Saint Georges Village House

In the heart of the charming village of St. Georges d'Oléron, and close to bike paths, you can reach the beaches on the island’s east coast—sheltered from the wind and swell (Foulerot, Plaisance, Les Saumonards)—with a view of Fort Boyard. You’ll find all the amenities you need right here (bakery, mini-market, tobacco shop, newsstand), and in the summer, there’s a small farmers’ market. A bike rental shop is about 3 km away.
The house, with a floor area of approximately 70 m², consists of a large, bright living area with a dining room, a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms—one with a large 160x200 bed and the second with two 080x200 beds that can be pushed together—a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a small, fully enclosed garden, secluded from view, featuring a barbecue and a large wooden deck where you can enjoy meals and relax on the sun loungers in the shade of the awnings.
Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. (please contact me if the house is ready; early check-in may be possible), and check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

Upon request, I can provide bed linens and household linens for 12.50 euros per person.
The house has Wi-Fi.

A welcome booklet is available for you in the house.

Although the house is located in the center, parking is very easy, and there are free parking lots near the house.
