This luxury fully-furnished condo, Laketown Wharf by Emerald View Resorts, located in beautiful Panama City Beach 8 min walk away from Ripley's Believe it or Not. Whether you are in the mood for shopping or just to relax on the beach, this place is conveniently located in the city center and near the white sand beach. Check out Thomas Drive and Pier Park, if shopping is on the agenda, and definitely try to experience the area's popular attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water park and Wonder Works. Traveling with kids? Consider Frank Brown Park and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park.

Just like at Ritz-Carlton, we have brand-new hybrid mattresses, which is the technology that incorporates individually wrapped coils and cool gel memory foam into innerspring mattresses. The cool gel foam absorbs heat to avoid the bed heating up or feeling stuffy during the night whereas individually zoned springs offer customized support for different areas of the body.

Take a 2-min walk to the beautiful white sand beach with a private gated beach access across the street, enjoy Signal Hill Golf Course next door, or sit on our over-sized balcony and watch the fountain show or simply enjoy that beautiful lake view. The condo is conveniently located near the north elevator and the walkway to north garage, which makes it very easy to access your vacation home. You can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing stroll along the boardwalk next to the water, or simply visit our restaurants right at the resort. The following restaurants are: The Wharf Seafood Buffet serves breakfast and dinner as a full buffet with a seaside theme. Laketown Market offers snacks and drinks for purchase. Sunshine Bar & Grill serves a full menu of American fare. Juan Taco- delicious and reasonably-priced. Lorrie Morgan’s Hot Chicken. Splash Bar. If a quiet home cooked meal is what you desire, the fully equipped kitchen will be perfect for a relaxing evening at home or on your balcony. Additionally, you enjoy the barbecue grills downstairs for a nice BBQ and night out by the lake.

Got tired of laying out on the beach and/or surfing the waves? No problem, this resort also offers 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, and fitness center with a cardio room to help burn the calories you consumed eating all that delicious food at the wonderful beach-side restaurants. Guests can enjoy a putting green (please bring your own putters and balls), outdoor gazebos, and free covered parking.
This luxury 2 bedrooms (both have king size beds), 2 bath and bunk-room (has 2 twin beds) condo sleeps 6 and has everything brand new. The condo offers free WiFi and cable, and a landline for local calls. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can take care of your beach clothes while you make a delicious dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen or downstairs on one of community grills, then relax and unwind on the balcony and watch the fountain show.

Great condo

The condo was exactly as it was in the listing. It’s very well kept clean and in a great location. We arrived a little early and she was able to get us in so that we didn’t hang around. A few little issues we were given the wrong code to get into the place but the owner responded quickly with a new code. The smaller bedroom had a very tall bed. It was very difficult for me to get in it as I am 4 foot11 in. The washer and dryer looks brand new and it is very efficient. The problem was it is so high the knobs were on the top and even a 5‘11“ man couldn’t read it easily. I addressed this issue with her and she was looking into getting a stool, everything else was perfect. We were a little shocked when we checked in and they gave us our bracelet and she stated if you lose your bracelet it’s $100 to get a new one if it falls off and you still have it it’s free to get a new one. also, at the wharf, we had a hard time finding the heated pool. I would say if you’re looking for the heat to pool, the warmest is the one in the lake.

We loved everything about our unit. Had everything we needed and more. The resort was nice and resturaunt the wharf was a 10/10 A little pricey for 6 of us which we weren't expecting lol but we would for sure come back again!

Property manager was fantastic. Very accommodating with excellent communication and the property was the nicest booking we’ve stayed in. The second floor location is very convenient since the elevator situation at Laketown Wharf isn’t the greatest. The restaurants at the resort are the best, as well. I highly recommend this booking!!!!

very pleasant...beautiful clean rooms with all amenities needed for a great vacation. Pineapple Willys right across the street and great eateries on the first floor...I recommend the stay for anyone wanting a nice place to stay that's mostly quiet yet close enough to walk to shop or jump in the car and explore fine dining by pier park or by St. Andrews state park

Panama city gem!

Second floor property across the street from the white sandy beaches! You get a view of the beach when u step outside the front door, and you are greeted with a lake view from the back deck. Property has several pools to choose from along with gym access. Take advantage of this second floor unit since it was easy to use steps vs the busy elevator. If you are looking for a secure location, this is it. All guests are checked for wristbands and parking passes. Walmart a short walk away. Plenty to do within walking distance, but I took advantage of the car rides to hit us some hidden spots!

