- The house is equipped with a Chromecast so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
If the apartment smells of cigarette smoke, your security deposit will be forfeited in full.
- In-person check-in or check-in via the key box in case of unforeseen circumstances or delays (in coordination with the concierge).

Payment Terms:
The total rental amount is divided into two payments. At the time of booking, an initial payment of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid one week before the scheduled check-in date. Please note that payments will be processed via automatic debit at the specified times, using the payment information you provided at the time of booking.

Security Deposit:
To protect our property, we require a credit card pre-authorization of 1,000 euros as a security deposit. Please note that this amount will not be charged to your account under any circumstances. It will be used solely to cover any damage caused to the property during your stay.

It is important to note that the security deposit will only be used in the event of damage found in the property. As a responsible traveler, we encourage you to take good care of the property and to report any issues as soon as you arrive.
