Apt With Balcon And Swimming Pool Cannes

Welcome to my home! I welcome you in my 37 square meters apartment located in Cannes. It is ideally located near the BEACH which is only 10mn walking distance ! The city center is 25mn walk away and you can get there by walking along the sea. In the residence, you will enjoy a magnificent infinity pool with a view on the sea and the hill. You will have a pleasant view and without opposite thanks to the 2 BALCONS! Very good stay :)


## Logement
Located in Cannes, the apartment is bright, very clean, and consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (French window equipped with a mosquito net and an electric shutter), a bathroom and a beautiful living room with a sofa bed (quality: leather center) to relax after an intense day at the sea or pool. The apartment has a large bay window, two balconies and a garden which will be very appreciated in summer.

You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine for small clothes, oven, microwave, two coffee makers (one espresso), electric grill, toaster, ironing equipment, two hairdryers, vacuum cleaner. Two large closets. 6 pillows, two large quality comforters, mattress topper.

The swimming pool is open from 15/04 to 05/11. Correct swimming attire is required.
From 01/04 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 05/11 deckchairs are available free of charge.
From 01/07 to 25/08 deckchairs will be available at a charge of €4 per half-day (subject to availability).

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city! The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Cannes, a city in the South of France on the French Riviera, is known for its famous festival. Fortunately it is not only that! The Croisette is the emblematic place of the city, along the Mediterranean Sea, and many stores and restaurants will welcome you with pleasure! The city is known for its cleanliness, safety and of course for its quality of life. The climate, beaches and clean air make it a popular place all year round. Opposite Cannes is the Ile Sainte Marguerite, ideal for a day trip by boat. Finally, the numerous buses will allow you to travel all over the city.
