The property’s proximity to the beach was phenomenal. I loved being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony with a cup of coffee. And hearing the ocean from the master bedroom. Being steps away from a walk on the beach was wonderful. The unit was clean and cozy. The host was always responsive. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great on the beach location. We enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony. I did buy kitchen towels, but there was a sponge. Lots of dishes, pots and plans. The beds were comfortable. It is easy to get around the area. We enjoyed going down to Brookgreen Gardens.

Great!

This property had an amazing view, was clean and had everything we needed! Check in/out process was seamless, unit had plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. Location was amazing, walk downstairs and you are right on the beach, which made life easier with kids and not having to carry our beach belongings far. Pool was also great and there were plenty of hoses available around the property to wash off the sand. Only downfall was that it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so hot humid weather wasn’t fun to climb three floors….but we planned our outings to only have to go up a few times per day and it was fine. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean and fresh! The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was even provided which was so nice the first morning as I had not been to grocery store yet! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Family beach trip

We had a great family vacation at the beach house. We used to bring our kids here when they were young and it was great to come back with our grandkids. #lovemakingbeachmemories! Tamra, was a great host.

Great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s right on the beach, the property was clean, and Tamra was very helpful and responsive. The pool was also an added bonus for our daughter and to get some relief from the beach. We love Garden City, and this was the perfect place for the three of us. We look forward to coming back. Thanks for having us!

Family trip

Condo was very comfortable for two adults and two children. It was very nicely stocked which enabled us to enjoy our afternoon without rushing to the store. The balcony had comfortable chairs with a direct view of the beach. We were so happy to see that the beach was not crowded in front of condo the entire week. It seems to be nestled nicely between a public access and other large buildings. The decor is exactly as advertised. We hope to stay here again!

The condo was clean and well stocked with necessary items. Just steps away from the beach, access was a breeze. The swimming pool was clean with plenty of outdoor showers/hoses to clean off sand before entering. We will recommend the condo to friends in the area and would return in the future.

Clean and perfect for family of 4

I’ve stayed at several condos and houses in Garden City. This condo was one of my favorites. It was very clean, and I appreciated the lack of clutter. It seems people like to stuff lots of furniture into these beach condos which makes them feel small and tough to freely maneuver. I loved that this condo was furnished very neatly and appropriately. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, plates, cups, dish soap, paper towels, coffee, etc. There was a washer/dryer with laundry soap. I LOVED that good toilet paper was provided, not the terrible one ply that everyone else provides lol. I also liked the framed informational sheet in the living area which told us everything we needed to know about our stay. We loved the beach view from the balcony. The condo is located far enough down from the high rises that the beach isn’t overly crowded. There was both a shower and a hose for rinsing off after the beach. Parking spots were full size and easily fit our Tahoe. Overall, I was very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this condo.
