Great location!

Each beach has its own little character for the downtown area. It was neat to explore the area especially Murrells Inlet! So many nature things to see and not feel like a tourist!

Nice weekend get away

Nice furniture. Comfy bed. This condo has been nicely renovated and was exactly as advertised. The property manager was very attentive to all of our needs and easy to communicate with. We will stay here again.

Cheers to 50!

I took a solo trip to the beach to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The condo was nice and had stunning views that made every morning and evening special. The check-in process was smooth, and the owners were wonderful, friendly, responsive and truly made me feel welcome. Being there over the 4th of July made it even more special - I watched the fireworks light up the ocean right from my balcony. This getaway gave me the peaceful reset I was hoping for as I step into this next chapter. Highly recommend.

Unit was very clean. Beautiful direct oceanfront view. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Lynne was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo.

Off Season Fun

My husband and I have been coming to Waters Edge resort for close to 20 years. We love the area. We have stayed in different units and this one will go down as one we would definitely stay in again. The shower and tub are a little dated, but most of the rest has been nicely updated. The only thing that the kitchen lacked was a pizza cutter. The resort had elevator issues when we were there….I was glad we only had to climb stairs to the 5th floor twice during our stay. In February of this year we stayed on the 15th floor. We were counting our blessings that the elevators worked great for that stay!

Very clean, ocean front condo

Enjoyed a long weekend in this very clean ocean front condo. The kitchen had everything we needed (including a Keurig) and was extremely neat and well organized. Plenty of clean, fluffy bath towels were provided. Check in and check out were both very easy. During our stay there was always parking available in the deck and the luggage carts and shopping carts were very helpful and readily available when we needed them. The tall chairs on the balcony were a favorite spot to enjoy the sunrise and to relax with an afternoon beverage. While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very flat. If you like fluffier pillows I would suggest bringing your own. Also- the lights from the parking deck are very bright and shine directly on the bedroom window. We like a darker room for sleeping so we hung a beach towel over the window and that helped a little. A black-out curtain would be a great addition!

Great location

Wonderful location. So close to the beach. Very clean. Definitely needee more wash clothes per person. I do think the unit was a bit overpriced but I also booked on Vrbo so that increased the price. I got a bit annoyed that housekeeping barged in right at 10:00 AM and did not knock. We were leaving and getting our final things together. I thought that was rude... No grace period of 15 minutes or anything. Right at 10 they were literally opening the door on us. Also check out time was 10:00 AM. That is really too early (in my opinion) when you have young children. 11:00 would be better. BUT our stay was great overall and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way

The condo was just as advertised. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean for my husband and me. The folks at Rising Tides Properties were a pleasure to work with. I dropped my drivers license in the parking lot and they brought it to me at the condo. I can highly recommend this condo and this company. We will be returning.
