Enjoy this peaceful "get-away" retreat, while having immediate access to all of Dewey/Rehoboth Beach restaurants, beaches and nightlife when you want them.

This luxury condominium is beautifully appointed, boasting a kitchen fully set up for a cook for those quiet nights in. Eating out? Got that covered too with "downtown" Dewey steps away, and easy access to even more fabulous restaurants in Rehoboth.

Private heated infinity pool, and recreation rooftop (best enjoyed in the early evenings as the sun sets. Bay side building only a block to the beach. 4 communal propane grills and 4 firepits for your evening enjoyment

The complex has a restaurant on site from which you may order room service.

Private parking for 2 cars.

Pet friendly- There are breed restrictions and a pet fee.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at the Hyatt Residence in Dewey was wonderful! It was perfect and pet friendly! Excellent location to all things fun in Dewey including the Dewey Post! Highly recommend!

great stay

easy for a group of friends looking to have moms weekend away from kids :) loved the location, the walkable bars and restaurants were nothing fancy, but were easy and super fun! took a 9min uber to nicer italian place one dinner. thank you for the accommodations!

Perfect modern condo in the middle of Dewey!

My husband and I stayed here with our couple friends and had a great time! The condo is modern and clean, the pictures really don’t do it justice. You can even see the water through the window when laying in the master bedroom. The check-in process was seamless and the host was super helpful and responsive. The condo is right near all the fun in Dewey which is so nice. I’d highly recommend!

Just as advertised. Good stay.

Despite rain and wind during our stay, our condo was great. Check in occurred promptly at 3pm. Unit was clean. Couch was different than pictured but fine. The shades in primary bedroom did deep in light around them in the mornings so maybe bring an eye mask if that bothers you. Plenty of extra sheets and pillows in closet. Just a suggestion to add stools to the center island. The rooftop pool looks wonderful in nice weather. The bayside beach was perfect for my dog and the large deck area is very nice and super clean.

The property itself is beautiful. From the pictures, I thought the view of the bay was straight on but I learned that it was to the right. We faced the parking lot. The residences are part of the Hyatt which is a hotel as well.It was confusing to find our place since different elevators took us either to the residences or hotel. I liked that we had a pool and a gym but had to access it thru the hotel part. Again, some confusion to access the amenities. I’m not sure if this is the place for us looking into the future. It was clean, had all that we needed. Robin was helpful when I called because we were having difficulty accessing and locating the condo.

Clean, comfortable, can’t wait to stay again!

We loved this place! It was clean and had everything we were looking for! There was enough space to put our dogs crates - we’ve stayed in some places that have way too much furniture. Our 4 year old loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Hope to stay again in the future!

Amazing location

Check in was super easy, directions were clear and easy-to-follow! Condo was clean and well stocked. Easy access to the bay with a private beach and right across the street was the ocean. Plenty of night life, but the condo was quiet and peaceful on the other side of the building!! There were all sorts of things going on but none interfered with us or the amazing weekend we had. The owner was easily reached and responsive, we'll recommend this to friends!

The owner charged a alot of money and it was not clean and the master bed room has a full bed not ki

He lied about the king size bed it is a full and their was omold in bathroom and lights where out dirty dishes in dishwasher and charge alot of money for cleaning fee

Great Location!

This is the perfect location - the beach is a quick walk away and Rusty Rudder is right next door. Anything else you could want is a quick Uber away as well. The rooftop fire pits are relaxing in the evenings and the pool area has an excellent view. I hope to be back soon!

Super clean! Just bring your clothes!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We had the best time at the Hyatt Residences. The condo was very clean, all you need for laundry, cooking and basic cleaning is there. So spacious and updated! The pool was lovely. The bay beach, great for kids and dogs. And so close to everything, we walked back and forth to the ocean several times a day because it was so close and we could! The only reason I did not give 5 stars for everything is because the balcony faces the parking lot, which isn’t the most desirable, however, the windows are amazingly soundproof! The checkin process was definitely easy. Even during a holiday weekend. Thanks again, Robin, for a great stay!
