DETAILS: Step inside to "Seaglass!" This magnificent, Seagrove home is only a 3-minute walk to two beach accesses, Ramsgate and Eastern Lake Outflow and steps to the neighborhood pool. There are beautiful Gulf and lake views on the home's private balconies to provide the perfect backdrop for a sunset or sunrise. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, there are spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests. The home's first level has a bonus living area with a flat-screen TV and the first 2 guest rooms. One has a queen bed and an attached bathroom, while the other has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a private bathroom.

The main level of the home is on the second floor. An open kitchen and living area is well-lit, with plenty of natural sunlight seeping in from multiple windows and the second-floor balcony overlooking the community pool. The kitchen has premium stainless steel appliances and sparkling-white subway tile for a modern feel. It's fully-equipped to prepare a gourmet meal and has a Keurig coffee maker making it convenient to get a morning cup of joe without ever leaving the home. There is room for 12 at the breakfast bar and dining table to gather for a meal. The living space also has two couches surrounding the flat-screen TV. There is 1 bedroom on this floor with a king bed, balcony with a seating area, and private bathroom attached.
