Una hermosa unidad de primer piso de fácil acceso con cama king size, sofá desplegable y litera en el pasillo inferior. Cocina totalmente amueblada, con espacios abiertos a la sala de estar. Porche delantero para una relajante vista del golfo al otro lado de la calle. Amplio dormitorio con amplios armarios y una lavadora y secadora apiladas. ¡Camina a la playa o conduce a Pier Park en minutos! Piscina y shuffleboard en el sitio.

The decor of the unit was dated. Utensils in kitchen were lacking. No toaster or workable can opener. Dishwasher needs repair. Couch was uncomfortable. Washer and dryer were serviceable. Air condtioner unit was very good and kept the unit cool. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was good.

This place was wonderful for our family of four (infant and age 9). Walk to the beach in 3-4 mins. You can’t get down the elevator that fast on those high rise properties! Condo was as described, had everything we needed! Would certainly stay again.

Perfect PCB getaway spot!

We have always stayed further west, but this spot did not disappoint! Even have an ocean view from the front patio to entice you down to the beach, such a short walk away. I hope we are able to come back and visit, perfect setup for our family of 3!

We Had A Great Stay

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was comfortable and very accessible to the beach. We had all we needed in the kitchen. Sheets and blankets were available for the pull out couch, which was great. I would definitely recommend it and we will be staying here again in the future!

Quiet and close to beach!

Quiet and clean. Enjoyed are stay, good neighborhood and across street from beach. Traveling with two teenagers I felt safe and and comfortable in this condo. I would stay again.

Great location

Just a walk across the street and your at the beach! With souvenir shops and food within walking distance. Unrelated do not waste your time going to coconuts restaurant! But definitely tryout Sharky’s and wicked wheel!

No hassle, great location, good size

Loved the location; perfect size for small families. The place was clean. Only thing I would suggest is a 13 gallon kitchen garbage can. Other than that we had a lovely time. Loved being so close to Mike’s seafood/Oyster bar, Thomas donuts, and other great places and the beaches are beautiful on that end.

Convenient and comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in Maha's condo! It was a very easy walk across the street to the beach with an outside shower to get the sand off in-between. We loved the beach decor in the condo as well as the front and back porches. The condo had everything we needed for our week stay including supplies needed to cook simple meals. Another thing we like is that the complex was quiet and the beach wasn't as crowded as it is down the road at Splash Hotel. We would definitely this condo!

Great location

The owners were very patient with helping me. I went in the beginning of the week by myself, with my two daughters (both under two) and was super frazzled with figuring out tv, ac, etc. I texted them with questions and they helped answer my questions immediately and helped walk me through setting up Netflix. Very polite and helpful. The place was also perfect for staying at the beach, right across the street and has a shower to rinse off afterwards. We also enjoyed the pool area, as it was super quiet and relaxing. Not a lot going on, which was nice!

Family vacation

Absolutely perfect! The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed! Perfect views of the water and in a quiet neighborhood. The property grounds are well maintained and clean. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

We loved our stay, it was a beautiful condo. The only slight inconvenience was that we didn’t know toilet paper was not provided. We did have 2 rolls there but maybe put that in the description somewhere.

Great Location in PCB

We loved the location and how easy it was to access the beach. Staying in a first floor condo is so much better than staying in the High rise condos spending most of the vacation waiting on an elevator. The condo was clean & the owner was very responsive to our questions and allowed us early check in. Would definitely recommend!!!

Mostly as expected

We loved the location and the condo checked all our boxes. We did have a few frustrations but I don't think they'd effect future reservations. The unit was being painted so we weren't able to park right at our door, or leave our outdoor gear on the porch, for most of the week. The dryer also made an absolutely awful sound; so ear splitting we could only run it while we were gone. The host did say they'd be replacing the dryer at the end of the summer and obviously the painting wouldn't be an ongoing project so I think folks renting it in the future would be very happy! The neighborhood (pool, friendliness of those around us, etc.) and super close beach access far outweighed any of our complaints.

Great place!!!

We loved this little condo and being ground level. Being able to park at our door was such a pleasure! Had a little trouble with the lock but always made it in. Recommend highly!!!!

Great location on Front Beach Road

This was a cute little condo, located in a central location. It was just as advertised. Very convenient beach access, nice pool, all around great stay. Owner was very responsive to questions and allowed us early check in. Would definitely recommend.

Maha, and her husband, Brian have three boys. The family fell in love with Panama City Beach on a vacation in 2015 and have continued to return every year .
Maha and the boys love beaches and water sports while Brian loves the mountains, canoeing, and camping out. But even Brian was sold on making Panama City Beach a frequent destination. Panama City Beach has a beach villa feel with all the trappings of a big city .
There are activities for the whole family. From hanging out on teh beach to renting jet skis (our oldest sons' FAVORITE activity ), parasailing, eating delicious food, or shopping, this city has it all. . Visitors of Panama City Beach seem like they are always having fun, whether it is catching a movie, renting a scooter, bicycling, or swimming in the swimming pool (our youngest LOVES this!). Or you may be in the mood to just lounge on the porch and enjoy to vibe of the city. We love Paradise In the Palms and think you will too!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property feels open and spacious so that everyone has the option of hanging out together or, when needed, finding alone time in the condo, lounging on the front/back porch, or perhaps at the outdoor pool. We were also looking for a property where parking was convenient and close so that when we bought groceries we could just park and unload without having to hunt down a luggage cart, load it, and push it the length of 2 football fields, while loafs of bread fall off.

The condo is on the first floor and there is room to park two vehicles if needed. The parking spaces are just two steps from the front porch and three steps from the front door.
