Mom Needs a Vacation

This was a last minute "add" for a vacation, and it didn't disappoint. The condo was perfectly located for all of our beach activities. The neighborhood was quiet, and the owners were easy to contact and work with to help fix one item in a very prompt timeframe. We would certainly stay here again. So glad it was available!

This property is located at the perfect location right in the middle of Dewey close to the bay and ocean. Parking is fantastic. The whole place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony was great to relax on and they even had a gate, so we could make sure the dog stayed with us without having to be leashed. While being the top unit, I was a little nervous about the stairs, but there were zero issues. It even rained and they were not slippery. Would highly recommend this property!

Daughter ‘s 21st birthday getaway

The location of this place is perfect . A two minute walk to beach and beautiful views of the bay . Once we arrived we didn’t move our cars the entire weekend as all was within walking distance . Very nice place to stay and we will be back . Owner was great to work with and very communicative .

Comfortable Condo

Lovely, comfortable condo close to restaurants and beach. Loved looking at the bay from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, dishes, etc. Also loved having cable tv. Bed was very comfortable. Hope to come back next summer.

Great experience

We loved staying at Bullseye. It was really cute and clean. The checkin process was a breeze and the view on the deck was great. We could see the bay and the ocean. As for location, perfect! You could walk to the beach or to the main road with the restaurants in just a few minutes. We didn’t even have to take our vehicle anywhere it was that convenient. Even our Dog enjoyed her stay there. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied!!!

Wow, what a good time. I rented this condo for five nights and had a blast!! Great location, condo stocked with everything you need (except sheets, which was no problem). Was able to walk to everything in Dewey, what a plus! Robin was very good to us. We only had six stay, but could have easily housed double!!! This was my first time to dewey and will stay here again on my next trip. And a friend brought his dog, which was a must for our group. Again, thanks for the great deal Robin, very satisfied. -Kevin

First timer

It was our first time to Dewey Beach (to Delaware) and it was wonderful. This condo is centrally located and it is easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants. It was what we needed. The only downfall would be that you need to bring all your own paper supplies, dish washing implements, towels and sheets, so if you are flying, this could be an issue. Overall, though, it met our needs and is reasonably priced.

The perfect place!

Place was perfect! Loved being able to walk around town and the short walk to the beach was a breeze!! The house was quiet… we had a baby and exceptionally clean. Owners were amazing with responses and overall communication! Would highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend this rental!

Loved this condo, came into town for a bachelorette party and the location was perfect. Walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. The condo is definitely nicer than I originally thought from the pictures online.

Not clean, and there’s a lot they don’t say up front.

When we saw the listing we thought it would be the usual hospitable place to stay with the kids. However, when we got the checkin instructions they told us that they didn’t provide towels, sheets, or pillow-cases. They did have pillows and blankets, but along with the rug in the en-suite bathroom they had clearly not been laundered in a very long time. There was also mold on the shower head, this place had not had the deep-cleaning that they claimed on the listing or in the check-in instructions. We had to scramble when we first arrived, as they were incorrect in saying there would be toilet paper: there wasn’t any. There also wasn’t hand soap, dish soap (there was dishwasher detergent), or garbage bags. Much of this could have been acceptable if it were disclosed on the listing. The property owners were also really demanding in their written communication. They were VERY particular about how we MUST be out by 10AM on checkout day (which is hard to do with three young kids) so that they could perform the deep cleaning for the next tenant that they very much seem not to be doing. They’re also super clear that guests must remove the trash to a dumpster while then failing to tell us where the dumpster is. My wife and oldest found it, about a block away.

Michael, I'm sorry for your experience. We would appreciate it if guests contact us in the beginning of their stay if there are problems. The bed spreads are changed every week or two. The cleaners are instructed to leave supplies. I guess that did not happen and I will have to address that. The dumpster location and items to bring are listed in the check in instructions. We are sorry that the checkout is 10am, but if this was going to be a problem, just contact us and we can work with you on that

great location!

location was perfect! walked to most places. Condo needs a little bit of maintenance (light fixture missing, etc) One suggestion; for a family with young children (as we did) the twin beds would be better in the back bedroom and the tub needs maintenance - stopper didn't work for baths.

Great but a couple of glitches

Great location. Support, three important fixes needed. 1. Sliding doors and working screens on the front doors. 2. Drain in bathtub. 3 working light. The latter two were fixed within a day and 2 days come up the last was a huge safety Factor. Everything else was splendid!

Great apartment and location!

We love this apartment! during this difficult time with COVID, we were able to spend some time in a different location, very close to the beach and a lake. The apartment is big enough for all of us to have our own space to work or to rest. So close to the beach and lake that we were able to go to the beach several times a day.
