Muy bien decorado y bien mantenido, Laredo (2014 pies cuadrados) en HOA2 (construido en 2006) tiene una vista fabulosa de las montañas de Catalina desde el patio trasero pavimentado. Completamente amueblado con electrodomésticos nuevos, plano de planta abierto y espacioso (garaje para 2 autos + carrito de golf) hacen que su estadía sea muy cómoda. Barrio tranquilo, bien ubicado, a poca distancia de la casa club, el parque para perros y el campo de softbol.

The owner was very responsive in any questions we asked. House was very well appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We made all our meals at the home so we appreciated that the kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. He left a case of bottled water, which we drank and then replaced at the end. That was a nice touch. The backyard suited our dog who loved to explore all the desert plantings.

First Taste of Saddlebrooke

Just like being at home. Great location, away from the hustle and bustle of big city life. The house offered everything one would want, even the pantry, refrigerator and freezer were well stocked. Neighborhood was peaceful and the few neighbors I encountered were very friendly and helpful. John even supplied a golf cart for use if desired. All in all, a great introduction to life at Saddlebrooke. Thanks!

Perfect House with Beautiful Mountain Views

We loved our 2 weeks! The house was conveniently located and beautifully furnished. It had a well stocked kitchen, beautiful screened porch with table and chairs for most meals. We would definitely rent again if we were going to the Tucson area.

Beautiful friendly community

This property in Saddlebrooke was everything we needed it to be, and more. The host, John was so helpful with anything we needed. The house is clean, updated, and spacious, and we loved the views of the Catalina mountains. It was conveniently located to so many amenities and stores. The people of Saddlebrooke are happy and friendly. We loved using the four pools, fitness centers , walking paths, and excellent restaurants.

An amazing house. It has everything you could possibly need. Great view from a screened porch with a fireplace feature. A location that is convenient to everything. Beautifully decorated. We felt at home immediately!

Very nice stay

I stayed nearly two months. The property owner was very communicative and assisted me with everything I needed, including mechanics, restaurants and realtors. I traveled with my two dogs. The yard is nicely fenced, and the home very comfortable.

Peaceful neighborhood in 55+ community with Mountain View’s.

The neighborhood is wonderful to take a morning and evening walk in. Very friendly neighbors and fellow dog lovers. The house is updated, comfortable, with everything you may need. John, the home owner is excellent to work with.

Saddlebrooke Stay

This is a wonderful property- super clean, super host, great location, and views that lift the heart. The house has everything you could possibly need or want, and the host(s) are a text away. Saddlebrooke is a terrific community with tons of amenities and this property is right in the heart of it, while also being spacious, private, and peaceful. Our experience was so positive, we bought a place.

Great Place!!!

We had a great time at this place. John the owner was always a text away if we had a question or there was a problem. There were no problems as far as we were concerned. Anything and everything we might have thought of using was there at our disposal and it was just a great place if you want to stay in Saddlebrooke. Will come back again!

Fabulous stay at beautiful property in the Tucson Area

This property is located about 25 miles northwest of Tucson in a 55+ active adult community. The home is situated in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountain range with mountain views from the back yard. The community has many amenities including four swimming pools which are all heated, hot tubs, tennis courts, pickle-ball and golf. The neighborhood is also ideal for walking or biking. Several state parks are located near the home (Catalina and Oracle) and provide extensive trails and also great birding. The home itself has three bedrooms - a master suite with master bath and large walk-in closet, second bedroom with large closet and a third room with desk/printer and futon sofa which works as a third bed if needed. The kitchen is well -stocked with spices and condiments and has a separate dining area from the more formal dining room attached to the living room. There are two large televisions - one in the living room and one in the master suite. The home was very clean and kitchenware was well-stocked with everything needed to cook, bake or grill on the outside grill. Screened-in porch with comfortable chairs in which to read, relax or view the mountains. The owner John was very attentive to our needs and quick to respond by text, email or cell phone. This home is highly recommended for persons 55+ and up and we look forward to returning some time in the future.

Relaxing Stay

I highly recommend staying at John's place in Tucson. It was one of the best places I've stayed. He cares about your comfort and is quick to communicate with any questions. I loved the location, it's close to many outdoor attractions and not far from anything I needed. The view from the backyard is amazing and I loved seeing the stars so clearly at night. Thanks John for a lovely stay.

Great house for one couple or two couples.

Sometimes, you just have to write a review. I usually don't, but a truly over the top exception, requires mentioning. John and Patty have a great house, with everything you need to stay a few weeks or a few months. The house has all the amenities and more. In a great adult community, where you have access to everything, tennis, golf, pickleball, biking hiking walking, swimming, sitting in the sunshine, kicking back and just relaxing. While we were there, Covid was still limiting how you can access some of the activities, but we still had a great time. John was particularly good at communicating and answered all our questions. Everyone at Saddlebrooke was friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Patty and John!

A fabulous December in Saddlebrooke!

My husband and I spent the month of December, 2018 in Saddlebrooke. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. While this was not our 1st visit to Saddlebrooke, it was our first time coming down in December. The comforts and location of this home truly made our experience enjoyable. We have no complaints. The owners are gracious, responsive and caring. The home felt like "home". We plan to be full-time residents in Saddlebrooke (hopefully in 2019) and can't wait to meet them in person and extend our friendship. I am a lap swimmer and found the convenience of walking to Desert View fantastic. The dog park is only a couple blocks away, another bonus for the dog lovers. Being from Colorado, we did miss a fireplace on the evenings it got chilly. We were fortunate to experience a snowfall in Saddlebrooke when we departed in the early morning hours of New Years Day! Having a printer was a nice bonus as I did work from home quite a bit. The channel selection made available with Direct TV was appreciated. Should we continue to be renters in Saddlebrooke in 2019, we will definitely consider this home again, no matter what time of year. Thanks Patty and John for sharing your wonderful home with us!
