A welcome booklet (in english) is provided after booking, giving you all the information you need to organize your stay before you arrive, including useful addresses and contacts.

The fully enclosed garden, planted with Mediterranean species (palms, umbrella pines, lemon trees, olive trees, oleanders, mimosas, lavender, rosemary, bougainvillea...) is completely flat.

South-facing, the villa offers perfect conditions for conviviality and space, whether with family or friends.

Two separate, independent sleeping areas can accommodate up to 8 people (including children) : one on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, the other upstairs with 2 further bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. Located near the entrance, a third independent WC also offers a sink with mirror and storage

Each modern and comfortable bedroom has large wardrobes and the beds are modular:

* i.e. 2 double beds and 4 single beds.

The bedding is new and hotel quality.
All bedrooms are equipped with shutters and blackout curtains.

The bright, spacious living room opens via two large bay windows onto the terrace, which is partly covered and immediately overlooks the magnificent mosaic swimming pool.
You can choose to lounge on the deckchairs or enjoy a refreshing swim.
The fully-equipped, functional self-contained kitchen also opens onto the terrace. The American fridge has a large freezer compartment, and is always stocked with fresh filtered water and ice cubes. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer

You can park up to 3 vehicles inside the property, which is closed by an electric gate with remote control

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and heated in winter (heat-transfer fluid radiators in all rooms).

The mosaic swimming pool measures 8.5 m x 4 m, with a progressive floor from 0.9 m to 1.8 m.
It is secured by a perimeter alarm managed by remote control or keypad.
For greater comfort, it can be heated from April to the end of October, but this is not included in the amount of the stay. You can subscribe to it when signing the contract or on site.

Pets are not allowed
The accommodation is non-smoking.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
8 holidaymakers maximum, including adults and children.
