Wry clean and comfortable with good amenities (soap, towels, kitchen items, etc). Noise from feet walking above us was loud, but didn’t happen between the hours of 11 pm to 7 am fortunately. Didn’t realize it would be a basement unit so I probably should have read through comments or the description better.

Great vrbo

I had a great stay. The only thing that I think would be a great help for older visitors would be grab bars in the bathtub.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! I’m really glad you had a great stay. I truly appreciate your suggestion about adding grab bars in the bathtub that’s a great idea, and I’ll definitely look into making that improvement for future guests. You’re always welcome back anytime!

This downstairs "apartment " was one of the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Super cute.Super clean. Well stocked, and I felt very safe staying there alone. Would definitely return.

Comfortable place to stay.

This Basement apartment of a house is close to airport and highways. Not far from downtown Seattle with a car. We had a few issues in the beginning of the stay but communication with host was good. Things got resolved. But don’t use water heater, coffee maker and heater all at the same time. Circuit breaker will trip. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for staying with us! I’m glad to hear you found the beds and pillows comfortable and appreciated the location and communication. I apologize for the initial hiccups and appreciate your patience as we worked through them. We’ve noted your feedback about the circuit load and are looking into improvements. We’d be happy to host you again anytime you’re in the area!

To start the reservation was confusing. When we arrived the owner said there was a problem with a breaker downstairs so we could use the upstairs. The upstairs is exactly where we expected to stay based on photos of the property. Also there was not a separate entrance we were aware of. The house has a smell like there had been pets there. The kitchen and bath were nice but the living room had older furniture that was uncomfortable. The bathroom water was either freezing cold or scorching hot. The outside of the property was unkept. To top it off, the furnace went out on our last night so we had to leave early which was very inconvenient during a business trip. The owner offered a refund but it was unclear weather I got the full refund amount, I think not, the receipt I was provided did not break down the charges. I expect a 4 star rating of a vrbo to be in very good condition and that is not the case here.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. It’s tucked away in a quiet, residential area where you can relax, yet it’s close enough to shops, restaurants, and local attractions that make it easy to explore.

One of the things I enjoy most about the neighborhood is its sense of community. The streets are lined with charming houses, and there’s always a friendly face to greet you. There are beautiful parks nearby, perfect for taking a stroll or having a picnic with family. Plus, the local cafes and small businesses give the area a unique, personal touch that makes it feel like home.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, and whether you’re in the mood for a quiet evening or a day of exploring, this neighborhood has something to offer for everyone.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

What makes my property stand out is the combination of luxury and comfort. All the sheets and blankets are made of high-quality Egyptian cotton, making them incredibly cozy and perfect for anyone with allergies. The comforter is hypoallergenic, so guests can sleep soundly without worry.

I’ve also added a coffee and tea station, complete with everything you need to start your morning right. Whether you’re brewing a fresh cup of coffee or enjoying a relaxing tea, you’ll have the perfect spot to unwind and savor your morning.
