About This Home
Come See This Beautiful RAISED BEACH townhome! A stunning 2BR/2.5BA with a 3 car garage and only 2 blocks from the sand & salt water of Surfside Beach! There are ceiling fans in all the rooms including the porch to add the breeze even the more . The second level offers a light filled master suite with shower & guest bedroom with a spacious full bath. A Metal Roof to enjoy the sound of those rainy days! There's plenty of room to park golf carts, motorcycles, etc. The under home space will accommodate a large outdoor living area perfect for lounging, gathering and enjoying the OCEAN BREEZE; already equipped with an outdoor foot shower to clean off the dirt before you go inside. There is a large storage room and utility workshop. Beautifully landscaped , 2 Blocks from the Beach!

This house was amazing! Great location not far from the beach, house was beautiful and very clean. Bret was so easy to get in touch with and very helpful in answering questions.

Bret was very accommodating and the house is beautiful. Perfect size for a family and a huge plus being a 3 min walk to beach. Would highly recommend!

Quick beach getaway

Brett was an amazing host! Easy to communicate with and very helpful. House was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach, about 2 blocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

House was just as described and clean, location was great. Had some issues with check-in. Couldn't get a hold of the host and couldn't get in the house until awhile after our check-in time. Once he responded, everything was handled well and had no issues.

Amazing vacation!!

We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Only 2 blocks from the beach. We rented bikes and rode to the beach and all over! The house was immaculate. It has everything you could possibly need. A few beach chairs, charcoal grill, great kitchen stuff, linens Andy bath towels. Beds are comfy, showers were great. Communication with owner Bret was great. Answered texts immediately. Wish we booked for 3 weeks!!! We hope to be back!! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Relaxing beach week.

House comes as advertised. Was very clean, well stocked, and a lot of little extras to make going to the beach easy. The house is a short (2 min) to the beach. Nice quiet neighbors. We easily perked 2 vehicles and a rented golf cart. Owner very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach accommodation.

2nd year in a row!

Once again we had a great time at Bret's property. It was clean and had almost everything you could need! The beach chairs have seen better days so we had to buy some. We rented bicycles for a quick ride to the beach. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with owner. Easy to get in with keyless entry. Kitchen had everything you needed. We stayed 2 weeks and we had a great time. Having a washer/dryer in the home is awesome! Thanks again Bret!

Location Location Location, Our rental was in a great location just a few minutes walk from beach with lots of restaurants and activities near by. The host was great with communication and the rental was suitable for our needs.

Great beach house

We were very comfortable in this home. Each bedroom had its own full bath, living area with plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the 2nd story deck with porch swing, and the little party area set up in the garage with cool seating and extra frig. Owner very accomodating and responsive to questions. Very close to the beach. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great place

This place is in an excellent location, two blocks from beach and a short drive to attractions. It has plenty of room and equipment for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas) . Clean and very quiet neighborhood. It has two footwash stations and outdoor shower. It sits in a corner lot so GPS takes you to wrong side of lot, but a quick call and Bret explained where to park. I would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful location

Location was wonderful. Cleanliness was alittle rough. Unfortunately Dog or Cat hair was here and there so if you have allergies you might have a problem. Property Manager was excellent

Awesome!

We absolutely loved our stay. House was clean and very nice. Enough rooms for my family of 4 and a few friends to stay. Close walk to the beach. Bret was super helpful before we got here and really quick to answer questions. This house will become our every year tradition. Can't wait to come back.

Great Location and Owners

Let me say that Bret is a GREAT owner. Check in is SUPER easy and he texts you right back if you have a question. I know this area like the back oh my hand. Super location....VERY clean....and perfect for a family of 4-6. Two blocks from the beach.....a 5 five minute walk. Rent a golf cart for extra fun!! Keurig coffee machine....great side porch.....great downstairs garage.....charcoal grill to use! Just perfect. Would rent again tomorrow if I could!!
