The layout of the house is as follows: <br>On the first floor: <br>- a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)<br>- a dining area (6 people)<br>- a lounge area with sofa, coffee table and stools <br>- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker)<br><br>On the first floor:<br>- a bedroom with double bed (160x200) facing east/south<br>- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) facing west/north<br>- a bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200) and a drawer bed (90 x 200) (south/west)<br>- a bathroom (toilet, sink and shower)<br><br>In the garden: 1 large parasol, 8 chairs, 1 round table, deckchairs and 1 parking rack for 4 bicycles.<br><br>At mealtime, find yourself seated in the living room with a view of the forest or the large terrace. It will only take 10 minutes on foot to go swimming on the beach of Bonne Anse. Sports enthusiasts or those looking for thrills can go by bike to the beach of La Coubre (a spot known for surfing in particular).<br><br>Leave the car parked and get around on foot or by bike during your stay.<br>Take the cycle or walking paths in the forest accessible from the house to get to the shops in 5 minutes on foot: supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, delicatessen, pharmacy... press and market stalls (weekly meeting of local producers in the region).<br><br>Come and discover "Les Mathes-La Palmyre", an exceptional site between pine forest and beach.
