In a lively street close to the Avignon Centre train station and several must-see monuments, this accommodation will be ideal for a nice stay in Avignon during the summer.

Situated on the 1st floor of a secure building without elevator, this charming old-fashioned apartment, including terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, offers a living space of 100 sq. m with all the mod cons and includes:
- a bright and comfortable living room,
- a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm) and a TV corner with sofa-bed,
- a second bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment, air conditioning and fan,
- a baby’s crib,
- Wi-Fi.

In addition to having various theaters as well as the famous Gothic fortress of the Popes’ Palace just a few steps away, you will easily be able to reach the city’s activities in less than 10 min on foot: the covered market of Les Halles d’Avignon a stone’s throw away, the green park on the heights of the Rocher des Doms at 8 min, the must-see Avignon Bridge and also the open-air museum of Avignon City Walls at 10 min; not forgetting the numerous cinemas museums, stores and restaurants of the city!
