Very comfortable, private, spacious apartment minutes from the Air Force Academy and I-25. Exceptional amenities including weight room and theater room. Infants and children welcome and a portable crib is provided. Private entrance anytime with key code and driveway parking.

You will enjoy about 1300 square feet of clean, very comfortable living space. Large living room with a desk for working, fully-equipped kitchen, and bistro dining area, It's light, bright, and welcoming. Your hosts provide you with elements for exceptional comfort: memory foam mattresses on all beds, high-quality 500+ thread count sheets, a large variety of pillows, weighted blankets, bath sheets to wrap yourself in after a nice hot shower, Keurig coffee-maker to get you going in the morning or lavender herbal tea in the evening. You can enjoy eating from stoneware or paper plates. An induction cooktop and nonstick ceramic pots and pans makes cooking quick and easy. A large, full-size refrigerator allows you to store groceries for several days. You may enjoy the media room which is Roku connected or work-out with weights in the second bedroom. Truly a dream stay.

Excellent location for access to USAFA. Spacious and very comfortable residence. Excellent hosts who were communicative and available. The residence was as described and very clean. The location is also great for restaurants and activities in the newer part of COS. I will certainly be seeking out this property again the next time I am headed to COS.

Great place to stay! Host was very responsive, and property is just as it is described. The path to get to the rental is a little challenging if you have mobility issues. Other than that, this is a great find!

Great place to stay

Excellent location perfect for families summer vacations. Close to AFA and all what one needs. Very nice place with great deal of comfort. Media room is awesome. Owners are very, very helpful and open.

Great place very close to USAFA

We had a wonderful visit in Colorado Springs staying here. This met all of our needs and we appreciated all the small attention to detail items. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially for those needing to be close to USAFA.

Camp week

We stayed here for camp week at AFA. It was nice to be so close to the Air Force Academy. Our only suggestions would be a small pair of scissors, spaghetti fork, pairing knife, and a dust pan/broom. We cook almost all our meals when we stay at an Airbnb or Verbo so those would have been helpful. We managed without though! We would definitely stay here again as the location was great and we had plenty of room to relax! The theater room was a big hit as well as the dart board! Thank you for having us!

Safe Neighborhood Close to Everything

This property is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood and was a quick drive to everything we needed.The property owner was kind, provided detailed instructions, and was very easy to work with.

Double booked

Owner called the day before our scheduled stay to inform us that they had doubled booked the rental. They didn’t want to cancel our reservation so told us we were to stay in their home instead of the advertised space. As we had no time to make alternative arrangements we agreed. Owners were home when we “checked in” and gave us a tour. They were very nice but we felt uncomfortable staying in their home with all their things. They had cleared off a few shelves in their refrigerator for us. We were told what rooms we could / could not use. Again, just very uncomfortable feeling and not what we paid for. The space was bigger but full of owners’ things and not as clean as you would expect for a rental. We ended up leaving one night early and informed the owners. They offered to refund us 1 night if we agreed to not add a review. They failed to provide us with a refund. Based upon prior reviews this isn’t the first time this situation has happened with this property. Rent with care.

Wonderful Property and Hospitality

We had an absolutely perfect stay in CO Springs. We were visiting our cadet at USAFA and Glynese's home was the perfect location. We were 6 minutes from the North Gate which made going back and forth very easy. The home was beautiful and very comfortable for us. Glynese was a wonderful host with great communication. I highly recommend this home to any USAFA families—just as long as it's not during the times we plan to visit! 😉

Fantastic Stay

The pictures do not do this place justice. Checking in was a breeze. We walked in and immediately felt cozy and welcome. There was more than enough space for 3 of us. We did not use the hot tub or media room - we were out and about a lot. We loved having a full size fridge, and being able to log into streaming on the TV in the living room. Thank you SO much for a wonderful stay.

CS Vacation

Not a VRBO residence, Main issue was the residence was under remodel. Also shared location with another couple. Thought we had home to ourselves. No common areas, but noise from both directions.

Perfect getaway!

This home was beautiful, cozy, and had great amenities. It was a great base for my kiddos & I to explore the area. They loved coming back to the hot tub and movie room! The hosts live upstairs and were super kind to share many, thoughtful restaurant recommendations. My kids are begging to go back soon! Oh- the AC had an issue while there. It did not impact us at all but they were great to communicate it well, had extra fans, and it was fixed right within a day.

Our stay in Colorado Springs

We really loved this accommodation. Great location right near the 25 and nice easy access to everything. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was REALLY comfortable and the coffee maker worked GREAT! Didn’t end up using the spa but it was ready if we had wanted it. Induction cooktop worked extremely well and dishes and pans were all top quality. Plenty of hot water in the beautiful bathroom and good pressure. Would sure stay here again. One thing that might make a difference for some is if owners could invest in some kind of wagon or cart to haul things from upper driveway to lower level door. We were on an almost 2 week vacation so we had a fair bit to haul down but this would not keep me from staying there again. In fact, we very well might next time we go up to do some more exploring in the next few years.

Welcoming

The space was very clean and comfortable. After driving 13 hours it was so nice just to be able to relax. They even had some light snacks for us so we didn’t have to worry about going out that night. The hosts were very kind and we loved our stay there
