Private house in the park of a castle, swimming pool, billard

Beautiful house of character at the entrance of the park of an 18th century castle. The house overlooks the French gardens of the park classified as a historical monument. A private car park just in front of the house ensures optimal access. The house has 3 rooms, two bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people, if the living room is transformed into a third bedroom, after agreement with the owner. The house is located 10 minutes from St Jean d'Angély and 45 minutes from the first beaches.
The access to the swimming pool (June, July and August) and to the billiard room in one wing of the castle makes this residence an ideal place to chill. Relax on a deckchair, take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, stroll in the French garden, daydream along the river Boutonne, admire the 13th century tower.... This idyllic place will not leave you indifferent.

Okapi and Osaka, my nice dogs love to be cuddled and know how to be discreet. They're used to children. Either they can walk freely in the domain as usual to please the children or we can take them with us when you come... as you wish.