We had a great stay at the condo. The beds were comfy, the check in process was easy, and the beach access was just a short walk away. The location was super convenient for the beach, pineapple willies, mini golf and wal-mart, amongst many other places. We would definitely return here again

Excellent Everything

I opened the door and my wife and teen daughters were happily surprised. My wife described the condo as sensually decorated, spacious (even the patio), modern, and comfortable. All the appliances and TVs looked new, everything worked, and everything we needed was there. It's across the street from the beach and the iconic Pineapple Willy's restaurant and bar. We are a physically active family and had no problem taking the stairs to the 2nd floor if there was any wait for the elevators. They have a few places to eat for lunch and dinner and the pools are great. We hope to stay again and will recommend to friends.

Amazing Family Stay!

I am middle-aged man stayed with my elderly mother, teenage daughter, and younger daughter and we loved it! The beds and bunkbeds were great! Clean, comfy mattresses and blankets. Clean, comfy furniture. Small dining table, but very sufficient, plus the barstools at the island. Big TV in living room is great, and TVs in bedrooms also. Plenty of storage. The unit, as shown in pictures, is very modern and stylish and fun. The huge shower and luxurious jacuzzi tub are wonderful. We didn't have time to use the pools or fitness center, but they look really great. The Wharf Restaurant in the building has a wonderful buffet with filet mignon, crab legs, lots of delicious options ($50, but worth it). There is also a great street taco place, another restaurant, and a small ice cream/chocolate/treat shop. The location is fabulous! The building/resort is right across the street from Pineapple Willies (really fund restaurant with great huge bar area, t-shirt shop, extensive fun menu, great also for kids, has beach access), and resort has beach access. Super Walmart is almost walking distance. It's right up the street from Wonderworks, Ripley's, and other fun places and great restaurants. Shipwreck Island Water Park is AMAZING!!! Really fun, clean, plenty of seating, great food and drink options, one of the BEST water parks I have ever visited. This unit is on the second floor. It's a little bit of a walk from the parking garage, but NOT bad at all. Kitchen has basic stock of dishes, utensils, pans, etc., but you will need to bring items like salt and pepper, spices, etc., and of course perishables like butter, food, etc. The water/ice dispenser in fridge is great. A beach cart and chairs are provided, which are VERY helpful. I would suggest bringing a couple extra rolls of toilet paper and your own hand soap to supplement, and maybe one extra paper towel roll to add to one provided, depending on how long you are staying. Natalie was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and great! I would highly recommend this unit for the unit itself, the resort, the amenities, the food, the location, and of course Panama City Beach!

Great Trip with our Baseball Family

We had a great week with our baseball family. Stayed in the unit for our World Series week in PCB. The unit being on the second floor was super convenient. We never once used the elevators and got in and out of the building very fast. Highly recommend that feature! Unit was very nice and clean. Great having a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We weren't in the unit much but we enjoyed our stay. Close access to the beach and pools. We would def come back and stay in the unit! Thanks so much.

Easy access to great beach and water!

This was a great unit for our party of two adults and four kids. Plenty of comfortable sleeping places, an incredible master bath, and enough space to gather in the living room each evening. It's an easy walk to a really nice beach, and a four minute walk to Walmart, Walgreens, and a number of other attractions and eating options. PCB is a little crowded on the roadways; but it was easy for us to get around.

Amazingly comfortable stay

we absolutely loved staying here. It is a great way for everyone to have their own comfortable space with the amenities of home plus some extras. The condo itself is well maintained and extremely clean and comfortable. The complex has lots of extras including pools, putting green, gym and restaurants located right there. Its an easy walk to the beach, more food and stores for anything you want or need. We had a blast and definitely recommend!

Great place to stay

Our Unit was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and comfortable. More than adequate beach stuff/kitchen items, etc., for our stay. Natalie is very quick to respond with any questions and made the booking process and stay ease free. I would highly recommend the place. The resort itself was very nice, elevators are a little slow, but with so many floors, I guess it’s to be expected. It took us about 2 minutes to walk to the beach. We ate at the Wharf and the Bar and Grill both were very good. Disappointed we didn’t get to see the fountain show, but it didn’t lessen my view of the place. If we venture back this way again, we will definitely stay here.
