Perfection

We have stayed at many condos in our beloved PCB and this is a new favorite! Everything was clean & condo was well-supplied. Had everything we needed & more. Comfy bed. Balcony was huge. Beach chairs were handy. We were happy to discover a ramp to the beach. It is also by a public beach access. We were also thrilled to discover that we could rent a beach scooter to get to the beach- not many buildings have this option. For anyone who has someone with mobility issues. It stays parked on the 2nd floor by the elevators. So you need to be able to get to the 2nd floor and back yourself or with your own mobility aid.

We wouldn't think twice about staying in 1008 again next time we Visit Panama City

This was our first trip to Panama City. The Blue water and soft sand was so refreshing! The hospitality was Top notch and very nice! Everything we needed for our week stay. The owners were very informative and easy check in and out process. We look forward to booking again soon!

Fantastic weekend to decompress

Great place to relax!

This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable 2 bedroom condo! It was well furnished with everything we needed. The views were amazing from the 10th floor. The elevators were very fast. It was nice to have a designated parking space and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for such a great space to relax!

Our Favorite Roomy Getaway!

Been coming to Tropic Winds since 2016. We never want to stay anywhere else. It feels like home. So comfortable and relaxing and we feel safe. We love the spacious rooms and the big balconies are a favorite 😍 It’s close to lots of great restaurants and Pier Park. It’s very convenient for us with our handicap son too. So that is a plus plus ❤️

Amazing beach vacation with family

The place is clean and amazing! Took my wife and 3 kids for a week. Scott & Leigh Anne Knight the owners kept in contact answered all questions promptly. Kids loved the pool!! White sandy beaches and peir park had it all. Definitely recommend this place! The parking garage is a little tricky but no big deal. We had a blast!

AMAZING!!!!!

We had an amazing time in the perfect unit. It was everything and more than we expected. It is a beautiful, was very clean and updated. Scott was amazing From reserving, to checking in and even checking out. When it is just my husband and I, we will be staying here in the future.

Everything was great with the property. Property manager was great in communication. Only thing we didn't like is they changed our check out time to 9 am while the Expedia website clearly said the checkout time was 10 am but the moment we booked the condo!

Great time on the beach in West PCB

The property was as described. Access was easy. Communications with the owners was fantastic. The property was located perfectly for us, not too crowded and a beach front property. All appliances, furniture, and kitchen accessories exceeded expectations. Would absolutely reach back out to stay again. Thank you so much for making our end of Summer a great one!

Awesome Week !

Our first time in Panama City and staying at Tropic Winds ! Lovely unit with an awesome balcony which was near the ocean and we enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening ! Scott was great to work with , sending us info regularly and even got us in a little early on check in day ! The condo was clean , beds were comfy and all our needs were met .. would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering a stay here .. the ocean water was clear and the prettiest color that I have seen .. the complimentary lounge chairs with an umbrella was very nice too !! We ate well , shopped well and even parasailed ! It was a great week !

Wonderful Unit, Views and Amenities

We had an anniversary trip planned for St Lucia leaving out on July 1st, which was cancelled Sunday June 30th, due to hurricane Beryl. My husband was determined we were going somewhere. I was thinking in my mind we will never find a place this late in the game because of the holiday week (JULY 4th). We found this place and per the owner they had a last-minute cancelation, God made a way for us to have a great place and a wonderful time together. This unit was beautifully decorated and so cozy. We had everything we needed, and the views were spectacular. The amenities were excellent as well. We will be back!!!!!

Family beach trip

Panama city has plenty of condo options that online seam to be perfect getaways but in reality fall short once you arrive BUT not this condo. Scott the owner was prompt and very informative, the unit was stocked full of everything you could need and then some. Kitchen- every utensil, pot,pan, 2 types of coffee makers, glasses and enough dishes to last a week. Beds- CLEAN, comfortable Living room- comfortable furniture and the TVs have every streaming option open and available for use. We really enjoyed our stay and will be contacting Scott in the future to stay again.

As described- great view and owner communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Scott and Leigh Ann’s condo! The condo was clean and there is a great view from the balcony. The balcony is very large and nice for sitting when you can't be on the beach (or need a break). We didn't cook any full meals but there seemed to be everything we would need if we wanted to cook. Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and even a roll of saran wrap was provided (possibly from a previous guest). There was one dishwasher tablet, but possibly more available if you asked for it. Either bring additional dishwasher soap/tablets and trash bags or ask them if more can be provided. The laundry room had various beach toys and games. We also really enjoyed the chairs that came with the unit and the garage parking spot. The owners were easy to work with and communication with them was easy. They let it be known we could get in touch with them if necessary. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again. Thank you Scott and Leigh Ann for letting us rent your beach home!

Another Wonderful Stay!!!

We have stayed in almost every unit that Tropical Beach Getaways has to offer and I can say without hesitation they are all awesome!!!! This time we stayed in Unit 1008 and could not be more pleased. The unit is so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is to die for with everything you could possibly need. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. The cookware was brand new and they even have extra things like a crockpot, blender, Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. The HUGE balcony has plenty of seating including high top table and chairs to enjoy meals there and also loungers and additional seats. You will have some of the most beautiful views of the Gulf! If you are looking for a beautiful units, with gorgeous views, that are well maintained and only 2 miles from Pier Park then look no further you have found them!! Working with Scott is a breeze so give him a call today!!

This condo is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location! It is 6 miles to 30A, 2 miles to Pier Park for shopping, eating, and the pier. Our condo is on the west end of the building, and not too high and not too low.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of our favorite features of this condo is its location! Sunsets are best on this balcony!! The gulf breezes are amazing which makes it more comfortable for sitting on the large balcony where we begin each day with coffee watching the sea life and end it with breath taking sunsets.
