Our inviting bungalow blends historic character with modern comfort—featuring high ceilings, hardwood floors, and sunlit rooms that instantly welcome you in. The living area offers a cozy spot to relax after a night of music, while the convenient kitchenette includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and essentials for light meals or snacks. You’ll find two bedrooms upstairs and one pass-through bedroom downstairs with comfortable bedding for a good night's sleep. The two full bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials to make your stay carefree. From having beignets in the morning to hearing jazz drift through the night air, everything that makes New Orleans magical is just steps away.

We had a wonderful stay at this New Orleans rental! The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms that worked perfectly for our group. The layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax, and everything we needed was provided.The location is a huge plus — close to restaurants, music, and all the main attractions, yet tucked away on a quiet street. We loved being able to enjoy the energy of the city during the day and come back to a peaceful, calm place at night.Overall, this home offered the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

This home is absolutely perfect for a stay in NOLA... close to the action but tucked quietly away. The owner's attention to detail and choices of linens and furnishings were truly worthy of a 5 star hotel. Excellent communication and easy directions made for a perfect short stay. Its on my list of favorites.

The house was perfect for what my guests and I were looking for. It was spacious, had all of the amenities we needed, and the cleanliness was out of this world. It was the perfect home for my trip away with my friends!Stephen as a host was the highlight of the experience. Leading up to our trip, he was so communicative & accommodating, and quick to answer any questions that we may have had. During our trip, he was so proactive in checking in with us and ensuring everything was as it should be.I strongly recommend Stephen and his property to anyone looking to spend some time in New Orleans!

This house was spot on for our friend get together. The living room was a perfect spot for us to catch up with one another and reminisce about old times. The house was very clean and well stocked. It even had umbrellas and ponchos for us to use on the day it rained. Stephen was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Such a great home to stay at while exploring New Orleans! Close enough to walk to the French Quarter, but far enough to be quiet. Owner was so nice and helpful. The house is wonderfully set up for a short term rental.

What a beautiful and charming home in a great location!!! This house worked out perfectly for my two teenage sons and I. Everything is very clean, beds are super comfy, and there are many extras and amenities that most rentals don’t have. Host checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and even sent local recommendations in advance! French quarter is easily within walking distance but there are plenty of Ubers around if need be. I would highly recommend this place for whatever your plans in NOLA are. Thanks again to our amazing hosts!

Perfect NOLA home away from home

Hosts were super friendly and available for all questions or just advice about the area but never intrusive at all. Bungalow was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Location was perfect for us, walkable to all French Quarter activities but far enough away to be very peaceful overnight. Highly recommended!

Charming and perfectly appointed!

I stayed with two friends this past weekend and we all loved it. They have made excellent use of the space and it is tastefully decorated and perfectly maintained. It was quiet at night and beds were extremely comfortable. Our host was communicative and the check in and out process was seemless. Highly recommend.

Holiday trip with the kids

We loved our stay in Nola and this property was perfect location to all this beautiful city had to offer. We walked each day (just 15 mins) to the heart of the French Quarter. The owners checked in each day and were nice enough to let us store our bags when we arrived early the first day. Would totally recommend this property!

Perfect for Group and great location

Our group of six was a mix of adults and teens. The bungalow was perfect , beds were comfortable, rooms were bright and airy which made it feel larger than it was. The location was great with some local awesome coffee/breakfast spots a block or so away. Great for exploring all of New Orleans

Nola Birthday Celebration

We had six adults on our 3 night trip to New Orleans. First of all, the location of this charming home was everything! We were able to walk to so many places, Boubon street, Frenchman, the trolley stop on Canal and the river walk area. The cottage was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and located in an area that felt safe. We often sat outside on the porch, even late at night. In addition, our hosts were so helpful when we were planning our trip and during our stay. I would stay here on my next visit without hesitation. Thank you for a successful birthday vacation with family.
