The place is beautiful, the grounds were too! One of the blinds in the living room was broke, had a note for us about it, kinda took away from the view. Didn’t like paying a huge deposit even though it’s refunded, almost didn’t go at all.

It was nice, quiet, and comfortable. It did have sort of a strange smell and only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no shampoo. Loved the keypad lock on the entrance door and the back windows overlooking the water.

We had a great stay at the Willow Beach condo. The location was excellent, the unit was exactly as pictured, & the view was amazing! We stayed in October and the complex was very quiet. We were the only folks in the pool. The morning sun at this time of year is fully on the unit and very bright. The blinds really help. At night, you can see the lights across the lake on the water. Just beautiful! Garman's Woodland Gardens was surprising and gorgeous. Worth the visit! Also enjoyed walking Central Ave and checking out the hot spring fountains near the Hot Springs Nat'l Park Admin building.Coffee lovers: Great coffee at Kollective Coffee, Red Light Roastery, and Espresso Yourselfie.

The condo was just big enough for me and my mother in law. She took the bedroom and I took the couch. The view from the living room was so relaxing! In the evenings it was nice to sit around the pool or up on the balcony. The area was very quiet and the owner’s were very responsive. The condo was very clean and had everything that we might need! I would definitely stay again!

Loved the condo. Loved the location. Owners were very responsive and nice. Overall great stay and place. We fished, swam and had a great vacation. ONLY issue was there is no laundry facilities if you do not stay over a month. We came with enough luggage expecting to be able to do a load of laundry. There are places nearby to do it... but I prefer not to spend any time in a laundromat on my vacation, unless absolutely necessary.

Being a Realtor, I find out about possible vacation rental properties that have great potential but need updating and beautiful decor to make it the perfect vacation rental.

My husband and I purchased this condo in an amazing location with great views and completely updated the floors, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, paint and décor. All furniture is new as well.

This condo is in a quiet condo complex on the shores of Lake Hamilton. We have a great view overlooking the swimming pool, boardwalk, and of course the lakefront water view.

It is close to everything Hot Springs has to offer, Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino Resort, Historic Downtown Bathhouse Row, shopping, Garvan Gardens Botanical Gardens, Magic Springs Theme Park, Hot Springs National Park, Hiking, Biking Trails,
Museums, mini-golf, movie theater and the state capital, Little Rock.
