Beautiful Indian Shores Beach Condo with Intracoastal Waterway Top Floor View!

Start your day with a stunning sunrise and views of the intracoastal waterway from your spacious top floor balcony. It is only a short elevator ride down to one of Florida’s beautiful white sand Gulf Beaches. Spend the day relaxing on your own private beach. Expect to fully unwind in this spectacular and elegantly furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo with all the amenities. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen includes: two comfortable chofas, a 65” HD SMART TV with cable, large farmhouse dining table, bar seating, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. This condo has plenty of space for the entire family!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an on-suite tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two full size beds to comfortably fit the entire family. This vacation home includes free WiFi and has a HD TV in each bedroom that is streaming ready. Inside the outdoor patio closet you will find plenty of beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and a beach cart for use during your stay.

There is a heated swimming pool visible from your balcony and a community grilling area complete with tables for those fun family outings. There are coin washers and dryers located on each floor. Additionally, this unit comes with covered private parking, so no worries about unloading in the rain! You are only 30 - 40 minutes from two major Tampa Bay airports.

Be sure to enjoy the local restaurants, eateries, shopping, and activity rentals, many just a short walk away. There is great shopping and entertainment at John's Pass, just a 10 minute drive down the beach. Do not forget about the beach trolley which runs from Clearwater beach North all the way to St Petersburg beach in the South and stops right across from the Holiday Villas ll. It is only a short 45 minute drive to major Tampa attractions like Busch Gardens and the Tampa Zoo. You will love the family atmosphere and will want to make staying on Indian Shores Beach an annual family tradition!

Family getaway

We stayed here for a short trip to Florida. Everything was as advertised and the location was very convenient. Great communication with the owners. We are a family of 6 - brought small blow up mattresses to make the sleeping arrangements more convenient for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

Wonderful condo, clean and comfortable. It had all the beach chairs, wagon, cooler and beach supplies needed. Down the elevator and a few steps and you’re on the beautiful beach. Our owners/hosts were readily available by phone and helped us in every way. We appreciate our stay there. Thank you.

This is a great place… quiet, clean, lovely beach and condo. Super easy to check in, didn’t need anything extra while we were there. It’s our second time there and we’ll for sure go back again!

Perfect!

What a beautiful condo. Perfect for our needs. I took my 83 year young mother and my 3 young adult children. We have previously stayed at Holiday villas and were familiar with the beautiful area. We were so lucky to have been able to book at the last minute to reserve this particular condo. And it did not dissappoint. Pleasantly surprised by all the "extras" that were available for use, from the beach gear in the closet on the balcony to the electric flat griddle in the kitchen. Thank you so much for those considerations. It was the little things that made staying in your place, make it feel like we were back home.

We are coming back….

This VRBO is excellent! Everything you could need was there! The building was not too big and everyone we encountered was friendly. The location was excellent, a lot of great attractions and restaurants close by. The place was professionally decorated and spotless! Yet so comfortable and homey. A very detailed email was forwarded with all the instructions needed to make our stay and check in easy. Beds were comfortable, linens were of high quality, extra little touches included and a nice surprise. Most importantly the sun rises over intercostal off the balcony ( or even from comfort of the couch) and stunning sun sets on the beach behind the building! The only negative comment I could leave is we should have stayed longer! Did not want to leave! We will be back soon!

Relaxing, peaceful getaway!!

Our stay at the condo was better than expected. The space was comfortable and had everything needed for a beach trip. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony most mornings and beach/pool time later in the day. Very clean unit and building which was conveniently located to many restaurants. Indian rocks beach was great for long walks and provided a beautiful view of sunset. I hope to return again.
