This is a newly renovated property next to a five star unit already on this site. All the amenities, across the street from the beach, and not in the terribly noisy part of Hampton Beach, but within a five block walk to the Hampton Beach casino, the outdoor seashell, and all the shops and bars. Will book fast.

Quiet location, in October, beautiful view of the ocean from front sliding glass doors and balcony. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. Scott was very attentive to every text I sent & responded immediately. He included free snacks and a very clean unit. He left very detailed instructions regarding acess to unit, arrival & departure times, where to leave used linens & bedding, and where to place garbage bags upon leaving. Unit appears exactly as shown in photos posted. There are 2 flights of stairs, no elevator which is good to know. We had an excellent stay & Perfect Weather.

Steps from beach

I did like the mini fridge/freezer and 5 cup coffee maker. The view from our terrace was awesome, but noisy with motorcycles and trucks, but you could hear the waves at night and that was nice.The room is small, but it had a comfy bed and many blankets. The AC unit was loud so maybe an updated one in the future would be a plus. Easy walking distance to a little market.

Nice balcony overlooking the water. Room is good for one couple plus luggage, would not suggest any more. It is on the 3rd floor, if you have any physical issues. Suggestion to the owner would be to put a drain in the air conditioner and run a 1/2" PVC pipe down the side of the building with a Y to tie in the second floor. With 2nd and 3rd floor air conditioner running, there is a lot of condensation dripping to the 1st floor deck. Property manager, Scott Brown, was great with communication.

Weekend getaway

Great Friday through Sunday stay. Everything was perfect, including the room and check in/out process. And the bed was so comfy! Balcony overlooking the ocean was an added bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Location is everything! Beautiful spot. We had concert tickets for the Casino Ballroom, easy walk. Very clean, beach themed, cozy room. The host’s communication is great

Great condo

If you are a fan of Hampton Beach you definitely should stay here. On the quiet end of the beach and still in walking distance to all that Hampton Beach has to offer. We loved the deck with the ocean view the best. Scott was always in touch.

Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Convenient cute spot that met all of our needs. Close to beach. View of the ocean from balcony and from the bed. A little ways down out of the busiest part of Hampton Beach, which I appreciated, but an easy walk to everything. Host communicated and gave good directions. Complementary snacks and drink. Room was clean and comfortable. A great getaway. I hope to stay again!

C’était notre cinquième fois à Hampton Beach et la première dans un VRBO Belle petite unité! Très fonctionnelle, tout était parfait. Great location!

The location is perfect! Great view from the balcony! Communication and check-in was easy, the owner responded promptly. I was there with my husband and 3 year old daughter. This location responded to our needs.

Great stay on Hampton Beach!

Comfortable, clean, well appointed condo was perfect for our stay! Scott was super responsive and helpful. Quick walk to everything on the strip. Will definitely try to re-book next time we are back on the NH coast!

Cozy Oceanfront stay

Location, location, location! We came to Hampton for our anniversary. We had tickets for a concert at the Ballroom casino. It was just a short walk to the venue. The Great Escape II has a beautiful view; just far enough away from the busier part of the strip to enjoy the quiet, but an easy walk to all the fun Hampton has to offer. We very much enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view. I loved the fun ocean decor. Scott left us a wonderful welcome basket. We felt right at home in this cozy place. Parking is a breeze! I have already booked another stay.

Great place to stay!

If you are looking to stay at a place located close to Hampton beach this is a very good option. Our room was on 3rd floor with an ecean veiw with the beach across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and the property manager was excellent. Good communication and no surprises. We would certainly stay here again.

Will be back!

First let me say, communication between Scott and I was flawless! Very thorough with instructions and a list of things to do during my stay. Beach right across from us. Very nice! A small place perfect good us!! My only gripe and not much of one if you dont mind the issue, but there was no condiments like sslt and pepper and the bed was very, very warm. It could be my internal heater as well lol. Seriously, I look forward to visiting again. Thank you Scott!

Amazing Place

I highly recommend this place, the condo was so nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable, directly across the street from the ocean. The host was very accommodating. I will be booking this place again soon....it was a Great Escape!
