Disfruta en familia, pareja o amigos de esta villa con piscina privada climatizada ubicado en una zona perfecta para sumergirse en Lanzarote y de sus vistas al mar, a Fuerteventura y la Isla de Lobos.



La villa consta de 3 habitaciones; un dormitorio de matrimonio con cama de 1.50m x 1.90m y baño en suite, dos dormitorios con 2 camas individuales cada una. Dispone de un segundo baño.



La cocina totalmente equipada con menaje completo ofrece todo lo necesario para los amantes de la gastronomía, la casa dispone de todos electrodomésticos habituales para que no te falte de nada. Desde la cocina se accede directamente a la terraza por lo que preparar un picnic mientras tu familia disfruta de un baño es muy sencillo y cómodo.

Decorada con muy buen gusto y bien equipada, Villalia Maria es modernidad y confort. Dispone de servicio wifi, Smart Tv, televisión, aire acondicionado, posibilidad de piscina climatizada, mobiliario exterior confortable (hamacas, mesa, sillas, pérgola y barbacoa). Una villa familiar perfecta

La piscina climatizada es una gozada para los niños y los mayores, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas, tranquilidad total, no se oye nada de ruido ni de día ni de noche. Privacidad total. La llave de la ducha de la piscina no cierra bien y el aire acondicionado de la dos habitaciones dobles no funciona.

The villas is up a slightly raised road just a ten minute walk from the seafront, where there is a Superdino Supermarket and a few small bars and restaurant. Then further along you will find a nice footpath all the way along the front to the Rubicon Marina with even more bars, shops and restaurants, then another 30mins along is Playa Blanca town and beach front. The villa benefits from being in a slightly quieter area, which really was ideal for a chilled week in the sun for us. The villa itself is wonderful. It's so clean and tidy, well equipped in the kitchen, and if you're looking to watch some TV there's an up to date set of equipment with very good (easily accessible) wi-fi. The pool is lovely, just warm enough and so well kept! The surrounding area around the pool is slightly sheltered from any Lanzarote winds, making it the perfect (and very private) spot for sunbathing. Air conditioning works great throughout the villa and the bathrooms are great (2!!!) with nice showers. A good sized villa with plenty of space for a family The pool cleaner came every two days without us even noticing, and the cleaner arrived with replacement bedding and towels being delivered on the steps outside for a safe and clean transfer, and we just left the dirty ones in the same bag ready for collection. Communication with the company who own it is first rate, all done via WhatsApp - we were even lucky enough to be able to text when we landed to ask if we could get into the villa earlier than the usual check in time and they confirmed immediately that we could go straight there as it was cleaned and ready. Check in was efficient with all relevant instructions provided. Would definitely return and have another weektwo there for true relaxation!

Alles wie beschrieben und wir durften sogar eher (Ankunft) und deutlich später (Abflugtag) in/aus dem Haus. War natürlich Glückssache, dass an diesem Tag kein neuer Gast kam ... aber es hat sich gelohnt nachzufragen 👍🏼! Vielen Dank 😊 auch für das Welcome Package (Trinken, Knabberkram usw.)! Das Haus ist sauber und riecht auch sehr angenehm. WLAN war übrigens sehr schnell... auch zum Downloaden 😁 Gracias Bert & Daniela

Komfortable Villa für den Traumurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Maria sehr genossen. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung in der Nähe Papagayo-Beaches. Die Villa und der wunderbare großzügige Außenbereich sind sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Sämtliche Wohnräume verfügen über Klimaanlagen, die Schlafzimmer lassen sich sehr gut verdunkeln, die Küche ist auch für passionierte Köche ausgestattet, es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill und für jede Tageszeit die richtige Sitzgelegenheit im Außenbereich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der wundervolle Blick auf das Meer und die sanften Lavahügel.

Modernes Ferienhaus

Wir waren für zwei Wochen Zu Gast. Wir haben die Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Da wir nur zu zweit waren, fanden wir das Ferienhaus sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Die Einrichtung befindet sich alles noch in einem neuwertigen und gepflegtem Zustand. Es gibt sogar einen Weber Holzkohelngrill. Der Pool war klasse, eine Abdeckung wäre jedoch gut gewesen, da er doch relativ schnell verschmutzt. Man hat eine sehr gute Privatsphäre, da es praktisch keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Der Blick von der Terasse auf Fuerteventura ist auch sehr schön. Die Verwalter waren bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen und haben in kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es auch auch jederzeit wieder buchen. Für Kaffeeliebhaber: das Haus verfügt nur über eine Filterkaffeemaschine.

Moderne Villa mit schönem Außenbereich und Ausblick

Neue und moderne Möblierung in allen Räumen. Zweckmässige Ausstattung an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Bequeme Loungemöbel auf der Terasse von der aus man einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und das Meer hat. Gute Betten und Matratzen. Toller Pool ohne Treppeneinstieg (nur über 2stufige Leiter). Ruhige Sackgassenlage ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Viel Sonne wenig Schattenplätze im Aussenbereich. Nur spanische TV Sender. WLAN wie beschrieben.

Tolles Haus in toller und ruhiger Lage, sehr modern eingerichtet, toller Pool

Das Haus hat für spanische Verhältnisse einen ungewöhnlich modernen Stil. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, hat einen tollen beheizten Pool und eine schöne Aussicht bis nach Fuerteventura. Einen Stern Abzug müssen wir geben, weil trotz Nachfrage die im Kinderzimmer vorhandene Klimaanlage nicht genutzt werden konnte. Nach Rückfrage war sie leider "not offered". Hier hätte man kooperativer sein können und die Nutzung ggf. für eine Zusatzgebühr anbieten können.

