When the whales come to visit, it is so fun to be able to watch their activity right from your living room and it's amazing to be able to see your neighboring islands, Lanai and Molokai, with Hawaii's beautiful sunsets surrounding them. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival with the toilets. That is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and are glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly. We will be following up to ensure the water pressure issue has been fully resolved for future guests. We also understand how frustrating the elevator situation must have been, especially on a higher floor. Unfortunately, the elevator is managed by the building’s HOA, but we are actively communicating with them for updates and will make sure to better inform guests of any ongoing outages prior to arrival. We truly appreciate your understanding and are grateful to hear that you would consider staying with us again. We look forward to hosting you in the future and providing an even smoother experience next time.

Unit 282 at the Sands of Kahana is a highly sought after 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct ocean front penthouse unit. The oversized lanai is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. We are so happy to know that you enjoyed the lanai, it is one of the things that make this penthouse so special. The view are nothing short of magical. We do our best to provide all the home away from home feels for our guest to enjoy during their stay with us. The grounds at the Resort are well kept and we are happy you enjoyed the amenities like the new pickleball courts. This condo is is perfectly located next to some of the best beaches Maui has to offer, great dining and shopping.
