Amplio condominio frente al golfo, esquina este, totalmente amueblado, 3er piso con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Cama king size en cada habitación, sofá cama y sofá cama en el balcón cerrado con capacidad para 6 o 7. Recién pintado, muy bien decorado y acogedor con pisos de baldosas y laminados, cocina completa y lavandería nueva en la unidad.

¡Hay 3 televisores, 3 reproductores de DVD con juegos, rompecabezas y libros para disfrutar! WIFI gratuito disponible!

Disfrute de la sala de recreación en el primer piso con equipos de ejercicio, juegos, rompecabezas y libros también con vista a la playa. Piscina climatizada frente al mar estacionalmente climatizada y paseo a pie hasta las hermosas playas de arena blanca. Tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes cercanos.

Se le cotiza un precio que incluye un pase de estacionamiento a razón de $ 25. 00. Durante la temporada alta de alquiler, solo se permite estacionar un vehículo en el estacionamiento de GT debido a las plazas de estacionamiento limitadas disponibles. La temporada alta de alquiler se determina del 1 de marzo al 15 de agosto y el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo viernes, sábado, domingo y lunes. Overall a very spacious condo. The views from the condo were fantastic! The whole complex was clean. Communication between the owners and us was great. The only thing we had to adjust was not having a garbage disposal. So overall we had a great relaxing time!

Everything was great had a wonderful time. Although we only had 2 in each bathroom and no extra toilet paper. We went and bought towels and toilet paper which was ok but we sho of had to.

Our stay could not have been any better!! smooth and seamless check-in and check out making it very easy for a family with very young kids. Kathi made everything so accessible and convenient for us. A very clean condo where we didn’t need much at all. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend others staying in the Gulf Shores area to stay there!

Enjoyed our stay, but...

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Proximity to the beach was awesome and we were close enough to walk to some activities, but for those far enough away to drive to, parking was never an issue.Kathy was very responsive, and we were easily able to extend our stay by an extra day. She sent a thorough email to include instructions, including reminders about some of the things you might need to bring. However, I've never stayed at a property where we had a single roll of paper towels, a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and a single trash bag. For a family of 4 over a 5 day stay. I contacted the cleaner, thinking i was overlooking trash bags. Nope, one is all you get. All in all, we had a great week, but plan accordingly.

We came for a family vacation the week of the 4th. The property and beach was perfect and not crowded. We weren’t in the middle of everything but very close. Will stay again.

Amazing beach front property!

We loved staying here at Gulf Tower! The enclosed porch was the best part of the place. Owner was really easy to communicate with, everything was as advertised, and we will definitely be booking with them again!

Perfect

When we walked into this condo and opened the sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf all I could say was WOW!!! Seeing the sugar white sand, the beautiful blue of the water, the clear blue sky and warm sunshine……well, it took my breath away!!! It was exactly what I was hoping for when we began to plan for a Gulf Shores trip. While the condo is dated it didn’t matter…we were too busy checking out the area. We had a small issue with the tub drain but Kathi very quickly contacted a professional and it was fixed within 24 hours.The location was close to shopping and restaurants. We discovered Gulf State Park where we hiked the trails. We also rented bikes there and explored the 28 miles of trails in the park.We would most definitely come back to this area and specifically this condo!!!

Nice condo on beach

Communication between owner and myself was very good from the moment I booked the condo. The condo is in a convenient location right on the beach. I liked that the condo is on the end so there was not a lot of noise. I also enjoyed the patio doors that you could have open or closed.

We purchased this 2 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront condo in November 2016 and it truly is my dream come true! Previously, we owned a 1/1 condo across the road from the beach for five years, but as our family grew, our space needed to keep pace! This picture is my first grandson who is 7 years old and our second grandson who is 4 years old along with our 17 year old granddaughter. We are so blessed!

1100 sq feet of living area with a beautiful view! Clean! The unique balcony includes choice to open doors to a beautiful unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico or if it's a bit too hot (or a bit too cold) you can close them and still enjoy a magnificent on the beach experience! This unit is literally steps from the beach! (see first picture)

Imagine sitting on the balcony, in the living room/dining area or the kitchen and you have such a GREAT view of the Gulf of Mexico with delightful dolphins on to view on an almost a daily basis.

Owner managed to ensure you top rate and personal service! I want you to WANT to return if at all possible!

Convenience stores, Restaurants and Ice Cream Shops nearby! Equipment rental nearby.

Spacious Gulf Front condo, east corner, fully furnished, 3rd floor unit (1st Floor is a parking garage) 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. King sized bed in each bedroom, pull out sofa bed in good sized living room and day bed on the balcony comfortably sleeps 6. Freshly painted, nicely decorated and inviting with tile and laminate flooring, full kitchen and laundry room.

There are 3 tv's (2 Smart), 3 DVD players with games, puzzles and books to enjoy! Free WIFI available!

Enjoy the Recreation room on the first floor with some exercise equipment, games, puzzles, and books also with a beach front view. Oceanfront outdoor pool with entrance to the beautiful white sand beach!

You are quoted a price including one parking pass at the rate of $30.00. During high rental season only one vehicle is allowed to park in the GT parking lot due to limited parking spaces available. The high rental season is determined as, March 1st through August 15th, Labor Day Weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Shrimp Festival in October. Any dates other than these you can purchase additional passes for $30.00 each directly from Owner.

The unit isn't completely updated, but it is clean and affordable!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The encloseable balcony doors are WONDERFUL! You can open them and feel like you are literally sitting on the beach (minus the sand) OR close them if the weather is too hot or cold and still have that amazing Gulf front view! The daybed on the balcony is my favorite place to sleep with doors cracked open for the wonderful wave sound!

I strive to make your condo stay the BEST possible by personally managing the unit. Yes it does take a lot of time but the Rental agencies are SO IMPERSONAL and have 1000's to choose from. I give you my contact information to text or call 24/7 with any questions or problems.

Fun Fact 1: 99.9% of the shells in the condo have been collected along the Gulf Shores Beach!
