Aquí encontrarás una cama king size, con una hermosa línea de costa, vestidor, baño completo, una cocina nueva muy moderna, área de comedor, sala de estar encantadora, cuarto de lavado, cada habitación tiene pisos de vinilo nuevos. Balcón con una impresionante línea de costa de 180 grados. Lago limpio para nadar o pescar. Tiene 850 pies cuadrados, se remodeló por completo en noviembre de 2019. Tiene un diseño interior de cabaña sueca moderna tan bellamente.
Esta propiedad es muy útil por tres razones simples, 1. su (2. 7mi) en coche al aeropuerto SeaTac, 2, (1min) a la entrada de la autopista y 3. belleza frente al mar. Entrada por carretera privada, con entrada independiente, a 4 cuadras de la estación de tren ligero de Angle Lake con servicio al aeropuerto internacional SeaTac, el centro de Seattle y la Universidad de Washington. Was very nice quiet place. The views were great! The accommodation was very comfortable. Really enjoyed watching the bald eagle(s) around the lake from balcony and walking around the lake.

The place was nicely decorated and the view was spectacular. Internet was fast. But you need a car to get around as there is no close public transportation or establishments. It is on a private road and it wasn’t paved.

Beautiful setting and home

Everything about this home screamed comfort. It was so stylish and warm. The view of the lake was stunning. The host was unbelievably responsive and gracious. I will definitely be coming back.

Best place ever!

This is a three unit apartment on a beautiful lake in South Seattle. The place is relatively new and immaculate when I arrived. The hosts are the best I’ve ever had. I travel for work so I’ve had several. The kitchen not only had premium appliances but a really good chef’s knife for a change. Can’t go wrong here.

A Gem!

This condo is beautifully appointed, gorgeous views, waterfront and stocked with everything you need for a get away. The lake is clean and perfect for swimming/kayaking/sup. The bed is glorious and enormous with lake and sunset views. You can walk or drive (free parking!!!) to the link rail station and head into downtown Seattle. I will try to stay here every time I am in Seattle/Seatac. Thank you so much for renting out your beautiful condo Ililta!!!

I’m a frazzled single mom who needed a peaceful three day vacation away from my responsibilities. Ilita, the fabulous and very responsive host of this property, has created an oasis.Stress melted away as soon as I walked into the gorgeously appointed, spotlessly clean living area and saw the lake through the windows. It felt luxurious!I enjoyed waking up in the morning and seeing the lake out of both windows in the bedroom, helping myself to coffee from the Keurig, stretching on the deck, and heading down to the lake to read in a lounge chair under a tree. The lapping of the water was so soothing. A friend came over to enjoy a meal on the deck. The modern kitchen had everything we needed. All of the place settings, cutlery, and appliances were better than I have at home.I felt truly lucky to have found this spot with a host who has put so much thought, care, and style into her rental. It’s clear she wants her guests to feel pampered.Some tips:* If you’re sensitive to sound, know that you can hear airplanes taking off. It’s not noisy, but it is there. I found it soothing and then forgot about it mostly. And I really enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching planes ascend above the horizon. Ilita has provided a sound machine in the bedroom, but I didn’t need it.* There is a 139th Ave. and a 139th Pl. Tell your driver to go to 139th Place, then keep driving down the road until you see a blue three story house on the lake.

Weekend Stay for Mariners and Seahawks

The place was pretty awesome! Furniture, bed and all that very nice. Very good options for cooking. Probably needs some more stainless steel or cast iron as have to keep heat down on Teflon pans when cooking on gas......my only whine. Lol. Awesome with owners leaving the extra spices, oils, even packaged foods in the pantry. Take a look in ALL the cabinets before you go shopping. We had some mini-hydroplanes racing the weekend we were there so it felt like home as I'm at the Columbia Cup every year. Great view!!

Here you will find one king size bed, with a beautiful waterfront, walking closet, full bathroom, a very modern new kitchen, dining area, lovely living room space, laundry room, every room has new vinyl flooring. Balcony with, 180-degree stunning waterfront. Clean lake to swim or fish. It’s 850sqft, just completely remodeled in November of 2019. It has a modern Swedish cottage interior design so beautifully.

*Super quiet, It has a nice park to spend a pleasant walking or jogging, picnic area, playground as well as lakeside beach. Swimming area, boating, fishing, open recreation area, water spray park. The lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha Café. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
