¡NUEVO LISTADO! ¡Mejores fotos próximamente! ¡Acabamos de terminar de remodelar esta unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en Beach Cottage! ¡Esta unidad está ubicada directamente en el centro del edificio II con una vista directa del Golfo desde nuestro amplio balcón! Tanto la sala de estar como el dormitorio principal tienen acceso directo al balcón y hermosas vistas.
Nueva baldosa de tablones de madera en todo el condominio.
La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes nuevos, encimera cambria con barra de desayuno.
El dormitorio principal es espacioso con una cama King, armario grande, televisión inteligente y acceso directo al balcón. El baño principal tiene lavabos dobles y una espaciosa ducha nueva.
El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas queen, amplio armario y televisión inteligente. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha, azulejos nuevos.
La sala tiene una cama / sofá, chimenea eléctrica y una gran televisión inteligente.
Otras comodidades incluyen Wi-Fi GRATIS, lavadora y secadora estándar en la unidad, libros, juegos, toallas de playa, sillas de playa y sombrillas disponibles para su uso.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Linda and John were wonderful hosts, super nice people, very communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully updated, very clean, the view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.Loved our stay, and will for sure be returning! Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was perfect with beautiful views and the host was so accommodating! The beach supplies (chairs, toys, cooler, etc) were so helpful as we flew and were not able to pack our own. Indian Shores is a great area, close to restaurants and shopping. We would highly recommend!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our stay was absolutely perfect—exactly what we needed! The property was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from beach towels and chairs to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ocean view was incredible—such a treat to wake up to every day. The hosts were amazing: attentive, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Spring break

Very enjoyable, very relaxing with lots to do for those that like the beach or many other activities (we tried kayaking, golfing and biking). Not too frantic and great restaurants too.

CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED

This condo smelled so nice and clean. It was clean and stocked better than any other we've ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and very quick to respond with any questions/concerns we had. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back.

Great family getaway

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean and beautifully updated. It was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of beach gear. Linda was great to work with and very accommodating. We loved the area and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent is the only word to describe what a wonderful condo.

From first booking to end last day of our stay everything was excellent. It would easily sleep 6 people and the kitchen had every gadget that you would possibly need. The bed in the main bedroom was so good you didn’t want to get up.

Amazing!

This has been our favorite place to stay in all our years of family beach vacations. View was amazing, condo had any and everything you needed, condo seating and beds were comfortable, easy/quick walk to the beach, and Linda was always quick to respond when we had questions. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic vacation!

We loved everything about our stay in this condo! Location is awesome, beach is beautiful, and the building is clean and well maintained. John and Linda are wonderful property owners to work with. Their unit is updated and beautifully decorated. We had every single thing we could have needed during our week there, and they checked on us throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely stay with them again when we come back to our favorite beach!

Wonderful Place!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

This unit has everything that you need and more for your trip. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. was nice to have available. Very clean and great view. Linda was there to answer all questions and very quick to respond. They even checked in to make sure that everything was good. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time. The location right on the beach was great, and having all the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc on hand was very convenient. Beautiful Condo

This was our first stay at Indian Shores. Our family loved the breathing taking sunsets, beautiful beach, and the condo was stunning. Linda was amazing to work with and helped make our stay amazing. The check in process was easy and the assigned parking for the condo unit was a bonus! The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and accessories. We loved the condo it was clean and newly updated. We saw dolphins and loved the bird sanctuary next door. We will definitely book here again when in the area.

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Owners - Highly Recommend

The property is great...just as pictured and described. The unit itself is spacious and very well cared for. Everything is new and in great working order. The entire property is very well maintained as well. The owners were amazing and were extremely responsive and the unit has everything you could need (kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, toys, etc.). The location is great as well! The Beach Cottage is well maintained and one of the nicest properties in the area. The pool deck is huge, the beach is fantastic and the weather is unbeatable. This condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

This condo is situated directly in the center of building II facing the Gulf so you can't beat the view! Best time to have a direct view of the sunset is in December and January but the view is great yearround!
