This recently renovated and newly decorated efficiency located in Surfside Beach is the perfect getaway. This comfortable unit is great for a couple or a very small family. There is a queen sized bed as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa, washer and dryer, wifi, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, range and full sized refrigerator. Hand soap, a bar of bath soap, 2 rolls of toilet tissue, a roll of paper towels and dish soap are provided for your convenience. Bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels and beach towels are included in the rental costs as well. The building has no elevator, but this third floor unit balcony has breathtaking views morning, noon and night. Watching the dolphins in the morning or relaxing with a drink in the evening will make you forget about the stresses you left behind. Windswept Villas is a very nice sized building with only 12 units. It sits right on the beach and has private beach access. Feel free to use the available beach chairs and umbrella that are kept in the balcony closet when you head to the beach, or the "backyard", as we like to call it! There is an outdoor shower and large beachside saltwater pool (seasonal) for you to relax in when your done at the beach, or anytime of the day. Take a walk down the beach or streetside to one of several dining options or just to see the sights. You will be in a great location, a peaceful area that is also close to area attractions and shopping. Just a short distance away to Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island and Garden City and only 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach Airport. Surfside Beach is a wonderful area with beautiful beaches and a great atmosphere. It is relaxing and family-oriented. This Beach is not full of busy high rise condos and hotels, but there are still several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Larger shopping areas and restaurants are only about a 5-minute drive away. You will have easy access to everything you're looking for while being less crowded than other areas around Myrtle Beach. You will love the laid-back beach atmosphere. No crowds at the large pool! It is for the use of this 12 unit complex only.
