Nuestro condominio cuenta con un área maravillosa a nivel del suelo para hacer una barbacoa con amigos o para sentarse y ver la emoción en la playa. Island Sunrise está a solo 0,6 millas al este de la autopista 59. ¡Conveniente para restaurantes, zoológicos, cines y tiendas! El condominio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada para cocinar sus comidas favoritas. ¡Ubicado en el sexto piso ofrece una hermosa vista!

Family Summer Vacation-Perfect Stay Perfect Memories

Everything about our stay at Andrea’s was perfect. From booking, to communication, to comfort. The location is close to everything! We rarely left the vicinity. All amenities helped us feel at home…all necessary cooking supplies, Keurig!, beach chairs and toys, comfy beds and bedding, dehumidifier, efficient AC, etc. We enjoyed our stay and made the best memories…including celebrating my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and ending our trip with accepting a marriage proposal of my own! What a great week/weekend !

Great Location

Older property but was clean and stocked with everything needed. Both bedrooms had there own bathroom which is also great. Location is perfect being right next to Sea and Suds with several other bars/restaurants also within walking distance.

Amazing place in the perfect location!

This was the perfect way to enjoy the beach! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, a parasailing/jet ski place, and literally STEPS from the beach. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for our group of 8 including a baby. Andrea was so helpful before and during our stay. I’m so glad we found this gem!

Great location and loved the thick big towels. I had to sweep the floor on check in due to all the sand on the floor and we hadn't been to the beach yet. Noticed many dirty spots on the floor so the cleaner needs to do a better job. Bed was very comfortable and so glad they had a dehumidifier in the room. Had to empty the water almost every day but worth it to keep humidity down in the room.

Great location. Beautiful beach view and street view. Comfy condo that was family friendly. Owner was very friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. Looking forward to coming back.

Great location

The property was as described, and check in was super easy, once we found the building. We were given a different name than what was on the building which was very confusing especially at night. Parking was easy, and the location was awesome, right on the beach! Loved the sand chairs that were provided.

Nice, small, well- kept condominium complex. Great location right on the beach with walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Clean and fully stocked unit, partially facing gulf waters. Owners are very helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and would love to stay here again.

More than enough!! Great place!

This place was well equipped! We have more than enough towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, and more than enough room for our party of 7. Updated decor and super comfy beds! Andrea was super to work with..... always responded promptly!

Christmas holiday vacation

First time visiting Gulf Shores and being off season alot was closed or closed early (limited staff was an issue) everything else that was worth visiting usually had long wait times or you got in the car and drove 15+ mins. The condo itself was awesome. Older, but we'll kept, clean and fresh interior design and amenities. Quite too!

The Perfect Thanksgiving

Chiquita by the sea was the perfect getaway for my mom, my daughter, my niece and me for the long Thanksgiving weekend! Close to everything including shopping, restaurants, and the state park. It was very easy to walk right out to the beach, and there's a whole treasure trove of beach supplies on the balcony. The beds were comfy, showers had high pressure and were hot, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some! The view from the balcony was great - spotted a few dolphin pods while we ate lunch! Andrea was great to work with - very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!!

Second time i stayed at this location. Everything is walking distance. Food, entertainment, not to say the beach and u can walk any where without worrying about some one jumping out of now nowhere and mug you.😂😂. Perfect for family. Owner was always at a text message away.

We had a wonderful time staying here! We were within walking distance of most main attractions and restaurants! Access to the beach and pool were so easy! Everything was clean and we always felt safe! We would love to return!

Cute Little Condo!

My family and I (6 adults and 1 baby) really enjoyed our time here. We don’t typically spend a lot of time in the condo because we spend most of our day at the beach or out and about, but this is a super cute condo and just right for our family vacation. Andrea was super easy to reach and actually reached out to me first!

We really enjoyed our vacation there! Convenient location on the beach with many shops and restaurants nearby. Parking wasn't a problem. Andrea was a great host, will definitely be back!

Cute spot by the Gulf!

This was a cozy place with ever little amenity you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday, and they had everything I needed to make several dishes that I brought to our family dinner. It was convenient to everything and was very cozy and clean. We slept well and enjoyed our stay overall. It's a nice condo!
