Bright and spacious home with a pool, located in the beautiful Daley Park historic district, 3 blocks south of ASU campus. Great neighborhood just off the beaten path. Colorful, modern boho vibe lends to a perfect spot for relaxing with family and friends. Short walk to free shuttle to downtown Mill Ave or a 20 minute walk. Shops, bars, restaurants, Broadway touring shows at Gammage auditorium, and a movie theater all within a short distance. Starbucks coffee shop and Safeway grocery store are down the street.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured and described. Enjoyed the backyard sitting area and yard game. Although pool was too cold for swimming we did dangle our legs when we became too hot from the sun. All of us thought the beds and pillows were comfy. We would definitely stay again when coming to the area.

Great stay at this home! Very convenient location to ASU, restaurants, shopping. Kristine was very response when we had questions. We did a lot of cooking while there, and found the kitchen had most of what we needed. Could use a couple new frying pans and maybe a new can opener (though maybe we were just manual-opener challenged :-)). Pool was very nice and gets shady about half the day, so worked out well for those who like sun and shade. Would have liked a dining area outside to take advantage of the nice weather for meals, but this would not deter us from staying again!

Great location!

This place was perfect for our visit for parents weekend at ASU. The house is decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Location was close to ASU campus as well our son’s apartment on Rural. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby park. We would stay here again!

Charming home in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, well appointed home. Communication with the owner was easy and all instructions were clear. Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the lovely pool and backyard. Would book again!

Wonderful Stay - Perfect House Perfect Location!!!

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It was clean, well appointed and beautiful. We loved that the kitchen had all pots, pan and utensils needed to make a meal and stay in when the weather was very rainy. The pool looked amazing, but the weather kept us from utilizing it. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. High on our list of locations to stay at again in Phoenix!

Awesome home and location

We had a great visit to Tempe and the VRBO property was a huge plus. The home was clean, walking distance to Starbucks, the grocery store, VooDoo Donuts and various other places to eat. Centrally located to downtown Tempe, Scottsdale, various spring training fields, and hiking. The owners were awesome, responded quickly and made us feel at home. We will look up this location when we visit the aread again.

Cute house

This property was cute and a good location for downtown Tempe. The beds weren’t as comfortable as we’d hoped and a few little issues, but it was overall good. The house was very clean and it was a nice surprise to have drinks in the fridge for us.

A great stay

We spent almost 2 months. We really enjoyed the house, the garden and the swimming pool. The house is large, the furniture is nice. We felt like at home. It is well located near the campus and the schools of our kids. There are stores nearby (Safeway). We didn't need a car.

Felt like home in Tempe

Stayed for a week with my husband and adult daughter to visit the other daughter attending ASU and thoroughly enjoyed the space. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to ASU and groceries/Starbucks and restaurants. Spacious home with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen where we enjoyed cooking most of our meals. Covered seating on the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine. Will definitely stay here on our future visits!

Great Tempe house!!

This house worked out great for my husband and I. It was spacious and clean, the decor was lovely, our bed was very comfortable, and we loved the backyard with the pool where we could hang out and relax. We had rented a car and it was very close to the downtown area and some of the sites we wanted to visit. Kristine, the host, was very responsive to all our questions and she kept us notified of relevant dates. We liked it so much, we want to go back next winter!!!!!

Better than expected!

This place is so much better than the listing photos suggest!!! It was super clean and very comfortable. The fridge is big and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pool is the perfect size for casual lounging (but too small to swim laps), and the water temperature was great. The house is also close to campus and Tempe Town Lake - which means there are PLENTY of fantastic food options nearby. We will definitely stay there again next time we want a quiet weekend away.

As an outdoor enthusiast with close family nearby, I fell in love with the Valley and the unique "vibe" of this specific neighborhood. Tempe is in the middle of it all. It's a vibrant college town that is close to rivers, ponds, lakes, and hiking adventures.

This is my personal home, and I love sharing it. Historic Tempe is wonderfully family-friendly, yet it's still perfectly central to everything the Phoenix valley has to offer. The house itself is cozy, with funky and unique elements that make it feel special.

A huge part of the charm is being so close to the great and innovative ASU campus—it’s a beautiful, welcoming place to walk or bike. You'll find the neighborhood is just as warm; people are friendly, quick to say hello, and will often strike up a conversation.
