellent in communicating with us. We had to play it hour by hour on whether or not we were going to rent their pontoon due to the weather,and he was great about that.

Excellent Location

Albeit the property was a little older than I imagined, the host was great and the location of the property could not be beat for the price. We enjoyed it very much.

Weekend Getaway for Wedding/Birthday

The house is very spacious, with a nice view & great location! Love the decks in different locations & the back yard is pretty private. Really appreciated using the beach pass & having the bar/restaurant right next door. Would definitely rent this space again!

Great place for a family

Plenty of room for a large family. Nice house and very clean. Location is great! So close to the lake. My family and I were quite comfortable and had a great time!

Great location and property

Our group had a great long weekend renting this property. It’s right across from Lake Como and convenient to Lake Geneva by a short drive. It is next to a bar but we were not disturbed by it at all. The house itself is well-equipped with everything needed and was clean and tidy, and overall our group enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was nice and big and in a great location. The public beach is approximately one mile away. The slip docks are good for fishing. The house was clean but in need of some minor TLC.

Great lake house

We had a great stay! Cass called me the night we checked in to let me know the ins and outside of the area and things to do while there. Their pontoon boat was broken while we were there, but they got us in touch with someone else who was willing to let us rent theirs from them. We would definitely rent again.

Thank you for renting us your house. Wish the weather would have been better for our girl's weekend. We did pedicures at denayatcocobay and tattoos at lake Geneva tattoo. Great weekend and the bar next door had good food and fun locals.

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Cass's lake home! We were close to Lake Geneva, but it felt less crowded since we were on Lake Como and in a more residential area. Cass stopped by to check in and was so friendly! Be sure to check out In The Drink next door as it's a fun dive bar with great food. Also, KC's Clubhouse up the road was phenomenal for a small, intimate dinner! I would highly recommend this property for a weekend getaway!

House is large and comfortably fit all 11 of us. We loved the open concept so we could spend a lot of time cooking and chatting together. View is great. We loved having the bar right next door — great food, staff and drinks! The big beach pictured in the photos is a mile away but the host gives you a car pass to go there. We loved the paddle boards and canoe! The only issues we had were that the beds weren’t very comfortable (except for the King). It was only 3 bedrooms so some of us had to stay in the open loft or the basement. The house has lots of scuffs and marks and could use a fresh coat of paint but if that’s not important to you, the place was good! I contacted the host a couple times with questions and she responded fast and provided solutions. She was very easy to work with. We would stay there again.

Nice home by the lake

Rented for a family vacation, the 8 of us and 2 dogs had plenty of room, could handle more. Home is in good condition and owner was responsive to concerns. It's 10-20 minutes away from all the action at lake Geneva or just stay and relax at lake Como. The bar next door had a good cover band playing on our last night and the pizza was good to.

Great location

Layout was very nice. Location was great next to the “In the Drink” bar and was a very pleasant place and so were the other bars that are very close to the house within walking distance actually. Furniture was nice but had a few complaints about the beds being old and uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced. Some of the smaller trees along the drive need to be removed cause they scratch the vehicle while pulling in… master bed room was nice upstairs and shower was very nice!! Furniture is little outdated but functional. Was told foldout down in basement was very uncomfortable and just slept on couch. All in all it is priced right And would recommend this place to a friend and rent again….thanks!!!

Worth the money!

Me and my family had a wonderful stay here! The house might be a little out dated so sure you might see something like a small hole in the wall from a previous shelf or something but definitely nothing that affected our visit! I texted that i might be arriving earlier and the owner made sure i had access to the property. The house was clean and looked exactly like pictures online. Everything was well stocked and we had no reason to contact the property manager which is the way its supposed to be. Some previous reviews talked about the noise from the bar but we couldn't hear anything from inside the house and not enough to complain about while on the back deck. You really can't beat this house this close to the water and the ability to share the experience with family! We'll definitely be back!

We needed extra bags for the comforters and linens we used. I was not aware of the clean up details because I was not in the kitchen, It would be helpful if there was a card or booklet where the key was. (I'm blind apparently and I didn't pay attention)

A Little Run Down for the Price

The owners are very nice and responsive and seem concerned about the “details of the visit“. However, the property was not real clean and sleeping accommodations were not great for a large group such as ours. One of the pull-out sofas was in disrepair and didn’t appear to have been changed or cleaned under. It was not easy to find adequate bedding, that was folded and looked believably clean. The kitchen cookware is in rough shape, but the owner was very nice to provide a Keurig coffee maker. There is a bar next-door, that has a very good Friday night fish fry, but also has the sound of bottles being dumped out at various times of the day and evening. A lot of traffic coming and going, also. We paid quite a bit of money, possibly because of the holiday period, but for the price I expected a little more.

I bought this cottage in a summer cottage community in lake Geneva for myself, and tore down to build a new home. I repurposed many of the doors and used antique barn beam to support the loft. I did much of the work myself before meeting my now husband...and moving in with him in our home 5 minutes away to start our little family, but we love the community so much so I never sold it, and we live close by and still enjoy the local amenities ourselves! My daughter and her friends enjoy along the paddle boards and canoe and swimming at our homeowner beaches (2).

this home is not priced like many of the rentals on the larger lake. Our smaller lake is less crowded and it is an easy commute to everything in lake Geneva without the price or traffic. there are 3 a little restaurant/pubs next door and a short walk or golf cart drive down our lovely HOA lakefront with great family friendly menus and often have music in the summer. our community is a charming summer cottage community with many of the cottages owned by generations of families. Our pontoon boat and paddle boards are the best to enjoy our lovely lake and the fishing is amazing! Both during the winter and summer!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

2 miles of private HOA owned lakefront with 2 beaches. Use the 4 man canoe or our 2 paddleboards to enjoy our calm lake. Pontoon Boat available as well. Our lake has good fishing for bass, bluegill and northern pike, kids can catch catfish off the shore. my nephew won the largest fish contest a couple of years ago...his catfish was so big...he had to hold it with both hands!! we also are a golf cart friendly community. you can drive a golf cart on our roads and along the lake!!
