Great stay

Perfect for our little family to stay and visit over the holidays. Only downside was the noisy highway next to the property and no blackout curtains.

Overall nice place to stay! Just a little noisy with the traffic sounds of the highway that we're not use to living in the country.

Unexpected trip

I was in Nashville to see about my cousin who is in the hospital so the property was the perfect fit. It was clean, cozy and close to the airport and hospital! I would definitely stay again!

Short trip to buy a house

The location was central to all of the properties we viewed. The noise from the highway was a bit much. It is a beautiful unit and very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and pretty well maintained. Had trouble connecting to the WiFi and wish we would have known it was right next to the interstate. Lots of road noise.

Nashville Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this Avant property. The space was very clean and centrally located to most places we needed to go in Nashville. Our only complaint would be the proximity to a major highway which could be heard easily from within the unit, sometimes making it difficult to sleep. The owner/property manager was very responsive and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. Would stay again!

Spacious well decorated townhome in central Nashville

My favorite feature on this property were the wine glasses and board games. It makes for a wonderful staycation getaway or a quick getaway where you want to spend some time with your friends and families. The Avant customer service team is there to answer your questions/concerns promptly which isn't the norm when staying in rental property

Location

Knew it might be close to major road, but the noise was intense. Thought there would be insulated walls. We did appreciate the ear plugs and the noise machines though.

Nice Confortable Home

Pros: clean, pretty new, property manager communication was fast and accommodating, downtown Nashville is close by. Cons: neighborhood is kind of sketchy, with mostly rentals, light commercial, and the surrounding area is low income. Freeway is loud and kept us up at night. No yard…at all. Summary: overall, for the price it is a nice place and comfortable. If it was any more expensive we would have stayed somewhere else.

The house was very well laid out. It was decorated in the still fitting Nashville. It had everything we needed for ourselves and grandchildren. The location of the property on the eastside of Nashville was charming and had easy access to highways. The location of the property itself was unusual as it was not in what you would call a residential neighborhood but turned out to be acceptable. The noise from the highway did not bother us but the earplugs were thoughtful. I did want to know there was what sounded like birds trapped in the downstairs bathroom fan/vent, so if there is a strange odor in there in the near future it may be that.

Pretty little condo

Overall a great stay, only a couple of things to comment on. The property is built right next door to a highway, so the morning traffic noise could be a concern if you like to sleep in. Although, there were earplugs provided. The water pressure in the guest ensuite bathroom was a bit weak. The downstairs lack of privacy (curtains only in the living room) was a bit disconcerting for us. Would like to have had window coverings on the kitchen door, and the window at the foot of the stairs.

Nice but not a great neighborhood

The only complaint we had was this was not in best area for my kids to run and play. There was construction all around, the house was right next to a major highway which was loud and busy all the time. Directly next the house was a landscape business that would show up early in the morning with trucks and load up items from their lot. Just a really busy, loud place if you have kids. However, it was a nice price and a pretty good location in relationship to all we wanted to do. If it would have just been my husband and I it would have been fine! The house was very clean and it was easy to get into! We had a great time!

Attractive townhouse

This is an attractive home, nicely appointed and clean. It is located in an older neighborhood in East Nashville, among older homes, new construction and businesses. We needed to be close to Vanderbilt Medical Center, and we were only a 20 minute drive away, even in Nashville traffic. We were able to have our small dogs with us…there was not much yard for them to do their business, but they enjoyed their stay! A huge negative is that it is right next to an on-ramp for a major highway, making it extremely noisy outside and in. And the landscape company next door loads their equipment extremely early every day! We had an issue twice with other guests being sent check in instructions for our townhome and even given a door code to our door, while we were still there! That was somewhat troubling, but Kayla at AvantStay was great to help us and make things right.

property management treats you as a threat not a guest

after speaking with 7 different agents regarding the incorrect information on my rental agreement, I just signed it so I could confirm my stay. i had to send a copy of drivers license, a photo of me holding my drivers license, the names and ages of the family staying with me…..i was vetted to a fault even though I have rented from vrbo repeatedly over the years. we could not adjust the a/c temp in the unit, we were charged for utilities. we were instructed as to which towels we were to use for makeup removal. avant- stay charged us as did vrbo…..I felt as though I was just a monetary transaction, not a customer. it was just too much hassle for a weekend stay. the location was very close to our family, otherwise I would have cancelled. I felt as though I was trespassing, even though I was a paying guest. accommodations were fine, except the king sized bed needs a new mattress as it sinks on one side. there is just no way I would stay at an avantstay stay property again…..too much red tape.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This property was awesome. My family and pet enjoyed our stay. My only con was the foam king sized mattress was not comfortable for me.
