Maravillosa comunidad para mayores de 55 años rodeada de montañas al NE de Tucson. Prepárese para disfrutar de la vida de Saddlebrooke con su patio trasero orientado al este (montaña). Y como beneficio adicional, el patio delantero con orientación oeste tiene vistas de las tortillas a lo lejos. La casa está configurada en el interior con un Master orientado al este que tiene una cama King size, TV, tocador, agradable silla de lectura con otomana, acceso con puerta corrediza al exterior, baño con ducha, vestidor con algunos cajones incorporados / estantería. La cocina con encimeras de granito tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar, hornear y entretener. La ventana da al patio abierto y a las montañas. El patio trasero cubierto tiene una parrilla de gas Weber. The Great Room tiene un televisor de 65 "con ROKU y You-Tube TV, dos sillas cómodas y un sofá en forma de L. El estudio ahora tiene un sofá, lo reemplazará con dos camas gemelas, que se pueden juntar para hacer un tamaño extra ancho.

Wonderful weather beautiful view

Saddlebrooke is a classy place and this home has a beautiful view of the mountains. Sunrise breaks over the mountains as you eat breakfast. Great restaurants and grocery stores aren't far away. It's quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.

Home Away From Home

The Owner is great, kept us informed of community events, super responsive to all or questions. House has everything you need, even down to spices and condiments and cleaning supplies, and community is full of things to do. The sunrise and sunset views are unforgetable. Hated to leave.

Great place with views

We had a great time at this home. It had everything you would need for a getaway. Perfect size for a couple or up to four people. The backyard has a view of the distant mountains and opens up to nature. If you have pets just be careful to watch them because of the wildlife.

The Mountain Views and sunsets are breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing outside. The inside of the house was comfortable with many seating areas. The pantry was stocked ( a first) and toiletries were available. Wonderful Mountain Views from the inside. The property owners were the most helpful compared to ones in years past. They made us feel welcome, informed us about local activities, suggested local resources and even helped us find a house to buy. I recommend this property without any reservations to future renters.

This is the perfect location for a long stay - homeowners everything you need to be comfortable. If you like to cook - the kitchen has everything you need! Not just the basic pots & pans but plenty of other tools - knives, cutting boards, even a mixmaster! There’s a Weber grill on the patio too! We watched the hummingbirds while eating breakfast on the patio and listened to the quail at dinner. As a renter you have access to the Health facilities & pool - great place with fantastic landlords HIGHLY recommend! And the view is amazing!

Great rental in the desert

Our stay in Saddlebrooke was very enjoyable. My husband said the golf practice facilities are top notch and I really enjoyed the swimming pool. The owners are very easy to work with and respond quickly if questions arise. The house has incredible views with several seating areas to enjoy including a fire table out back. Fun to see the wildlife too. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need; the fridge/freezer was very nice and roomy. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Plenty of towels were available including beach towels. We had a little difficulty with YouTube cable, but there are several streaming choices to pick from.

Picture Perfect Sunrises and Sunsets

I rented this vacation home with my 96-year-old Mom, and for both of us, this rental felt like home. Every conceivable item was included in the house, e.g., cleaning supplies, sheets and towels, every conceivable kitchen tool, paper towels, and even toiletries!! I have rented many vacation homes, and I have never had a house equipped like this place. Unbelievably thoughtful, not to mention the savings from not needing to buy the myriad of supplies. Every day, the sunrise and sunset was like a picture postcard, unbelievable. This home exceeded my expectations in every single way. The owners were so responsive, helping me learn how to use the streaming service, something I have wanted to try at home but had no idea where to start - - now I do! And the neighbors, so friendly, so helpful. All of them! I made so many new friends in my month-long stay, I hope to see them again one day soon. All in all, a perfect stay.

House with the beautiful views!

Two bedroom, two bath home located in the retirement community (55+) of Saddlebrooke, Arizona. The property sits on the ridge of a hill that overlooks the Santa Catalina mountains and offers stunning views from the kitchen and dining room of sunrise in the morning and sunsets over the Tortolita Mountains in the west in the afternoons. We did all our own cooking and found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, cups, glassware, cutlery, bowls etc along with condiments. All appliances worked well and there was only a small glitch with the Roku television which we worked out with the assistance of the owners who reside in the community. Very quiet neighborhood in the evenings and during the night. Saddlebrooke is 25 miles northwest of Tucson and offers many amenities including golf, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, pickleball, bicycling, hiking and more...We love to hike, swim and birdwatch during our stays in this community and are especially delighted when we see Vermillion Flycatchers that winter in this general area. Owners are attentive and responsive. We would love to return at some point in the future!

Very Nice and Comfortable

My husband and I had a very nice stay here in Saddle Brooke. The house was the perfect size for the 2 of us and would have accommodated 4 people. My husband used the office area every day as he was working remotely and the printer/scanner was a welcomed touch, as well as the shredder. The house is exactly as shown on this site with a multitude of kitchen utensils and kitchenware. Dee was very communicative as the owner and easy to contact. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing visit to Saddle Brooke.

Perfect choice in SaddleBrooke

We were looking for a convenient place to stay in SaddleBrooke prior to closing on our home. This lovely small house was the perfect answer. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s in a great location, well kept and is completely stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. The bikes were a bonus as this is an amazing large neighborhood with rolling hills to ride in. The owner is so responsive....you couldn’t ask for a nicer person. I’d recommend this rental in a heartbeat.

We use this home in the Winter and like to entertain but Covid changed those plans this year. But we do have plates for 20+ for anyone else who like to have friends over now that the SaddleBrooke Community is returning back to normal.

Snowbirds from Minneapolis who love the SaddleBrooke Community. We are active in the Biking, Hiking, Tennis, Golf groups, and love to entertain while we are down here.

Our number one priority was a East facing back patio, so we would get the Mountain views. Next is would it fit our friends. Number two, although the Sonora is a smaller model, we had rented a few for four years so we were aware that we could fit our friends for dinners. And third the Master fits the King bed with a new Beautyrest mattress/boxspring and nightstands on each side.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The front West facing patio is near the cross street, so feels more open. It is nice and warm in the Winter afternoons, and in the hot Summer you can retreat to the East covered patio. The back yard has some citrus trees and great Spring flowers.
