Frente a la playa y relajarse

Disfrute de su escapada frente al mar en este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños.
Durante la temporada los alquileres son de sábado a sábado.
La ubicación de Flying Cloud (edificio de ascensor de altura media 1) cerca de la calle 94 cuenta con algunos de los mejores restaurantes en Ocean City como: Liquid Assets, Lombardi’s, Bull on the Beach, Coffee Beanery, Layton’s.
Este es un edificio ocupado por el propietario. Debe aceptar seguir las horas de silencio del edificio y otras políticas..

(1) LO QUE NO ESTÁ INCLUIDO: todo se proporciona para su estadía, EXCEPTO ropa de cama (sábanas / fundas de almohada), baño / ducha / toallas de playa y artículos de tocador personales. Sin embargo, ofrecemos edredones y mantas para todas las camas. Los huéspedes DEBEN traer sábanas para las camas que planean usar, y deben traer toallas y artículos de tocador para su estadía. Tratamos de suministrar jabón de manos, toallas de papel y papel higiénico suficientes para todos los visitantes que vienen, y siempre y cuando todos los invitados tomen solo lo que necesitan durante su estadía, esos artículos estarán allí durante su visita..

(3) ESTACIONAMIENTO: Nuestro lugar incluye dos espacios de estacionamiento reservados y dedicados. El edificio también cuenta con 6 plazas adicionales de estacionamiento compartido para visitantes. Una unidad puede usar hasta dos de estos lugares colgando etiquetas colgantes ubicadas en la unidad en el espejo retrovisor mientras está estacionado en un lugar para visitantes. Los espacios para visitantes generalmente están disponibles pero no están garantizados.

(4) REQUISITOS DE EDAD DE ALQUILER: No alquilamos a grupos de "Semana Senior" ni a otros grupos de escuelas secundarias ni a despedidas de solteros. La edad mínima de alquiler es de 25 años. No podemos hacer excepciones a esta política. No realice una reserva instantánea si no cumple con estos requisitos..

(5) ALQUILERES DE VERANO: Durante la temporada (del Día de los Caídos al Día del Trabajo cada verano) alquilamos de sábado a sábado. Si prefiere de domingo a domingo o de viernes a viernes, contáctenos y trataremos de trabajar con usted.

Lovely Unit, Lovely Time

Great location with direct ocean view and within walking distance of two good restaurants. Unit was well appointed, particularly regarding kitchen and paper products. Loved the Keurig. There is a notebook with step by step instructions about checking in and setting up and checking out. Notified owner of a burned out bulb (wasn't burned out when we arrived) and got a quick response. We (3 elderly sisters) would love to rent here again.

Excellent location and great property

This was our second time staying here. It was as great as we remembered it and will likely stay again in the near future. Very comfy and cozy feel and great location right on the beach with the living room and master bedroom facing the waves. The owner is very accommodating and we love everything about this place.

Nice quiet beachfront condo

Great location at the north end of Ocean City, marvelous unobstructed beachfront view for watching the sunrise, and a nicely furnished private balcony for just chilling. It's a quiet, low-key, comfortable, and very well maintained condo unit that's close to eating places, and reserved parking (2 spaces) is a big plus. Loved being able to fall asleep listening to the surf at night. Owner Jen was terrific to work with and very responsive. No question that we'd choose this property again when we visit Ocean City.

Lovely condo amazing location

So happy I chose to spend my vacation here I already booked next year! Very very clean! Appliances and some furniture updated from photos. Loved the higher seats on patio to be able to see over railing while relaxing. All the little amenities provided were a nice surprise! All cooking supplies seemed to be very sufficient and plates silverware etc….we made most of our food at the condo and was never missing a thing. Appreciate all the thought they put into making our stay more comfortable and we can’t wait to visit again. Food tips: Lombardis’s had amazing pizza and albertino’s great food!

Beautifully appointed, prime location

This property is beautifully appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen and available baby and beach items. Great location across from Blue Fish and Lombardi’s, with a relatively uncrowded beach area. I highly recommend Jen’s place!

Relaxing Enjoyable Stay

Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a relaxing week in OCMD. The balcony view is spectacular and the pictures listed online are accurate. Please note: the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher have been updated to stainless steel. The location is very convenient for getting groceries. You also have assigned parking (great spots close to the building). It's a small building which accounts for less crowding on the beach. It was very quiet during our stay. If you plan to cook/dine-in, the kitchen is not stocked very well. There was only (1) stained baking sheet, no standard sized forks, knives were dull and an assortment of mismatched glassware. Overall, the condo was clean. We would love to see the kitchen cabinets/countertop updated. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfection!

From the location to the view to the ease of access to the beach, we could not have enjoyed our stay more!! I absolutely love OC in the off season and this stay made me love it even more. The condo is nicely decorated and the master bed is oh so comfy. The balcony was my favorite part of the condo and I spent several hours out there reading or just watching the waves. We have a new favorite rental in OC and would honestly love to purchase in this building if anything would come available 😍. Thank you Jen for your prompt responses to questions, your flexibility and for sharing your beach home with us!
