La casa tiene una cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de granito, un lavadero con dos lavadoras y dos secadoras. La suite está en el piso principal y tiene una sala de estar privada. Las cuatro habitaciones de arriba tienen baños en suite, TV por cable y Alexa. Beyond our wildest dreams! The kitchen had everything from a chef’s array of pots & pans to a charming honey jar and honey dipper. Hallmark should film their next Christmas movie at this beautiful home.

Perfect place!

Excellent accommodations! One of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. There were 5 women traveling together for a long weekend and Carmen’s place was just the ticket with our own bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. We had the entire place to ourselves and felt very spoiled.

Carmen is the most gracious host and made everything absolutely perfect for us. We were four couples celebrating milestone birthdays and could have not chosen a more beautiful place. It is truly the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in and would highly recommend it! The home is beautifully decorated and so nice that each room has en-suite bathrooms. We even got fresh eggs from the chickens for omelets. I hope we get to go back someday, i wish everyone could experience this beautiful experience.

Great stay!

this property had a very different feel because it was once an inn, which made it feel like we had the whole inn to ourselves, which was lovely. The place is spotless, everything you could possibly need is there, and it is beautifully decorated.

Wonderful place in wonderful Vermont

We had a very nice stay at this property. The house is spacious and each room having its own bathroom gives a lot of privacy to the guests which is great. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful winter weekend

5 families getting together once a year for a winter adventure weekend. Carmen is a fantastic host. The home is lovely, and we had a great time. Carmen makes sure if we need something, she is a phone call away.Would highly recommend this VRBO.

New England Girl's Trip

Beautifully appointed and comfortable country home for a friend's trip to New England. Perfect location for day trips around Vermont and New Hampshire. Woodstock was a perfect location for dining and shopping with parks and farms nearby. Property manager was easily accessible. Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

The Farmhouse is beautifully kept, very clean and has every amenity you need. The kitchen was fully equipped. The outdoor areas were lovely with beautiful landscaping. We would be happy to stay there on future trips.

Fantastic Stay

The property exceeded our expectations. Everywhere you looked there were decorative touches that made this house so warm and comfy. The online pictures do not do this home justice. And the owner, Carmen, was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would stay here again.

8 adult women's stayed her for a long weekend get away. The Inn is absolutely beautiful... Carmen is a joy and we can't thank her enough for opening up her home to us! Pictures can never do justice to this 1820's farmhouse.

Wonderful House and Property!

This is an amazing home! It was perfect for our family. All the bedrooms have their own tv’s and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has all up to date appliances. The decor is cozy and beautiful. I have already recommended it to our friend whose daughter attends Dartmouth College which is about 35 minutes from the property. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Charming, Well-stocked, Comfortable Inn

Deer Brook Inn was the perfect fit for a couple of girlfriends looking to spend some time together. The well-stocked kitchen afforded us the opportunity to stay in and cook together. All the rooms were comfortable and sizable with en-suite bathrooms for a nice level of privacy and opportunity to spend time alone. The house decor was beautiful and innkeeper Carmen was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever a question came up. The location of the property is fantastic at only about 10min from downtown Woodstock, 20min from Queeche (Simon Pearce restaurant/showroom) and 30min from Hanover, NH.

Fabulous Farmhouse

The property is even better than the pictures. The house is beautifully decorated and so warm and welcoming. My family really enjoyed our visit, it felt like we were home. FULLY stocked pantry, great kitchen with everything one could possibly need. Every detail is thought of and there for the guests. From the shampoo to wood for the fire pit, attention to detail is exceptional. Carmen, our host, could not have been more responsive and helpful. She was always there to assist but unobtrusive during our stay. If you are traveling to Woodstock DO NOT hesitate to stay at this fabulous farmhouse!

