Muy singular villa moderna en la costa adeje. La villa dispone de 4 dormitorios con 3 baños con cabina de ducha. En la planta principal se encuentra un salón-comedor espacioso con magníficas vistas sobre el océano. Hay una cocina agradable también con vistas a la piscina. Una gran terraza con vistas al jardín, al mar y una gran cantidad de palmeras. En la planta baja hay un garaje privado para 3 coches. Desde el garaje de un ascensor está disponible hasta la planta baja y primer piso. La villa es realmente algo diferente con vistas a las montañas. Situado en una zona muy tranquila a unos 7 minutos en coche de la costa adeje, a poca distancia del parque de Tailandia, muy cerca de Las Américas y Los Cristianos y cerca de un campo de golf. La villa es un sitio no fumar (propiedad libre de humo). No se permiten mascotas.

Bright clean modern fully equipped Villa convenient great location.Only negative is the villa behind us had builders in so for 6 days of the 10 we had grinding cutting & general construction noise which was grating as I'm involved in Construction!! AAAHHThe Host Lukas very helpful & issues dealt with swiftly

Great Villa and location

Fabulous villa everything you need fab place for a family. Location is very central to everything really we did hire a car which we got at a great price. We highly recommend Villa Julia we will definitely will be coming back.

A wonderful winter break

Our group of 7 had a lovely week at Villa Julia! Situated at the top of a hill, it is a twenty minute walk to the front and add roughly another twenty minutes on along the front for Adeje or Las Américas, but if you like walking like us it wasn’t a problem. Very close to Siam Mall which has a good supermarket and to Siam Water Park. We had great communication from Walter the owner of the villa and also a great welcome and explanation about the villa and its amenities from Lukas the property agent. The villa itself is lovely - lots of space, very clean and so well stocked, it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

It was our first villa holiday, we had had the most relaxing holiday walter and lukas couldn't do enough, the villa and grounds was spacious and clean ,had every thing you will ever need like being at home but with the sun,we that impressed we booked for next year before we left.it deserves more than 5 stars its a credit to walter.

Wonderful stay in a lovely Villa

We found the villa had everything you could ask for. All the amenities were of a great standard. The pool was lovely and warm for our grandson. The bbq was well used and extremely easy. The TV has all sky tv including sports which was an unexpected plus. Would I recommend this villa, ABSOLUTELY,

Excellent stay

The property looks exactly like on the pictures. It is a very spacious villa. It has a nice view over the town. The communication with the owner was very nice. Everything you use at home is available in the villa. Just make sure you have a car because the road to Siam mall is very steep.

Beautiful 5* Villa

Can't fault this villa, it is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Within a quiet neighbourhood but good location with easy access to local restaurants and the large supermarket in Siam Mall. Communication with Walter and Lukas was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Villa

Just got back from a two week break at Villa Julia. The Villa was amazing and had everything you could ask for. It’s up a hill so not ideal for those who aren’t wanting to walk too much in the heat but plenty taxis available and all very cheap. Close to all amenities, including Siam Park and Mall and just a little walk further to restaurants and the beach. Would recommend to others. Thank you Walter for greeting us, a lot later than expected, and giving us a tour and instructions, very useful.

Superb villa

Villa Julia is not only well equipped, it is beautifully presented. We travelled as a group of five, my in-laws, us and our young son. Everyone was delighted with the accommodation, comfortable large beds, good water pressure in lovely clean bathrooms, well laid out outdoor space with enough room to spread out and have both family time and chill out time. We’ve had a wonderful stay in Tenerife at Villa Julia. Thank you

Lovely Villa

Just back from a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Julia. Walter, the host, was a great host and would respond to any request or messages almost immediately. He was also very flexible with me checking out later to accommodate my young family. The villa was extremely well equipped and furnished to a very high level, the cots and bedding provided is the highest standard we have experienced in any holiday so far with our young children. Despite the villa being at the top of a steep hill, if you don’t want to walk up it, it is less than 5 euros to get a taxi from Adeje so this shouldn’t put you off. Plenty of parking if you decide to hire a car.

