Great location walking distance from beach and boardwalk. No frills, but everything you need to make yourself feel at home. Gary was very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great house, great location!

The house was a perfect size for our large group, and was in a great location to enjoy the beach and the boardwalk. We had a few small issues come up while we were there but our host was always very accommodating, attentive, and we never had an issue getting ahold of anyone with questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend this house for your beach stay!

Room for Every Generation!

We had a fantastic stay! We rented for a multigenerational beach vacation and the house was perfect. Plenty of space to gather together for meals and games and to spread out when needed. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk which made for a wonderful trip. Would recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!

Beach Vacation

We stayed with my 2 daughters,their husbands and my 4 grandchilden,ages 17,15 ,14 and 14.It was a perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk.The place was very clean,had a great porch to people watch,a big grill so we could cook out.The family room was big enough so we could all sit.

Great getaway

House was in a great location, so close to the beach! The house was beautiful and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Gary was very responsive to texts. I would definitely stay here again.

Ladies Weekend

This house is perfect for 5 ladies. The house was much nicer than what the pictures presented. Loved the location and large front porch. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend at Hampton Beach New Hampshire.

Spacious and comfortable

This property was perfect for our stay at Hampton Beach. We had 9 people and we all had plenty of room to spread out and we were very comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely made the right choice!

Steps to beach

House was great. Location excellent. Porch was favorite place to be. Communication with host excellent. Air conditioning was terrific. Each room had own AC unit-everyone was comfortable. Room for improvement- Comforters, pillows and shams needed replacement-Glad we brought our own. Outdoor shower was disappointing -really just an exposed rinse off area-(but indoor shower upstairs was amazing!). Still a 5 star for roominess, location and general comfort. Thanks Gary and Shannon

Best place on Hampton Beach!

We are a party of 10 ranging from 62 to 10. Plenty of room to spread out and very well appointed kitchen. The shower upstairs is better than mine at home! Rooms have smart tv"s so kids can watch cartoons or play their switch and grown ups can watch movies. Very clean and so close to the beach! Can't say enough about it! Looking forward to staying here next year!

I will continue to come every year!

This is the second time my family has stayed in Gary's home. I cannot explain how much we enjoy staying here. It's in the perfect location to the beach, super spacious, cozy and clean. We bring a ton of stuff, between my two year olds toys, snacks, etc, and there is plenty of space. The top and bottom deck are perfect for hanging out - our favorite. On top of it all, Gary is always readily available and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Absolutely loved this house

I have booked a lot of houses thru VRBO and most of the time the description of the property does not even come close to actual property but this listing of the property did! There were nine of us and everyone was extremely comfortable and very happy with our accommodations. The location is great. Gary has ensured that everything needed to be done to the house has been done to make you comfortable. He was also very responsive to any questions we had and I would highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect!

The accommodations were exceptional. The house was very clean and in order. It's a quite location and the neighbors I met were very friendly. For six adults, there's plenty of room to spread out or gather together in the living room, on the porch or at the dining room table. The house, of course, will accommodate more guests. No shortage of kitchen appliances, cookware or utensils. I enjoy my coffee so I was happy to find a Keurig and drip coffee maker. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Gary is an excellent host and responded immediately to my questions. I had zero problems with the property and hope to return in the future.

Family time at the beach.

Great house to rent for family. There were 7 of us and plenty of space for us to lounge. Sorry that the weather wasn’t nice enough to take advantage of the great front porch. Would definitely try to rent again when we decide to go back

Excellent!

My husband and I and our young adult children stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and we could not have made a better choice. The house was very clean and spacious. There was 8 of us total and we had plenty of room. Our host was very pleasant and eager to accommodate us with any needs. I would highly recommend renting this house ! Very easy access to the beach and all the amenities! We were all very sad to leave. We cannot wait to plan another trip for next year!
