Las increíbles vistas del golfo en esta casa de pueblo frente al mar con un diseño elegante son increíbles. La ubicación directa de la playa es excelente y lo convierte en un refugio de playa definitivo. Camine hasta restaurantes, tiendas, bares y helados, y la gran piscina está a solo unos pasos de distancia. Esta es la escapada perfecta frente al mar para una familia grande o dos. La cocina y la sala familiar se encuentran en la planta principal, así como un balcón con impresionantes vistas. El gran dormitorio principal se encuentra en el 3er piso con impresionantes vistas de la playa y el agua y también tiene una tranquila sala de estar. También hay una habitación de invitados reina en el 3er piso. El primer piso tiene dos habitaciones, una habitación king con literas dobles y una habitación completa. La pequeña comunidad de Seahaunts tiene una piscina privada y un paseo marítimo privado a la playa. Esta linda casa adosada se encuentra en el extremo oeste de 30A y está a pocos pasos de Gulf Place. Duerme 10 cómodamente.

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, the property was nice but furniture does need updated but not that bad. the only negative was is was not clean, we had 2 small kids so we had to clean the floors ourselves and there were dirty dishes in the cabinet but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our family vacay

Property was exactly as listed, the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable! Restaurants, shops, and Ice cream within walking distance. Our family of 10 fit comfortably and had a great time.

Good beach townhouse

Great area. Quick access to beach. You DO have to access the back porch/beach access by walking THROUGH 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (no hallway). The teens didn’t love that, but overall clean and freshly updated space.

Highly recommend this unit. Perfect location to Beech and Pool, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Equipped kitchen. Perfect for a large family. Will definitely book again in the future!

The property manager, Kim, was very helpful and communicative in advance of our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us and while there are quite a few stairs over the three levels, we liked having the separate spaces for everyone. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the back deck and third floor bedroom. Very close to the beach and we loved it being private, surrounded by only large homes on either side. We found Santa Rosa to be much less congested than other beaches but still very drivable to the best restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Management was responsive quickly. Cleaning crew before we got there did miss a few things (cup behind couch, under bed). But overall a lovely place

Beautiful convenient location

This is our second time staying at sea haunts and this unit in particular was perfect for two families. The beach and pool access was easy and the kids enjoyed going back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The second floor balcony had amazing views. The beach chairs and toys came in handy as well. Only one issue we had was parking on the last day. This was a great vacation and we did not want to leave!

The deck of the kitchen was a relaxing spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The beach walkover is convenient and has a bench for those that just want to enjoy the view with out going down the stairs to the sand.

There was a significant leak in the shower and I did let property Mgr. Know right away and she said she was aware and thought it was fixed. It was my understanding they would reach out to repairman and have him go back but no one ever came. The grill was filthy. It was covered in grease and the grease trap was overflowing. We did the best we could to empty it but it’s now a safety issue and someone really needs to inspect it and clean it. Location is awesome and there was plenty of room for our family of 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great...good view and quick access to the beach. We were able to have a bonfire on the beach very close to our Unit. The management company was great. They let us know promptly about a change of an access code. We had a broken coffee pot and when I told them that we had purchased a replacement, they promptly reimbursed me within minutes of sending them the receipt. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Appliances were fairly new. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The one thing that We did not like was that the access to the second downstairs bedroom and bathroom was through another bedroom. It was ok for our stay but could be a problem for a group of multiple couples.

Love this townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea U There very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The first floor bedrooms, which are connected, worked out fine for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children, so plenty of room. We enjoy being directly on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Thank you for everything!

Great property

We’ve rented other townhouses in the complex this one is our favorite. Very clean with everything you need. Can’t beat the proximity to pool and ocean. Some reviews didn’t like the basement layout because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Other units just have the basement open I like that it was closed off into two rooms. Perfect for kids that want to stay together but want a little space on the trip. Will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a pretty, clean and comfortable townhouse with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. We were there for a month in the Winter and loved each minute of it. There were a few problems but each was dealt with immediately and cheerfully. Kim at Coastal Blue should be the poster child for customer service. She takes the time to realize what the situation would mean to her if she were the renter and then proceeds to do the "right thing." Actually, she ought to give lessons in how to respond to texts and calls! She's exceptional.