Woodstock Family Wedding Stay

Lovely property furnished and decorated beautifully to make you feel like you’re in your own home...only better. There are several large gathering spaces and a lovely backyard that allow a large family to spread out and enjoy family gatherings around a table or in the large living room or to seek out a quiet place to read or work in the study or in your bedroom. The home is spotless…honestly immaculate The only knock I have is that the home is located quite close to a busy road but don’t let that deter you. Once inside or in the backyard you will forget all about the road’s proximity. We enjoyed two al fresco lunches and appreciated the plentiful and comfortable outdoor furniture There is a fabulous market a few miles east where you can purchase everything from local organic produce, meats and gourmet ingredients to quality coffees, prepared foods and baked goods. I highly recommend this property. Our stay made attending a family wedding in Woodstock a fabulous experience.

Amazing ... Can't Wait To Come Back!

This was simply the best - of many - VRBO experiences we've had over the years. Four couples enjoyed six days/nights here, with rave reviews all around. Carmen and Chris obviously anticipated every detail of what we would need - from furnishing with high-quality, comfortable furnishings, to stocking the kitchen with lots of cooking and serving items, to tiny details like fresh flowers in vases on every toilet! The interior was spacious and comfortable, and the back patio/yard were welcome "fresh air" escapes. Highly, highly recommend the place and the people who own/run it!

A perfect home to enjoy with our travel group for our annual fall trip.

Lovely house

Our group consisted of 2 families with 4 kids in total ages 12. The was plenty of space for all of us. The house is lovely and very well maintained. It was also very well stocked with essentials such as paper goods, teas, coffees, bathroom products. The house was also very clean with spacious dining room and living room. I would definitely recommend this place. Couple things to menton is that the house is located right next to the well traveled road and for a light sleeper like myself that was a bit of an issue. There was also a slight misunderstanding with one of the property owners who showed up at the house 1 day prior to our departure and was very surprised to find us there although our check out was not until the following day. This misunderstanding was quickly resolved. Last thing to note is that check out time is 9 am which is tight as is. On our departure day a big snowstorm hit that required us to clear some snow to leave. So 9 am checkout was tight. I would recommend for the property owners to change the time to at least 10 am.

Picturesque Stay in a Great Location

This property was perfect for our group of adult women. Five bedrooms with comfortable beds and their own private bathrooms meant we could all escape from each other when needed, and no one was waiting on anyone else to shower when we were trying to get out of the house. The fireplace was lovely and the couch and chairs were perfectly comfortable -- we enjoyed the throw blankets so much we are buying our own. The place was also decorated for fall/thanksgiving which was a really nice touch. As a group of fairly antisocial people, we enjoyed having all of the perks of a B&B without having to talk to strangers. Carmen was very communicative when we needed anything, but also left us to do our own thing. We could hardly tell she was there in an attached apartment. The location was also perfect -- removed enough from town to be quiet but close enough to drop in for dinner and shopping. We loved the view of the river across the street. If we find ourselves in Woodstock again, we will definitely return!

Perfect home for a week

The home was perfect for 5 “mature” women to spend a week in Woodstock, VT. We each had our own bedroom and bath, a wonderful kitchen although we ate out more than in, a large dining room and living area to spend time together. Carmen was so helpful with a couple questions. We were sorry we did not get to meet our hosts. This is the 4th house we’ve rented on VRBO and it was the best.

Wonderful weekend in Woodstock!

We could not have asked for more for our family weekend - our first since before the pandemic. The house is beautiful and just the right size for us. With 5 bedrooms and baths, we, our 4 adult kids, and their partners were more than comfortable. Carmen, our host, was responsive and very helpful. The house was wonderfully clean and the kitchen is so incredibly well stocked that it felt like home. Thank you Carmen!

Great Family Stay

We traveled with 5 total couples, as well as our two young children. The home was perfect for our large group as each couple had privacy in their own rooms with ensuite bathrooms, while the full group could share several common spaces, including a separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. We also enjoyed the backyard and outdoor fire pit. Carmen was an excellent hostess. She was available to answer any questions we had and made our children feel welcome. Our 2 year old son keeps asking when we can come back!
