Esta hermosa casa de pueblo de 2 pisos en Indian Shores está ubicada entre el golfo de México y el canal intercostero. Todo lo que necesitas es tu traje, chanclas y protector solar. Proporcionamos las sillas y la sombrilla, la playa está al otro lado de la calle, a menos de 5 minutos a pie. O simplemente relájese en la piscina a pocos pasos de su puerta. Si necesita mantenerse conectado tenemos wifi.

Después de un día lleno de diversión bajo el sol, prepara tu cena en la cocina totalmente equipada o parrilla. Si prefiere no cocinar, disfrute de uno de los muchos excelentes restaurantes a pocos pasos de distancia.
Disfrute de su café de la mañana y vea el amanecer desde la terraza desde el dormitorio principal o la sala de estar. Esta casa adosada cuenta con aire central, ventiladores de techo, TV por cable, wifi.

Primer piso de concepto abierto con sala de estar con sofá cama, TV de pantalla plana, DVD, cable conectado, puerta corredera a la cubierta con vista al canal intercostero. Desplácese por el comedor hasta una cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno.

Esta casa adosada de 2 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños cuenta con una habitación principal con baño en suite y terraza con vista al canal intercostero, cama king y una segunda habitación con baño en suite, litera y cama de matrimonio. Ambas habitaciones tienen 2 armarios espaciosos, TV de pantalla plana, DVD, cable conectado, ventiladores de techo, despertadores.
Lavadero en planta baja en garaje con lavadora y secadora nuevas.

Just lovely

This place was wonderful. Just a short walk to the beach. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. We would recommend highly.

Excellent place

One of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. A quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The provided beach toys came in very handy. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was exactly as depicted, possibly even better! The location to the beach was so convenient, as was having all the beach equipment and buggy. Extremely clean, and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Indian Shores.

Great Location!

The home was exactly as described. Short 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool was just steps away. The house had absolutely everything you could ever need plus more. It was in a very safe location with a lot of food choices close by, that we could walk to. We came with our 2 kids and the beach/pool toys and beach equipment were awesome for them to use! Lots of space and the 2.5 bathrooms and balconies were great! We would def come again!

Nothing short of amazing

Our trip was scheduled during the blizzard of 2022. When weather threatened to cancel our trip. Kathy reached out. She was so kind and willing to assist in anyway. She also communicated lots of beach free weather ideas since the trip was set for the coldest 4 days of FL. So to summarize- Kathy was the best host and if for no other reason we would book again to work with Kathy! The property is beautifully clean, updated and a great location. I worked in the resort biz for awhile and I look for constructive criticism but could not find one. The kitchen is overly stocked of everything you need. Plenty of spices and teas/coffees that have cumulated throughout guests. Linens and towels are plentiful. She has an abundance of DVDs, board games and streaming options. If the weather was good for the beach you would be all set with chairs and beach amenities! The location in our opinion is another plus. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach. The property is also located with a view of the coastal waterway which would be great for fishing or kayaking. The property also has a heated pool steps away from the unit. The area of the property location (Indian Shores) is quiet and feels quite homey. Added bonus the location is a quick drive to Clearwater (north) and St. Pete’s (south). We had a car, but I don’t think a vehicle is not necessary at this location in summer months. There are many public transportation options and almost anything you need in walking distance. In conclusion - book this unit - you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing!!

The townhouse was lovely. Ms. Kathy was very responsive and helpful. Gave us the evacuation responses, trolley info, grocery stores and medical facilities. The beach gear provided was remarkable and our son thoroughly loved it all especially since we flew in and couldn't bring anything. The kayaks were a bonus but we didn't get a chance to use em bc we couldn't get our son off the beach or pool. Couldn't have asked for a better set up and we will be back for sure!!

Great town house, wonderful accommodations, every detail provided, great location with easy short walk to beach, beautiful views from the two balconies. Even the common pool was great with a view to the canal (cleanest common bathrooms at the pool that ever seen).

Great place and location

Great rental for sure. Super clean, great beach gear to use, really close to the beach with easy access. Nice part of town with access to plenty of stores and restaurants. Excellent communication with Kathy start to finish. Would rent again for sure.

Great Property

This was an excellent place to rent. The house had everything we needed and then some! My family enjoyed our time here, kids loved the movies and games for when we had a rainy day and to wind down at night. Kids also loved the pool, spent many of hours in there. The beach was really close and amazing to have beach toys/items to use and bring. The owner was super helpful with suggestions prior to out stay.

Great place

We had a great time. The unit was very nice and appeared newly renovated. There were lots of extra amenities included that I thought was really nice. Although I did not have a baby or toddler with me there was plenty of items there for use if needed. Communication with the host was easy and she responded immediately each time. The only things I did not enjoy during the stay and it was just a matter of my preference was the temperature on the thermostat was on a schedule set at 74 and we were unable to change it. Also the mattress in the master was maybe only 4 or 5 in thick and was really hard. Some people like a hard mattress but I do not. Other then that the stay was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed this condo. It’s nice to stay in a place that looks to also be someone’s actual vacation home and not just some corporate rental. The condo had everything you might need, including a kitchen better equipped than mine back home. They had a bunch of games that made family time fun. Lots of beach gear. The location is perfect at just about 200 yards from the beach. Places to eat within a two block walk. The host was great though we never needed her. It isn’t her fault it rained nearly the whole time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

First Vrbo rental

This property was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The entire place was very clean and my family and I felt safe the entire time. Only complaint would be the beach supplies could use some upgrading. Chairs and umbrellas were rusty and wouldn’t stay open. Overall though it is a great place in a nice location!

Great Place! Would stay again!

The check-in process was SO EASY! The common area was a great size. Good amount of seating. The kitchen was well stocked, good amount of counter space, big fridge. Netflix on TV's. Half bath in common area was wonderful. The bedrooms were a good size, especially the king size bed room. It also had a balcony. The other room with a queen bed and bunk bed was nice with our two tween/teen girls. The only slightly strange thing was that the queen size bed was a mattress on the floor with a bed frame around it. No slats for the mattress to be on. So, my girls called it a big crib. You have to climb in over the rail. The rail isn't high but its still slightly uncomfortable to sit past to swing your legs into bed. But definitely not a reason not to stay at this place. Both rooms having a bathroom attached was perfect! And the shower head is awesome! Having a garage stocked with beach gear was worth not being in a hotel room directly on the beach. Even kayaks! There's a beach wagon too to get it all down to the beach. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. Being able to wash towels right in the garage was also quite nice. The only other concern was the tiny parking spaces. No one seemed to be renting the unit in front of us so it was okay that our minivan had to stick out past the parallel parking space. The van behind us also stuck out past its line. With us bumper to bumper, if the third car was there, I don't know how it would've worked out. Im guessing there is a way. The very few minor things would in no way make us hesitate to rent this unit again. It was roomy, yet cozy, great AC, kitchen, and rooms. We loved it! Oh, it didn't bother us as we counted it as great exercise, though our legs complained a bit, but there are two flights of stairs inside the unit. As soon as you walk in, you have to walk up stairs to get to the living area. Also, both bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. I mention this because it would be a big deal to some, like my mother, had she been traveling with us. (It's probably listed on the page. I just didn't pay too much attention since we are all able to climb stairs in our group)

A Memorable Memorial Day

My family and I wanted to find a nice place near the beach to enjoy Memorial Day weekend. This property exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly sized for our group and very clean. We loved being able to walk to the beach without the hastle of finding parking. And all the other provisions (grill, kayaks, chairs, etc.) came in handy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the place for anybody looking for a comfortable place to enjoy some time at the beach with the family.
