Casa de pueblo céntrica encantadora

Esta hermosamente renovada casa de 4 dormitorios de la era de 1800 presenta todas las comodidades del hogar, con una cocina completa, lavadora y secadora, un pequeño patio trasero cercado y mucho espacio para vivir.
El primer piso tiene un concepto abierto, con el vestíbulo / sala de estar, comedor y cocina todos fluyendo juntos. También hay un medio baño y las instalaciones de lavandería en el primer piso.
El segundo piso consta de 3 dormitorios, 2 de los cuales tienen una cama queen y el tercero tiene 2 camas individuales. También en el segundo piso hay un baño completo.
El tercer piso es un gran espacio tipo loft con una cama matrimonial, una cómoda para el almacenamiento y un colchón de aire y mantas para un dormitorio adicional para grupos / familias más grandes.
TENGA EN CUENTA: solo se puede acceder al tercer piso a través del dormitorio principal.

No tenemos estacionamiento en la calle aquí, sin embargo, hay estacionamiento gratuito en la calle y el N. El estacionamiento de Queen Street está a varios cientos de pies de distancia, por lo que es una excelente opción si encontrar un lugar en la calle es un problema.

Our host welcomed us, kindly gave us all of the information needed to enjoy our stay. The house was very neat and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything one would need. The location is great, close to many fun places to explore.

The host was polite and attentive. Nothing I’m about to say was ever brought up with the host. 1) Things outside of the host’s control: poor parking conditions. Dirty sidewalks / you have to step in or over debris, trash and a, ankle deep pile of leaves to get on the stoop at the front door.2) The home was a little run down (peeling paint, stained toilet seats, over grown grass in the fenced yard, stuffing coming out of comforter onto the bed and leaving loose bed comforter material on clothes and sheets, scarred living room side table, glued down rug at kitchen door, upstairs toilet would run constantly unless you manually put the handle back in the off position, dripping shower faucet, glasses that had smudge prints on them so they gave the appearance of potentially not being completely cleaned or washed, etc.)3) The little things that make a difference (no coffee, no trash bags that we could find, unfolded towels in the dryer from the last renters).Would I discourage anyone from staying there? No. But I do think it’s fair to let the renter make an informed decision so they can compare price to expectation when deciding on what works best for their stay.

Everything was great, only thing is no matter how much i looked I couldn't find iron/ironing board. I wasn't able to buy coffee. Sadly my kids went for a walk and a man pulled a gun on them. other than that all was good

This old townhouse has a lot of charm. We enjoyed that it was near Hersey, PA for an affordable price for our family. The home does need some TLC. The loft and bathrooms need to be updated.Parking is a little bit difficult as the house is located on a busy street and the only practical parking available is street parking. If you stay on a Monday night be sure to move your car before 8:30am or you might receive a parking violation as they clean the streets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Chair in livingroom needs cleaned or replaced totally stained, had coffee pods but no kerig and had coffee pot but no ground coffee. Railing going upstairs needs cleaned very sticky, needs new sign in books. Have a check out list somewhere in the house so we can go over before we leave..Soft spot in twin bedroom, floor looks broken.Front door was broken when we arrived we had to fix.

The townhouse was roomy, inviting, and had everything we needed. We had five adults in our group and it fit us perfectly. The hosts were great about communication and were gracious and informative the whole time. We had a wonderful stay!

You get what you pay for. In Lancaster this is cheap, but we will not be coming back. Cleaning was par, mold in the bathroom tub, rooms had large holes in the walls just patched with some putty and no paint, pillows were so thin they were non existent, and the stairs were very steep and scary, paint peeling off of them and other areas of the house made things look rough. The area also wasn’t a place you would want your kids even outside in other than to get right into the card.

Inexpensive and clean

The house is older but still comfortable. The bathroom could use an update and the location of outlets in the bedrooms were not the best. It was very clean. The location itself was convenient to many things but parking was terrible. We could not find a spot on the street when we returned at about 10 pm on a Thursday evening. We did not feel safe walking to the house from the vehicle a few blocks away. The only parking we could find was near a group of homeless people sleeping and the area seemed sketchy. The price point was good compared to many other options in the area but I would probably not return here because of the parking. I did message the host twice about non-urgent things but they did not respond. We only stayed one night.

Property manager could have handled this better and left us feeling poorly treated.

The house was spacious and clean, and aircon greatly appreciated. The upstairs bathroom was a little tired and some towels need replacing but bedrooms had new carpet which was very comfy to walk on. There was no iron or ironing board despite being advertised. All teflon coated pans were flaking and therefore unsafe for cooking. Cutlery was inadequate for the number of guests advertised to stay in the house and were mostly child-sized. Dryer has no knob, dryer needs to be manually turned off, so is a fire hazard if you dont know this by a simple note. The washing machine was full of incomplete washing, with a wet doona and 2 wet mattress protectors. The dryer was full of wet towels, bath mats, face washers etc. To be able to use the laundry facilities I had to feed it all through the dryer and fold it up to move it out of the way. I told the owners this had happened and they were apologetic however offered no gesture in appreciation that I was a paying guest and was compelled to finish the washing from the previous people. I have had no response to any message I have sent since I suggested the gesture. Absolute silence. Is Vrbo able to follow this up for me please? A refund of 1 nights stay should be made given the frustrations and lack of action. I have included a photo of the household washing I had to finish and leave on the side of the laundry so I could use the facilities for our own washing.

Our place is located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States.
Downtown Lancaster is a diverse, urban, bustling small city, home to some of the best restaurants in the state, as well great shops and entertainment, and you are quite literally in the center of it all! Within a five minute walk you will find fine dining at the Belvedere Inn and Shot and Bottle, and Lancaster General Hospital's sprawling campus. Also within a short walk are the Lancaster Marriott & Convention Center, Central Market, Clipper Magazine Stadium, and tons of excellent restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
I also wish to add that the neighborhood is what we consider safe and fairly quiet considering the city setting that it's in.

Close to the Red Rose Bus Station, a few blocks from the Amtrak station, and within walking distance of everything you need. Plus Uber and Lyft are super convenient in the area.