Schöne Villa

Die Villa ist toll gelegen im Gebiet Los Colorados und sie sieht genauso aus wie man sie im Internet anschauen kann. Hier gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Restaurant " Carlos" , das man zu fuß erreichen kann. Die Papagayo-Strände sind in der Nähe. Die Villa ist neu und sehr toll eingerichtet und man vermisst gar nichts. DVD-Player und Fernseher ist auch vorhanden, den wir aber nie benutzt haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es neben Sitzgruppe und Liegestühlen eine wunderschöne Doppelliege unter 2 Palmen. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und kann bis nach Fuerteventura blicken. Der Pool ist wunderbar beheizt. Das einzige was man kritisieren muss ist, dass in unseren 3 Wochen in der hinteren Villa Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden und es immer wieder zu Lärmbelästigungen gekommen ist (hämmern, bohren usw.), die sich auch in dieses Haus übertragen haben. Leider wurden wir auf diese Belästigungen nicht hingewiesen. Die Villa ist trotzdem weiter zu empfehlen, da die Arbeiten irgendwann ja auch mal vorbei sind.

Prachtige villa , ligging vlak bij de papagayo stranden.

Prachtige en moderne villa. In het echt nog mooier dan de foto's. Wat meestal anders is. Uitstekende ligging, zeer rustig en toch direct overal dichtbij . Alle comfort aanwezig,goede service ( kuisen, handdoeken, zwembadonderhoud) zwembad met warmtepomp, die 27,5 graden had in december. Alles via internet geregeld , waar we in begin wat schrik van hadden maar alles klopte en geen problemen gehad. We komen zeker nog terug naar villa Maria!

Super Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt

Die Wohnung ist absolut toll gelegen im Gebiet Los Colorados am Ortsrand von Playa Blanca. Die Papagayo-Strände sind relativ nah. Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr stylisch eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Klima, 2 Bäder, DVD-Player usw. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es neben Sitzgruppe und Liegestühlen eine wunderschöne Doppelliege unter 2 Palmen, auf der man super liegen und entspannen kann. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist genial man kann über die Stadt, bis zum Meer blicken und auf der anderen Seite geht der Blick zu den Bergen hin. Der Pool ist beheizt und es kommt immer jemand für die Reinigung. Die Vermieter sind per Whats App oder per Telefon immer zu erreichen und es gibt bei Fragen sofort eine Antwort. Auch bei später Anreise kann der Schlüssel am Haus in Empfang genommen werden. Es gibt sogar Badetücher, die mit an den Strand genommen werden können. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Lanzarote und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

A really lovely villa, great location and absolutely immaculate !

Such a lovely property, immaculate and the management company were very prompt to respond to any messages. The only problem was that we didn't have a clean/change of towels mid week. This was booked and confirmed on our welcome letter but the cleaner didn't turn up. An appointment was then re-scheduled but again no cleaning took place. It didn't spoil our holiday but there were six of us in the villa and this service was needed.

Beautiful apartment/house

We have really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with the great view from the terrace! The pool was almost 30 degrees the whole week (as long as it is covered over night). The furniture and equipmente in the apartment is mostly from Ikea, nice but certainly not high class, if this is important to anyone. The pool was cleaned during the week. Around the pool there were 2 pieces of wood that were falling down that should be repaired. The description was absolutely accurate, the property was very clean. We will certainly come back to this apartment next time we will be in Lanzarote!

Practically perfect!

This beautiful villa is located on a quiet road in the more up-market end of town. The villas have been designed well to make the most of the hill they are built into, allowing each one an amazing view of the sea across to fuerteventura. For us, as a couple, the villa was the perfect size, allowing us to relax and feel at home very quickly. The outside space is well organised with space for eating, sitting and sunbathing, taking in the views at all opportunities. The heated pool was a welcome relief from the warming sun as the day progressed. The Marina is a 20 minute stroll away, along the sea front path, making it a very scenic walk. The main town is a further 20 minutes beyond that which made it a little too far to walk to a restaurant for dinner and back however, the taxi trip was under 4 euros so walking there and riding back is not too expensive. We enjoyed our first visit to lanzarote so much that we are looking to return next year. The one and only reason for not rebooking this villa is the lack of English channels on the television! If they upgraded to a sky package we'd be back!

Avery well furnished property

We have stayed in Los Coloradas many times. This villa is one of the finest that we hqve used. The external furniture is exceptional. The internal fittings are in very good condition as would be expected from a newly refurbished property. There were a couple of small teething problems, but these were soon dealt with by the property managers. I hesitate to recommend the property too much as we would really like to revisit ourselves.

Pristine, well equipped villa with style

The villa was ideal for two people with a large master bedroom and superb large en suite. The second bedroom was very small for two single beds and the third smaller still with full size bunk beds. The outdoor space was excellent, private, well maintained pool,plenty of comfortable furniture and an open panoramic outlook. Unfortunately we had bad weather (snow and hail!) while we were there and so not able to make much use of it. If there was hot weather there wasn't much shade however the open glass fronted lounge area over looking the decking would offer a comfortable open retreat. The villa was well equipped the kitchen modern with good equipment, the lounge area comfortable with latest curved flat screen tv and the bathrooms spacious with new up to date washing facilities
