Fabulosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños nueva en el mercado de alquiler en Fripp Island, SC

Esta fantástica casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños está en una sola planta. Con un amplio plan de piso abierto y un flujo fácil, tiene una gran cocina bien surtida para todas sus necesidades de cocina. Hay tres áreas para comer, dos grandes mesas de comedor y 4 taburetes en la barra de desayuno de la cocina.
Después de un día lleno de sol en la playa, regrese y disfrute de nuestra espaciosa terraza y porche con mosquitero. Relájese con su bebida preferida y escuche su música favorita en el sistema Bluetooth. Mientras cocina en nuestra nueva parrilla de gas Kitchen Aid, hay un refrigerador grande que puede llenar con sus bebidas favoritas.
La gran sala, que se abre a la cubierta, tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 "para su visualización. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión. La sala de literas tiene 3 literas con colchones individuales y hay sillas para niños para ver televisión o jugar videojuegos. Hay un gran porche con mecedoras para su disfrute. Toma un libro y relájate.

Las tarjetas de amenidades no están incluidas en el alquiler, puede comprar estas tarjetas con nosotros, por $ 50 por persona, para cualquier persona mayor de 13 años, durante la temporada, desde el Día de los Caídos hasta el Día del Trabajo. Thank you so much for accommodating us. The house was beautiful clean, wonderfully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds are comfortable and the two golf carts were great. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and we played the fun games in the garage. We hope to be back again.

Fripp Island 2025

We enjoyed our stay @ Fripp Island this year. House was a great size and having the golf carts was really nice to get to the beach. All the utensils you will need to have wonderful meals! We look forward to coming back!

What a great home!

The house was furnished beautifully with nine comfortable beds in four bedrooms. Plenty of room for our large family. The kids had toys and games to play with and loved seeing the deer walk into the backyard. We used the well stocked kitchen and the extra refrigerator and freezer downstairs. The two golf carts were even big enough for all of us to ride around in. We felt at home and loved being there. The only negatives were all related to the cleanliness. The floors weren’t clean. We could feel the dirt and see dead roaches in several rooms. The ice maker didn’t work either. When I called about it, I learned the part was on order and there was a small ice maker on the counter. Oh, and there was an old molded lasagna left in the oven from a previous guest. I guess the housekeeper didn’t spend enough time before we got there.

Best Frippin rental yet!

House was exaxtly as described. We had 3 generations and it easily axcomdoated everyone. The basement game room was an awesome bonus! The kitchen was well stocked...minus wine glass...but we left ours ; ) Location was a short golf cart ride to the ocean point access and pool. Although Debby did her best to ruin our teip, the games provided kept us entertained. Sam was easy to get ahold of and accomdating. This was our best rental on Fripp yet.

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Great property. Very spacious for a large or multiple families, large kitchen, dining, and family room, not to mention the great game room area below. Check in was easy, and the property management was very willing to help with all requests.

Great house

The house is roomy and open. The screened in porch is comfortable and relaxing. The golf carts made the stay and getting to the beach so much easier. Great house and plenty of space.

Frippin' Good Time!

This was my 7th trip to Fripp and 2nd for a few of the other guests in the house, and this by far is one of the best homes I have stayed in. The house is in amazing condition and very well decorated, so you feel like it is worth the price. We had two 11 month olds and the 1-floor/open living style of the house was absolutely amazing for allowing them to move around and to have our eyes on them at all times. Also allowed us to all be together while cooking, eating, lounging, etc. The screened in porch was great for early mornings & late nights, and the game room garage was perfect for the rainy afternoons! The location was fantastic and just a short golf cart ride to everything, also the included golf carts were awesome. Great condition and fast. ;) The overall best thing was the communication with Sam Graci, the PM for the house. He was incredibly responsive and quick to address anything we needed (which was not much). This is not always the case with rentals, and it was very much appreciated. I would love to stay at this house again or any home under his management!

Just what we needed

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

Great stay.

The house was immaculate and better than advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made for a spectacular family weekend cooking and catching up. The golf carts were a great bonus and wonderful way to tour the island.The game room was a blast. Sam was was extremely responsive and super helpful with all our minor questions. Fantastic house, great service. 5+++ stars!

Fripping awesome

OMG what a wonderful home. The bedrooms were all spacious, the the kids room with the bunk beds, the kids loved it. 5 cousins all under the age of 11 enjoyed being able to sleep all in the same room. All the bathrooms had so much space. And the living areas were just great. The kitchen was top notch that my daughter (who loves to cook) was in heaven. The kids also loved the space below the house and because of the rain and cold, those games kept them busy. It was nice to use the golf carts but unfortunately the weather didn't allow us much time to use them. But that was OK, because we were busy at Parris Island seeing our new Marine. The view from the back screened porch was nice and deer walked right into the yard. Such a quiet area to stay. If we ever need to go back that way, we would rent this house all over again. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Enjoyable Fripp trip

The house is very nice. The layout is great for groups/families. The house has quite a few "extras" with beach chairs, 2 golf carts (very nice), pack n play, well stocked kitchen and games in the garage for kids. When advised to bring toliet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent....Definitely do!! 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom is the ONLY "starting supplies" they provide. Several very small things could easily be improved. Ice maker didn't work, fireplace didn't work, 1 stool in kitchen seat came completely off, door handle to closet (queen room) was just hanging there, 1 door knob to porch was missing in living room, loose handles on bathroom drawers ect. Absolutely NONE of those things are "big" problems but just didn't give the 5 star feeling. It also kinda comes with the territory (island/marsh/woods) but we killed 1-2 cockroaches per day. Overall, I would stay at this property again. I hope they can make a few tiny adjustments and I would easily give it 5 stars! We had a great time and made wonderful memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. The floor plan made the home feel Spacious with plenty of spaces to retreat for some me time. The games in the basement are great for blustery/rainy days. The two golf carts are welcomed if more than one family is sharing the rental. Surrounding resturants offer great dining selections. The elevator was great for challenged persons and for getting heavier items to the living area. Tips: the propane tanks for the firepit and gas grill were empty. We would stay here again and again.

Good layout but desperately in need of updating. Rugs, bedding, kitchen all needs some love. In my rentals, I always provided toiletries for all bathrooms. Malfunctioning faucet in kitchen, eventually fixed, was problematic. Couldn't lock back door. Golf carts are outdated as well. Won't stay here on return to Fripp.

I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

This large house is on Remora Dr. Which is a quiet area of the island yet just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. This unique house has the eleventh hole fairway in it back of the house. The house sits back on the property far enough and still enjoy the front porch and watch what is going on out front.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This house is fantastic with 2,900 sq. feet of living space. The openness of the floor plan makes it very comfortable for all to enjoy. The owner of this house has made it stand out from all of the other properties. The game room has many games for adult competition and also for the children. There is a large screen porch for dining and relaxing. Also in the backyard is an area that has a fire pit and a covered seating area to get away from the main stream of the house. The kitchen is to die for with all of your cooking needs. There is an elevator in the house for those that may have a difficult time going up and down steps. Once you get to the main floor you won't have to leave. Everything is there on that floor. It has what what we call the bunk room that can sleep 12 people. There are three full size bunks with standard size mattresses.