Pretty close to Perfect

Villa Julia is a very beautifully maintained and perfectly clean home with a great elevator to take you and your luggage from the two car garage on the ground floor to the upper two floors. It is a very stately compression elevator making no noise–slow but elegant and silent with full-length windows on each floor looking out on the view (an elevator with a view)! The middle floor on which there is the garden & pool also has a large living room, flat screen TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen and large pantry with laundry washer & dryer. The top floor has two full bedrooms each with a queen-size bed: one with en suite bath & one with a spectacular view & bath off the hall just outside the door & one small bedroom with a single comfortable bed separated from the master by a window you can open. Beds are very comfortable by American standards. The ground floor has the garage, a big bedroom with king bed & bath with a small sitting area but only one small high window.The kitchen is well equipped for cooking dinners. It includes a full sized refrigerator, full sized dishwasher, electric stove (they never work as well as gas), 2 ovens, microwave, & a breakfast table used for counter space. The garden, which is covered with artificial grass has real palm trees, overlooks a striking uninterrupted view of Adeje and the ocean beyond. The stars at night are spectacular. A nice element is the owners provide a wide variety of cable TV channels including several English language news stations. There are no houses directly in front of the view & one next door so privacy and views are great. It is a five-minute drive down the hill to the Siam Mall with a full service supermarket. A car is definitely recommended unless you are a serious walker since the house is on a very steep hill & the closest anything is down the mountain. The only minimal downsides are some traffic noise since the house is on a main road that goes up and down the mountain; the pool out of the sun for a significant part of the day (but this could be a benefit in the summer); and the electric stove, which works but is not the best for cooking. Lucas and Camille (onsite agents) are lovely and were very responsive to our requests and questions. The owner has many rules about such things as taking the outdoor furniture pillows in every night. This is an inconvenience since there are many giant ones for the garden sofa. This villa’s high cost is reflected in the facilities!

La casa tenía varios defectos dos habitaciones sin ventilación, una habitación da al dormitorio principal y la otra a un baño en el sótano el Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien y los canales de televisión tampoco. Además el dueño de la casa nos echó una hora antes de lo que ponía en el contrato, amenazando con llamar a la policía. Mala experiencia por el dueño aunque el resto estaba bien. The house had several defects two rooms without ventilation, the Wi-Fi did not work well and the television channels either. In addition, the owner of the house fired us an hour before what was stated in the contract, threatening to call the police. Bad experience by the owner although the rest was fine.

Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der beheizte Pool ist klasse. In der Garage war genug Platz um die Motorräder sicher abstellen zu können.

Super emplacement

La villa est très très bien située, a 300m de Siam Park, 800 du centre commercial et a 10min en voiture de la plage. Des serviettes de plage sont à disposition dans la maison dommage que ne ce soit pas précisé dans l annonce. La villa est vraiment très confortable petit bémol sur la nuisance sonore du passage des voitures dans la 1er grande chambre de l étage. Au sous sol une grande suite parental sans fenêtre et insonorisée. Merci à l hôte Luca pour son accueil chaleureux. On recommande!

Perfect getaway

Me and my family have visited Tenerife several times but this time was by far the most comforting experience which made our holiday overall perfect! Couldn’t recommend villa Julia more, 5 stars

Villa Julia is such a beautiful place to stay, I would & have recommended to all I know - it’s spotlessly clean & has everything you need for your stay! Right next to Siam park & Siam mall which also has a supermarket inside. You would need to hire a car but everything is less than 10 minutes drive from villa Julia including la pinta beach! We had the best holiday.

Villa très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette villa où nous avons été accueillis par l'agent local qui nous a donné tous les détails pour profiter au mieux du lieu. Le propriétaire a été également tout à fait disponible en cas de besoin. Nous étions "comme à la maison" avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. La villa dispose d'une très belle vue sur la mer et d'un extérieur bien aménagé. Les plages sont à 5/10 minutes en voiture et un très grand centre commercial est à 2 min en voiture. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.
