Cocoonr Agency offers this 38 m² apartment on the second floor (no elevator), ideally located in the heart of Toulouse's hypercentre and opening onto a quiet courtyard. Perfectly equipped for your tourist or business stay, it boasts spacious accommodation with a bedroom separate from the living room, a dining area and an office.
Its location means you can enjoy the city on foot without worrying about transport.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining area and desk. The windows look out onto an inner courtyard, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed, for which we provide bed linen, bath towels and household linen. It is also equipped with a closet to store your belongings.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, cooking utensils, microwave, crockery... The coffee machine is a Nespresso. A washing machine is also available for longer stays.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin with mirror. A hairdryer is also available.

- Welcome kit: On your arrival, you'll find a small welcome kit in the apartment, including coffee pods and tea bags for your first breakfast, shower gel/shampoo and kitchen condiments.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

Keys will be collected from a Keycafé box, a 13-minute walk from the accommodation. Access limited to opening hours: 08h-21h
